Abstract

This study aims to determine the promotional strategy of the tourism office in making Pandang Island a tourist destination in Batu Bara Regency. This research is a qualitative study with descriptive methods. In this study the researcher acts as an observer and systematically records the symptoms / phenomena / objects under study. The results of this study show that the promotion strategy of the Tourism Office in making Pandang Island a tourist destination is with 5 promotional mixes that are used, namely through Advertising in the form of brochures, banners, electronic media, websites and applications. Personal Selling (face-to-face sales), namely by holding exhibitions or exhibitions outside the region and direct marketing (direct marketing) by word of mouth marketing or through stories of experience, influencing factors in efforts to increase tourist visits, tourism in Batu Bara Regency is widely known, especially the island of view where tourists who come are not only local but also foreign countries. Communication barriers faced by the Batu Bara Regency Tourism Office in promoting the island of view, namely, the community has not been able to provide comfort and security to visitors or tourists on the island of view, especially when tourist vehicles are parked in the port area and human resources (HR) are still lacking in understanding the language when there are tourists from abroad who come.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contents of the indictment message on the Instagram account @syafiqrizabasalamah_official and the use of Instagram media as a da'wah media. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The theory used in this research is the theory of the message of Jalaluddin Rakhmat's message. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that there are 15 da'wah posts for the period 1-26 September 2022 which the researchers have analyzed. Of these, it was found that there were 5 posts of aqidah preaching, 5 posts of moral preaching and 5 posts of sharia preaching. Researchers also consider that Instagram is quite effective as a medium for preaching, especially for those who cannot attend science assemblies.

Abstract

The title of this research is "Interpersonal Communication of Parents and Children in Overcoming Early Marriage in Nagori Lingga, Simalungun Regency". This study aims to determine the causes of early marriage in Nagori Lingga and to find out how Interpersonal Communication between parents and children in overcoming early marriage. The theory used in this research is the Accommodation theory. This research was conducted using Descriptive Qualitative methods. By obtaining the results of the study, namely, that the cause of early marriage in Nagori Lingga, Simalungun Regency, is because one of the factors is that most of them are already pregnant first, besides that there are also the wishes of their children because they are no longer in school, promiscuity, education that is still very low to continue higher schooling and inadequate economic factors. Parents take it for granted when their children choose to marry at an early age, some feel sad and moved because they are still young to be married and make a disgrace in the family, namely pregnant first (pregnant outside of marriage). In early marriage, it is the parents who must be the mediator in their children's households, because we know what children who marry at a young age are like, if in terms of their emotions cannot be controlled, and their thinking is still very unstable, they are more prone to quarreling, and misunderstanding, therefore their job as parents is to advise their children, give understanding, always give direction to their children.

Abstract

This study aims to explain what safety and marketing strategies should be carried out by sellers of hn products. This research was conducted using a more advanced qualitative approach which is the level of framing analysis. More specifically, the researcher uses the framing analysis method with Robert N. Etman's analytical model. The results of this study show that from a series of videos on Dr.'s YouTube channel. Richard Lee emphasized that the marketing of unsafe cosmetics is still circulating freely among the public. Dr. Richard Lee tries to educate women, so they don't get stuck using unsafe products. Dr. Richard Lee considers HN products to be products that contain harmful substances for facial skin because they are indicated to have hydroquinone and mercury ingredients.

Abstract

Technological developments have made it easier for people to consume and produce audiovisual content on social media, including through the use of the Islam Populeric YouTube channel which provides diverse information for its users. The channel owners monetize their content, making their content production practices profit-oriented. This article analyzes how Islam Populer commodifies Islamic-themed content to generate profits, as well as the exploitation of new media workers. The article shows that Islam Populer successfully commodifies the values and teachings of Islam in their content, generating profits for their media endeavors. However, Islam Populer remains a commodity for YouTube, as the account's performance attracts advertisers who benefit YouTube the most. This makes Islam Populer one of the parties that are exploited in the context of media work.

Abstract

Industry progressed significantly day by day, especially in digital era. Indonesia doesn’t escape this loop especially with their cultured habit and the way they consume trusted product. This time Indomie shines again as the product looked by everyone due to their flashy new product named Indomie Ice Cream. Indomie Ice Cream and the Ice Cream’s sweetened clashed each other, yet people in Twitter still so eager to buy it and taste it themselves. With SWOT analysis, this research shows how Indomie makes an advanced impact through opportunities even though the type of product isn’t dominantly loved by people like regular Indomie or regular ice cream.

Abstract

Innovation in equipment and technology development has been identified as a powerful trigger for SMEs resilience and recovery in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis. This paper presents the design, fabrication and operationalization of a simple but effective centrifugal casting device prototype, for the traditional gold jewellery industry in Ghana. The design process commenced by the conceptual design phase; detailed design phase followed by the embodiment design stage. The device was constructed using local materials. The device is easy to manufacture, maintain and relatively cheap. It can therefore be easily replicated or fabricated by ‘’wayside’’ welders. It is also easily transportable and can be used for teaching and demonstration purposes for students of tertiary institutions. The merit of this project is its innovative concept and constitutes a fundamental and important contribution to the research and development of new pioneering centrifugal casting machine for the local gold jewellery industry in Ghana.

Abstract

Instrumen investasi yang banyak diminati di Indonesia adalah Investasi Saham. Investasi saham memiliki risiko yang tinggi dikarenakan saham bersifat fluktuatif. Untuk mengurangi risiko dalam investasi saham diperlukan analisis sebelum pembelian saham. ARIMA dan LSTM adalah model statistik dan machine learning yang sering digunakan untuk menganalisis jenis analisa keuangan. ARIMA lebih sederhana dan mudah dipahami, namun kurang dapat mengatasi pola yang kompleks dan sulit diprediksi, LSTM lebih kompleks dan memerlukan data yang lebih banyak, namun mampu mengatasi pola yang kompleks dan sulit diprediksi dengan lebih baik. Untuk mendapatkan model terbaik dari kedua model perlu adanya perbandingan untuk mendapatkan model terbaik antara ARIMA dan LSTM untuk meramalkan harga saham. Peramalan menggunakan kedua model tersebut menggunakan objek 6 kriteria kategori saham untuk merepresentasikan pola data saham yang bermacam macam. Penelitian ini akan mencari nilai RMSE, MAPE dan waktu peramalan, kemudian dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata terbaik. Hasil dari penelitian ini ARIMA mendapatkan nilai terbaik dengan rata-rata RMSE 198,62, MAPE 1,79% dan waktu 26,50 detik dan LSTM mendapatkan nilai terbaik dengan rata-rata RMSE 217,92, MAPE 2,43% dan waktu 431,97 detik sehingga model ARIMA lebih unggul dari LSTM dari nilai rata-rata RMSE, MAPE dan waktu peramalan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemerintah kota Bandar Lampung dalam menekan jumlah pasien orang dengan Human Immunodeficiency Virus mangkir/ Lost to follow up pada layanan perawatan, dukungan & pengobatan melalui optimasi kebijakan program pengambilan obat multi bulan/ multi month dispencing. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Wheelen dan Hunger dimana manajemen strategi dapat dilihat dari tiga indikator utama yakni, pelaksana yang bertanggung jawab untuk mengimplementasikan strategi, proses implementasi itu sendiri dan bagaimana pengelolaan sumber daya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengambilan obat multi bulan telah dijalankan oleh layanan perawatan, dukungan dan pengobatan di Kota Bandar Lampung namun belum optimal. Hambatan implementasi meliputi Ketersediaan Antiretroviral, hambatan birokrasi, kewajiban observasi pasien, beban kerja tenaga kesehatan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the use of social media and to determine how much influence occurs between the use of social media. social media and to find out how much influence occurs between the use of social media on student communication behavior patterns at ArRahman Medan High School. This research uses quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of Social Media Use on Student Communication Behavior Communication Behavior of Students at Ar-Rahman High School Medan. This research will involve 2 (two) variables, namely variable Y: communication behavior and variable X: social media. social media. From the results of the research, the researcher can conclude two things, namely the variable the use of social media has a significant effect on Communication behavior of Ar-Rahman Medan Private High School students and the amount of influence given by the use of social media is 51.5 percent. Given by the use of social media is 51.2% on Communication Behavior, which means there is still 48.2%. Communication Behavior, which means that there are still 48.2% other factors that can influence the Communication Behavior of students.
