Abstract

Education has a fundamental role in advancing the development of a nation. In Indonesia, education is mandatory for children from an early age, so every area of child development needs to be stimulated, especially the cognitive aspect through numeracy skills. These skills are crucial in supporting daily activities and preparing children to face the next stage of development. This study used rubber bands as a simple, attractive, and easily accessible tool to improve the numeracy skills of Group A children (aged 4-5 years) at PAUD Nurul Aeiniyah Karawang, which initially had an average of 60%. The study was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method initiated by Kurt Lewin in two cycles, through activities that included (1) counting numbers, (2) grouping colors, (3) basic addition and subtraction, and (4) making patterns. The results showed a significant increase, with an average numeracy ability reaching 77% in the second cycle. The greatest increase was found in the indicator of comparing numbers (83%). These findings show that the use of rubber band media is very effective in improving children's numeracy skills because it is concrete, interactive, and appropriate to children's cognitive development stages.

Abstract

Cafe Aola Lamongan, a renowned gastronomic establishment located in the Paciran coastal region, encounters difficulties in sustaining alignment between pricing, service delivery standards, and brand credibility, particularly during peak operating periods that result in patron dissatisfaction regarding delayed service and perceptions of inadequate value proposition. This investigation seeks to analyze the influence of pricing and service delivery on customer satisfaction through the intermediary function of brand trust at Cafe Aola Lamongan. The research employs a quantitative methodology utilizing survey instruments administered to 150 participants, chosen via purposive sampling techniques. Data examination was conducted using Smart PLS software to assess instrument validity and reliability, while evaluating structural connections among variables through path coefficient analysis, t-statistics, and p-value computations. The findings demonstrate that service delivery represents the predominant determinant affecting customer satisfaction, exhibiting a path coefficient of 0.647 and F-Square value of 0.484, whereas pricing constitutes the principal element for establishing brand trust with a coefficient of 0.630 and F-Square value of 0.552. Brand trust substantially mediates the connection between pricing and customer satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.165, and between service delivery and customer satisfaction with a coefficient of 0.087. The study suggests that Cafe Aola Lamongan should emphasize enhancing service delivery through continuous employee development programs, uphold stable pricing approaches to reinforce brand trust, and establish more effective customer flow management systems to guarantee continued patron satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a knowledge sharing model based on informal learning within the PT Pusri Palembang factory environment, integrated into the 70:20:10 learning and development model. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The study found that knowledge sharing practices at PT Pusri operate organically, driven by operational needs and generational differences between senior and junior employees. The knowledge sharing strategies implemented include CoP (Community of Practice), intergenerational mentoring, and a job rotation system. The study's primary finding is the formulation of "Knowledge Sharing Management" as a conceptual model consisting of three elements: Peer-to-Peer Sharing (senior-junior and intragenerational), Strategic Initiative Framework, and Knowledge-Based Career Development System. This research enriches the literature on HR and knowledge management by providing a practical perspective based on the context of the Indonesian manufacturing industry.

Abstract

The ability to read syllables in group B of TKIT AL-Madinah is still not optimal, this is the due to a lack of learning inovation that causes children to feel bored. This study aims to determine the improvement of the ability to read open syllables in group B of TKIT Al-Madinah before and after using the alphabeth fashion show game and to find out the steps of the alphabet fashion show game in learning to read open syllables in group B TKIT Al-Madinah. The research method used in the study is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method which is cerried out in 2 cycles each consisting of 3 meetings. The subject of this study is 13 students of group B TKIT Al-Madinah. The results of this study show alphabet ware able to improve the ability to read open syllables in group B children TKIT Al-Madinah. The evidenced by the result of the persentage of chidren who reach the minimum category of development (BSH) increaed 15% in the pre cycle, to 30% in the first cycle and finally reaching 77% in the second cycle. Thus, the alphabet fashion show game is an effective game in improving the ability to read open syllablesin children.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of Over Endorsement on Purchase Intentions through the mediating role of Influencer Credibility and the moderating role of Product Interest. The research was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with a sample of 207 respondents consisting of active social media users. The results reveal several key findings: (1) Over Endorsement does not significantly influence Influencer Credibility, (2) Influencer Credibility has a significant positive effect on Purchase Intentions, (3) Product Interest does not moderate the relationship between Over Endorsement and Influencer Credibility, and (4) Influencer Credibility does not mediate the relationship between Over Endorsement and Purchase Intentions. These findings suggest that while influencer credibility is an essential factor in driving purchase intentions, the phenomenon of over endorsement does not necessarily reduce or enhance influencer credibility, nor does it indirectly affect purchase behavior. This research contributes to the understanding of influencer marketing dynamics by highlighting the importance of credibility in shaping consumer decision-making, while also addressing the limited role of over endorsement in influencing consumer perceptions and behaviors.

Abstract

Academic burnout is a significant issue that can hinder students' motivation to learn, particularly in educational institutions with intense activities such as SMA Plus Pagelaran, which implements a pesantren-based school system. The dense series of learning and pesantren activities, long routines requiring high focus, and ongoing academic pressures encourage the emergence of symptoms of emotional exhaustion, decreased interest in learning, and low student engagement in the learning process. This situation indicates the need for structured prevention planning to maintain students' psychological well-being and motivation to learn. This study aims to identify the forms of academic burnout experienced by students, examine the prevention planning strategies developed by the school, and explain how these strategies impact learning motivation. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive design. The research findings indicate that students experience academic burnout in the form of emotional exhaustion, boredom with routines, difficulty maintaining focus, and weak learning motivation. To address this, SMA Plus Pagelaran developed a prevention plan that included rearranging the school-pesantren schedule, implementing activity-based learning, strengthening preventive counseling, and providing interest and talent programs as a means of refreshing students. This planning contributes significantly to increasing learning motivation, as seen from the increased enthusiasm, participation, and readiness of students to participate in academic activities.

Abstract

Improving the economic independence of rural communities is one of the main goals of national economic development and requires the support of inclusive and just financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic financing institutions in enhancing the economic independence of village communities in District X through the provision of Sharia-compliant financing access and business assistance for micro-entrepreneurs. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, using in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving micro-entrepreneurs, clients, and stakeholders of Islamic financing institutions. The findings indicate that Islamic financing institutions play a significant role in expanding access to capital, improving knowledge of Islamic financial management, and strengthening the capacity of micro-enterprises, as reflected in increased income and economic independence among most respondents. Nevertheless, limitations in financial literacy and understanding of Sharia principles are still found among rural communities, indicating the need for stronger educational programs and continuous mentoring. These results confirm that optimizing the role of Islamic financing institutions has great potential to support sustainable and equitable rural economic development.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently facing a moral crisis, making character education from an early age an urgent necessity. Teachers hold a strategic role in this process, not only as educators but also as role models, mentors, motivators, evaluators, and partners of parents. This study aims to describe the role of teachers in shaping the character of early childhood students at PAUD TKIT Nuralima, Majalaya District, Karawang Regency. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation involving the principal and teachers as research subjects. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that teachers consistently perform their roles in character formation. As role models, teachers habituate children to practice religious values, use polite language, and dress modestly. As mentors, teachers guide children toward independence through daily routines such as taking off shoes, arranging bags, and praying before lessons. Their role as motivators is evident in the use of praise and simple rewards, while evaluation is carried out through observations and progress notes. Collaboration with parents further strengthens the success of character education. In conclusion, the teacher’s role is highly significant and aligns with the competencies stated in Regulation of the Minister of National Education No. 16 of 2007, as well as the national education goals outlined in Law No. 20 of 2003. The implication is that strengthening the teacher’s role and school–parent collaboration is the key to successful early childhood character education. education.

Abstract

An investor who wants to invest in stocks must have a stock account facilitated by a securities company. Many investors invest in stocks through PT Phintraco Sekuritas compared to other securities companies in Central Kalimantan. Therefore, this study aims to reveal the implementation of marketing strategies in increasing the number of stock investors carried out by PT Phintraco Sekuritas. The method used in this study is qualitative with SWOT data analysis. The SWOT analysis technique is used to assess the company's current situation, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, with reference to the 4P strategy aspects (Product, Place, Price, Promotion). Research results show that the number of stock investors in PT Phintraco Sekuritas in Central Kalimantan increased by an average of 74.62% per year, with the highest growth rate in 2017 at 255%.. Based on the research results, the implementation of marketing to increase the number of stock investors by PT Phintraco Securities in Central Kalimantan has its greatest strengths in the product and promotion strategy factors, and has opportunities in the Place and Promotion factors.

Abstract

Letter recognition ability is one of the essential aspects of early literacy development in young children; however, many still experience difficulties in mastering this skill. This condition requires innovative learning that is both creative and interactive. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of lettercard stringing activities in improving the letter recognition ability of children aged 5–6 years at PAUD A. Sopyan Karawang. The research employed classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were group B children, and data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed qualitatively and with simple quantitative calculations. The results indicated an improvement in children’s letter recognition ability from an average of 69.44% in the first cycle to 81.71% in the second cycle, accompanied by an increase in teacher activity from 68.05% to 84.72%. These findings show that lettercard stringing activities can enhance children’s cognitive skills in recognizing letters while also developing fine motor skills, concentration, and active participation in learning. The study concludes that letter-card stringing is effective as a creative learning strategy to improve letter recognition ability in early childhood education.
