Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of the Game-Based Learning (GBL) method on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade students in the fiqh ibadah subject at MI Tarbiyatul Athfal. The research problem stemmed from the fact that students’ academic performance remained below expectations, as indicated by an average Mid-Semester Examination score of 62.75, which did not meet the Minimum Mastery Criteria of 70. This condition was further reinforced by the teacher’s reliance on monotonous instructional strategies, which limited students’ motivation and achievement. A quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design (Nonequivalent Control Group Design) was employed. The participants consisted of 27 students, divided into 12 students in the experimental group who were taught using GBL, and 15 students in the control group who continued learning through the lecture method. Data were gathered through pretests and posttests, classroom observations, and supporting documentation. The analysis was descriptive, focusing on comparing the results before and after the treatment. The findings revealed a considerable improvement in the experimental group, where the mean score rose from 62.75 in the pretest to 73.75 in the posttest. In addition, the distribution of achievement categories shifted positively, with the elimination of the very low category and an increase in the proportion of students in the high category. Although the control group also showed progress, the gains were less significant compared to the experimental group. In conclusion, the GBL method proved effective in improving students’ comprehension of fiqh ibadah while creating a more engaging and interactive learning environment. Thus, this approach is recommended as an innovative instructional alternative in primary education.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of cultural branding as a strategy to strengthen digital marketing relationships and business model experimentation in SMEs. The study population was wood, silver, and endek craftsmen in Bali Province. The exact population size was unknown, so the sample size was determined purposively at 125 SMEs. A five-point Likert-scale closed-ended questionnaire was used as the data collection tool. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics assisted by SEM-PLS software. Produced seven findings: 1) Cultural branding partially mediates the influence of Digital marketing on Business sustainability. 2) Cultural branding partially mediates the influence of Business model experimentation on Business sustainability. 3) Digital marketing has a significant positive effect on Business sustainability. 4) Business model experimentation has a significant positive effect on Business sustainability. 5) Cultural branding has a significant positive effect on Business sustainability. 6) Digital marketing has a significant positive effect on Cultural branding. 7) Business model experimentation has a significant positive effect on Cultural branding. Since Cultural branding is only a partial mediation, the presence of Cultural branding in the model is not absolutely necessary. However, the presence of Cultural branding is quite positive. The involvement of Digital marketing, Business model experimentation and Cultural branding should be very necessary in creating Business sustainability.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of electronic land registration at the Padang City Land Office, which is part of the digital transformation agenda for public services in the land sector. The main problem in this study is formulated in two questions: (1) How is the implementation of electronic land registration at the Padang City Land Office? and (2) How are efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of electronic land registration at the Padang City Land Office. This study uses an empirical juridical approach, namely a method that examines law as real behavior in society. Data were obtained through a literature study of laws and regulations, official documents, and interviews with Land Office employees, PPAT, and the community. This study uses the theory of legal certainty and the theory of legal protection as an analytical framework. The results of the study show that the implementation of electronic land registration at the Padang City Land Office is still in the early stages of implementation and has not run optimally. Although regulated by the Minister of ATR/BPN Regulation Number 3 of 2023, as of January 2025, the conversion rate from analog certificates to electronic certificates had only reached approximately 1.53% of the total land parcels in Padang City. Several major obstacles identified included inconsistencies between physical and electronic data, technical system disruptions, low digital literacy among the public, and incomplete outreach efforts involving the Padang City Land Office and the community.

Abstract

Land redistribution is a series of activities carried out by the government to distribute and/or grant land rights originating from TORA (Land Objects of Agrarian Reform) to subjects of agrarian reform, accompanied by the granting of land rights certificates. One of the objects of land redistribution is land originating from the release of state forest areas and/or changes in forest area boundaries. The head of the Tanah Datar district land office provides certificates of land use rights resulting from land redistribution activities from the release of forest areas, and the granting of land rights to government agencies, although the objective of agrarian reform should be aimed at the welfare of the people, especially the landless poor. This is the basis for the author to conduct this research. The research questions are: 1) How is the implementation of land redistribution from the release of forest areas for the Indonesian National Police Office in Tanah Datar Regency? 2) What is the basis for granting land rights to the Indonesian National Police Office through land redistribution from the release of forest areas? 3) How is the registration of land rights for the Indonesian National Police Office obtained through land redistribution from the release of forest areas in Tanah Datar Regency? This research uses an Empirical Jurisprudence method with primary data from interviews and field observations, and secondary data from document studies. The research findings show that the implementation of land redistribution in Tanah Datar Regency is based on the technical instructions for land redistribution in 2024 and Presidential Regulation No. 62 of 2023, and provides justice and benefits to the recipients. The granting of land rights to the police agency is based on Decree No. 2/HP/BPN-03.10/2024, with considerations that the land has been controlled by the state and meets the requirements. The land registration process follows the stages of the redistribution process, starting from the submission of files to the issuance of land use rights certificates for public facilities.

Abstract

This research analyses the transformation of Iran’s foreign policy towards Israel following the Hamas attack on 7 October 2023. The event triggered an escalation that shifted the long-standing proxy warfare into direct confrontation between Iran and Israel. For decades, Iran has supported Palestinian resistance groups and the broader axis of resistance, while avoiding direct military involvement. However, Israel’s attacks on Iranian assets and senior officials, particularly the strike on Damascus in April 2024, created structural pressures that compelled Iran to retaliate through open military operations, such as Operation True Promise I–III. This study employs a qualitative explanatory method, applying Joakim Eidenfalk’s theory of foreign policy change, which highlights domestic factors (public opinion, media, interest groups, political parties, and bureaucracy) alongside international factors (global, regional, bilateral, and non-state actors). The concept of windows of opportunity is used to explain how structural conditions provide critical moments for Iranian decision-makers to alter foreign policy. The findings reveal that the change constitutes a restructuring process, marked by the shift from proxy warfare to open confrontation. This transformation reflects Iran’s effort to reinforce its regional position, consolidate domestic legitimacy, and demonstrate its military capacity in countering Israel.

Abstract

DANA is one of the most popular e-wallet in Indonesia, with over 190 million users. This study aims to examine the influence of trust and perceived ease of use on user loyalty, with customer satisfaction serving as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative survey design with a total of 100 respondents, and data were analyzed using PLS-SEM through SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that trust has a positive and significant effect on user loyalty toward the DANA application, whereas perceived ease of use shows a positive but insignificant effect on user loyalty. Nonetheless, both trust and perceived ease of use exert a positive influence on customer satisfaction, which in turn mediates and strengthens their relationship with user loyalty. These results highlight that trust and customer satisfaction are essential determinants in fostering long-term loyalty among DANA application users.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the expressive language abilities of children aged 4–5 years through habituation activities of presenting their work at PAUD Melati III, Margakaya Village, Telukjambe Barat District, Karawang Regency. This classroom action research involved children aged 4–5 years as research subjects. Initial findings in the pre-cycle indicated that only 46% of children were able to use complex sentences, 50% could express feelings, 52% were able to recount personal experiences, and 54% could ask and answer questions appropriately. The intervention consisted of structured activities that encouraged children to routinely present their work in front of peers and teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and parents, as well as documentation. The results showed a significant improvement in children’s expressive language skills. The classical success rate increased from 50% in the pre-cycle to 65% in Cycle I, and continued to rise to 79% in Cycle II, surpassing the established performance indicators. In Cycle II, 23% of children reached the “Very Good” category, while 77% achieved the “Good” category, with no children categorized as “Poor.” These findings demonstrate that habituation to presentation activities effectively enhances expressive language skills in early childhood.
