Abstract

Deviation from purchasing procedures One type of corruption is the provision of government services and goods that harm the economy or state finances. These deviations often occur because officials do not understand and comply with regulations or do not pay enough attention. This position is very important because the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) is involved in every stage of the government procurement process. As a result, PPK competencies must pay attention to morality and ethics, managerial competence, and the acquisition of goods and services. Abstract

This research is motivated by the community, especially traders in the Wage Dukun Gresik market regarding consumptive financial behavior that tends to change. Traders today are becoming very consumptive of whatever they see without seeing that it is a need or just a desire. This study aims to explain the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude and locus of control on financial behavior of traders in the Dukun Gresik wage market. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The location of this research is the Dukun Gresik wage market. The variables in this study are financial knowledge, financial attitude, locus of control. The population in this research is the traders of the wage market of Dukun Gresik. The sample in this study is as many as 200 traders of the wage market of Dukun Gresik. The sampling technique is the Nonprobability Sampling or Incidental Sampling technique. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in traders in the Dukun Gresik wage market. Financial attitude has a negative and insignificant effect on financial behavior of traders in the Dukun Gresik wage market. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior of traders in the Gresik shaman wage market.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the company's performance that cannot run well because all actions taken in each activity are determined by employees who are members of the company. Employees are the main driver of all company activities, as well as to maintain its existence, the company starts a business to manage human resources, especially in increasing work effectiveness and efficiency to the maximum so that the company's goals can be achieved at Pasmira Gresik. This study aims to explain the effect of work discipline, motivation and work environment on employee performance at Pasmira Gresik. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. The location of this research is Pasmira Gresik. The variables in this study are work discipline, motivation, work environment. The population in this study were the employees of Pasmira Gresik. The sample in this study were 83 employees of Pasmira Gresik. The sampling technique is the Probability Sampling Technique or Simple Random Sampling. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that work discipline, motivation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pasmira Gresik.

Abstract

Influence of Leadership Style and Commitment to Employee Performance at Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency. Thesis. Management Study Program. Faculty of Economics and Business. Makassar State University. Supervised by Nurman and M. Ikhwan Maulana Haeruddin. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and commitment to employee performance. This research was conducted at the Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency with a sample of 53 people consisting of employees at the Ujung Jampea Health Center Selayar Islands Regency. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the t-test (partial) shows that leadership style (X1) has a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.020, less than 0.05. Furthermore, commitment (X2) has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.027 less than 0.05. While the f (simultaneous) test results show that leadership style (X1) and commitment (X2) have a positive and significant simultaneous (together) effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.002 less than 0.05. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination test (R²) shows an R Square value of 0.218 which means leadership style (X1) and commitment (X2) have an influence on employee performance variable (Y) of 21.8% while the remaining 78.2% is influenced by other factors in outside the independent variables in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine parents' perceptions of education funding for boss funds at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data sources in this study are parents, principals, school committees and supervisors who are taken through interview and documentation techniques. The research instruments used in this study include researchers and interview guidelines. The analysis technique used is the technique of analyzing and interpreting research data using the Miles and Huberman analysis model through three stages, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that parents' perceptions of BOS funding education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin. Based on the results of the data obtained, parents' perceptions of BOS fund education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin, parents are very enthusiastic in responding to the policies issued by the government, namely the nine-year compulsory education program, both in terms of opinions, responses, and assessments of parents are very positive towards BOS fund education financing, this shows that the BOS fund education financing program is very helpful. Also, the implementation of BOS funding education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin, starting from the planning to the implementation stage, always includes all elements of the community to provide input to the school as well as oversee the implementation of the financing

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui agenda setting pemberitaan vaksin Covid-19 di media online Medanposonline.com. Medan Pos merupakan media cetak surat kabar harian yang terletak di Medan yang beralamat di Jalan. Mayjen Siswomihardjo d/h Jalan. Perdana No.107-111, Medan. Medan Pos sudah banyak berkontribusi dalam hal sejarah yang ada di kota Medan. Terhitung dari mulai tahun 1966 hingga saat ini sudah 56 tahun surat kabar harian Medan Pos mengikuti sejarah dan peristiwa yang ada di kota Medan secara stabil. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisa agenda setting McCombs dan Shaw dengan peserta untuk mengajukan pertanyaan umum yang agak luas dan diukur dalam tiga tahapan yaitu menciptakan kesadaran, menentukan prioritas, dan memperkuat suatu isu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, pengumpulan dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agenda setting pemberitaan vaksin covid-19 dari lima berita yang dianalisa terdapat empat berita yang memiliki struktur agenda setting yang baik dan sesuai.

Abstract

The cancellation of Indonesia as the host of the U-20 World Cup grabbed massive public attention. FIFA canceled due to rejection from various groups such as Bali Governor I Wayan Koster, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo, several parties and mass organizations. President Jokowi also responded to this, starting from affirming that it is necessary to separate politics and sports, to expressing his enthusiasm after the cancellation by FIFA. This research seeks to find out what kind of emotions President Jokowi is trying to display on Instagram social media. Emotions and political communication have a close relationship, as both influence each other and shape public views on political issues. This qualitative research uses AWS Rekognition as a machine learning-based visual analysis tool to determine the emotions displayed. The result of the research is that Jokowi shows a calm emotion. One of the logical assumptions for showing calm emotions is to maintain stability and show that the President is in control of the situation.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi promosi Geosite Sipinsur yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu penelitian yang diarahkan untuk mendeskripsikan kejadian-kejadian, gejala-gejala dan fakta-fakta secara akurat dan sistematis mengenai aspek-aspek penelitian serta menganalisis dan menyimpulkan kebenarannya berdasarkan fakta-fakta. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi secara mendalam. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini dianalisis melalui hasil wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah empat orang, dimana empat orang tersebut masing-masing merupakan pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. Dari hasil penelitian dilapangan, peneliti menggunakan strategi komunikasi promosi Geosite Sipinsur berbasis Goal Plan Action (GPA) dan menemukan bahwa strategi komunikasi promosi yang telah digunakan oleh Dinas Pariwisata yaitu dengan mengenal khalayak, membuat pesan, menetapkan metode serta menentukan pilihan dan penggunaan media. Selain itu, upaya yang dilakukan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan dalam mempromosikan Geosite Sipinsur yang paling efektif yaitu melalui media sosial.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses yang tidak ada habisnya, adapun cara mendidik anak untuk mengenal lingkungan sekitar yaitu dengan cara mengenal hewan. Saat ini TK SHAKILA SCHOOL masih menggunakan metode manual seperti menggambar hewan di kertas. Saat ini banyak cara mengenalkan hewan pada anak contohnya bisa melalui smartphone. Salah satu teknologi pada smartphone yang bisa mengenalkan hewan pada anak yaitu AUGMENTED REALITY (AR). Teknologi ini dapat mengonversi objek 2D yang ada di dunia nyata menjadi 3D kedalam dunia maya. Teknologi ini dapat menjadi media alternatif untuk pengenalan hewan yang hanya digambar 2D menjadi 3D dengan menggunakan teknologi ini, dan dapat membuat kegiatan belajar mengajar jadi lebih menarik.

Abstract

Pendidikan adalah usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dan kepribadian setiap individu melalui proses dalam kegiatan tertentu (misalnya memakai media pembelajaran interaktif) serta interaksi setiap individu dengan lingkungannya untuk menjadi manusia yang berguna bagi masyarakat sekitar, pembelajaran dominan tidak hanya dilakukan dengan tatap muka tetapi bisa dilakukan dengan secara tidak tatap muka memakai media interaktif melalui aplikasi berbasis web, metode yang diterapkan yaitu memakai metode addie. Addie adalah model pembelajaran generik dalam menyediakan bahan-bahan pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan, metode ini sering diterapkan dalam pendekatan sistematik.dalam metode addie menggunakan tahapan untuk mengumpulkan beberapa data yaitu dengan wawancara dan observasi, dalam metode addie dibutuhkan pengembangan sistem. pengembangan sistem addie yang digunakan yaitu analisis, desain, depelop, implementasi.
