Abstract

In the process of realizing optimal taxpayer compliance in paying taxes, of course the basic factor is the taxpayer's own awareness. Because in fact Taxpayer awareness in paying taxes is the main key to the success of government programs in increasing state income through taxes. Tax outreach for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is very important to help business actors understand their tax obligations. The MSME Tax socialization activity is carried out. The method used in this community service is carried out in several stages. The first stage is identification to find out priority issues that will be resolved through this service. The identification stage was carried out by interviewing MSMEs in Pakuncen Village. The results of this activity introduced MSME Tax to mothers who have businesses so that residents in Pakuncen Village are aware of the importance of taxation, especially for mothers who are working hard. From this socialization there were several participants who felt enthusiastic about the introduction of this taxation because according to the participants they had never before known about the MSME Tax. This is very helpful and motivates local residents to be more active in entrepreneurship so that they can increase their tax obligations because previously socialization has been carried out, in the future there will be more sustainable assistance.

Abstract

Online gaming has become increasingly popular in Indonesia, especially among young people, with 63.9 million users. While online gaming can be a source of income, there are concerns about its permissibility in Islam. Islamic scholars state that earning money from online games is permissible as long as it is done ethically and the games do not involve prohibited elements such as gambling, violence, or pornography. To address this topic, a discussion was held at SMK Al Ihsan in West Jakarta. The results of the workshop indicate that online gaming can be a positive and permissible activity if it adheres to Islamic principles.

Abstract

Business in the cendol sector opens up economic opportunities for many housewives to increase their family income. With relatively small capital and flexible working hours, many mothers can get involved in the cendol business as a way to support their family's financial needs. Through community service activities, cendol MSMEs receive education and training that helps them understand and apply modern marketing strategies, so that they can increase their competitiveness and business growth. The first obstacle is limited capital so that the production process is still limited. Second, this group has never made a financial report so that the development of the business or performance of this group cannot be known. Third, the distribution and marketing of products are still carried out conventionally. Partners do not yet have a qualified marketing strategy, resulting in the coverage of the product market share being very minimal. The advancement of digital technology in the era of globalization without being balanced by the ability to utilize advances in science and technology has hampered business development. The conclusion of the implementation of this community service is 1) Cendol Men Tablen UMKM does not yet have adequate financial transaction records, as well as the desire to expand market share, 2) Socialization related to marketing strategies based on Marketing Mix is considered appropriate to the needs of partners, and 3) Cendol Men Tablen UMKM experiences difficulties in meeting the needs of production support facilities due to limited capital.

Abstract

Women Farmers Group (KWT) is a forum that provides opportunities for women to participate in advancing the agricultural sector. One example is KWT Permata, which is expected to provide opportunities for women in villages to channel their abilities in cultivating agricultural land. Activities held by KWT Permata, such as technical training, business management, and product marketing, aim to improve women's self-actualization in their social environment. This study will explore the role of KWT in empowering village women in Bali, especially through kombucha production, the challenges faced, and its impact on their economic and social welfare. KWT Permata has been well managed and has been touched by assistance from the Government to support the work of the KWT, but there is no or does not yet know the procedures for bookkeeping/daily records related to production, income, costs, profit and loss , so they really don't know clearly the financial conditions and positions, there is no marketing model to promote their products, the packaging is still simple and does not have a brand, and the conditions and environment of the business premises in terms of marketing are very far from the city so that the scope of product marketing is limited.

Abstract

Human production and consumption processes contribute to global waste problems. The 3R concept (reduce, reuse, and recycle) can help reduce the amount of waste disposed of and generate added value for society. Non-organic waste can be recycled or used for crafts. Organic waste can be collected and processed into biogas, animal feed, or compost. It is very important to conduct socialization and community education to give people an understanding of how to properly manage and process waste. Socialization and community education can be done by creating media such as brochures, pamphlets, and posters about waste management; providing counseling to community groups; inviting people to sort waste into various types; and providing different trash bins for organic and non-organic waste. The results of the activities carried out in the Kaujon Baru Environment with residents of Serang City showed that knowledge about waste sorting is very important, and awareness of how to distinguish organic and inorganic waste must start at home. By providing trash bins that can distinguish organic and non-organic waste, people can become more accustomed to sorting garbage and be more aware of how to process organic waste.

Abstract

Sindangheula Village is one of the villages in Indonesia that has great local economic potential, especially as a center for producing broomsticks. However, although broomstick production in Sindangheula Village has great market potential, business management and development still face various challenges, especially in terms of product innovation, business management, and effective marketing strategies. Based on these potentials and challenges, this study aims to measure the extent to which this training has an impact on improving the economic and social welfare of the village community. The community service method used in sustainable entrepreneurship training in Sindangheula Village consists of initial observation, theory and practice training, business mentoring, and evaluation. The implementation of the community service program in the form of sustainable entrepreneurship training for the Sindangheula Village community has had a positive impact, namely increasing community understanding of entrepreneurship, technical skills, product innovation, and digital marketing strategies. With the formation of business groups, collaboration occurs between community members in the production process, distribution, and product marketing.
