Abstract

This writing aims to determine the legal protection for the curator in exercising the authority to manage and settle bankrupt assets as well as the duties and authority of the curator in managing and controlling the bankrupt debtor's assets. This paper uses the normative juridical law research method by conducting a study and analysing laws and regulations related to the problem under study so that the results of the research above in the provisions of Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Obligations for Payment of Debt do not guarantee legal protection for curators in carrying out their duties of managing and dealing with bankruptcy assets. Article 50 of the Criminal Code provides protection for curators who carry out their duties based on statutory regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of togetherness and family factors in improving the performance of male and female cadets at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic using a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Cadets are students undergoing education at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic to prepare themselves as professionals in the aviation industry. This research employs a qualitative approach with a literature review method involving data collection from relevant sources such as books, scientific articles, and journals related to the role of togetherness and family factors in enhancing the performance of cadets. The obtained data is analyzed through reading, synthesis, and interpretation processes to depict the roles played by these factors. The research findings indicate that togetherness and family factors play a crucial role in improving the performance of cadets at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. Harmony in relationships among cadets, mutual trust, and support and respect for each other can create an environment conducive to the growth and development of cadets. These factors contribute to increased motivation for learning, active engagement in academic activities, and better achievement. This research provides in-depth understanding of the role of togetherness and family factors in enhancing the performance of cadets at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. The research findings can serve as a reference for educational institutions and relevant parties in developing strategies and programs that promote togetherness and family values among cadets. By enhancing these factors, it is expected that both the academic and non-academic achievements of cadets can be significantly improved.

Abstract

The implementation of marriage guidance for prospective bride and groom candidates at the Jambi City Religious Affairs Office is not in accordance with the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Guidance Number 379 of 2018 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Marriage Guidance for Bride and Groom Candidates. For instance, prospective bride and groom candidates do not get a marriage guidance book and the duration of the guidance is relatively short from the time stipulated by the Director General's Decree. Qualitative approach was used in this study with a research design using a case study conducted at the Jambi City Ministry of Religion Office with the research samples being the Telanaipura District Religious Affairs Office, Kota Baru District Religious Affairs Office and East Jambi Religious Affairs Office. The data was collected by using observation, interviews, and documentation. This research resulted in four things. First, the implementation of marriage guidance is divided into two: face-to-face guidance is carried out at the Jambi City Ministry of Religion office and independent guidance is carried out at the Office of Religious Affairs. Second, the inhibiting factors for the implementation of marriage guidance are internal and external factors. Third, the implementation of marriage guidance at the Jambi City Religious Affairs Office has not run optimally according to the Decree of the Director General of Islamic Guidance Number 379 of 2018. Fourth, the impact of the implementation of marriage guidance is that the bride and groom candidates receive knowledge about the implementation of marriage guidance.

Abstract

This research aims are to (1) find out how the influence leadership style on employee performance, (2) knowing how to influence motivation on employee performance, (3) knowing how style influences leadership and work motivation on employee performance in the Office Tamalatea District, Jeneponto Regency. Data used in this research is primary and secondary data with a total sample of 40 respondent. This study uses a quantitative approach and analysis using the method of multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the data SPSS 25 to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that Leadership Style has a significant effect on performance employee t value arithmetic leadership style variable of -3.030 < t table of 1,687. That the t count of the motivational variable is 5,606 > the t table is 3,252. simultaneously variable leadership style and work motivation on employee performance with F count of 15,942 this shows F count (15,942) > F table (3.252). Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variable simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on variables dependent, namely Work Motivation at the Tamalatea district office jeneponto. Therefore, if employee performance continues to be considered and improved then of course it will improve employee performance moreoptimal.

Abstract

Marketing of educational services needs to be carried out as a form of accountability to provide information regarding the condition of Islamic boarding schools to the public. This study aims to determine the marketing mix strategy of educational services carried out by Pondok Pesantren Madinatul Ulum Merangin in improving its image. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that overall the Madinatul Ulum Merangin Islamic Boarding School had implemented an educational service marketing strategy that was quite good in improving its image. By providing a product offer that suits the needs of the community, and a strategic location for Islamic boarding schools to carry out educational activities and carry out promotions through student guardians, print media, social media and output. Madinatul Ulum Merangin Islamic Boarding School provides coaching for teachers, and the learning process is quite good. However, in the aspect of physical evidence, the facilities and infrastructure provided are inadequate and it is better to improve the facilities provided by Islamic boarding schools so that they are able to support the implementation of a quality education process.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Transformation of Communication Behavior of Users of Online Game Mobile Legend: Bang-Bang". The purpose of this study was to find out how students' communication behavior changes after using the online game Mobile Legend: Bang-Bang and to find out how the activities of students after using the online game Mobile Legend: Bang-Bang. The theory related to this research is the uses and effects theory. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with a case study approach. The results of this study are changes in students' communication behavior towards people around them depending on their mood when they play the game. If they lose in the game, they will feel annoyed and angry which will carry over to the people around them, but when they win, they will feel happy and carry out activities as usual. Then there are no negative behaviors such as fighting that students follow from the game; students only tend to be carried away by harsh words in the game. Although the game has nothing to do with special subjects in the students' schools, there is knowledge that they get, namely knowing and understanding new foreign language vocabulary that can be practiced in the real world.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method to examine the phenomenon intensively, in detail and in depth with observation, interview and documentation techniques that aim to find out the organization's communication strategy in recruiting members with communication accommodation theory and various conceptual frameworks namely communication strategies, organizational communication strategies and recruitment strategies. The results of the study can be explained that the communication strategy of the LPM Dinamika organization in recruiting members is face to face communication (private face to face and public face to face) by conducting socialization, namely entering new student classes, opening stands around campus and distributing brochures and mediated (private mediated and public mediated) using media intermediaries, the LPM dynamics organization disseminates information through social media and the use of captions in posts, class whatapps groups, and opening question and answer sessions on social media and via chat. In addition, the obstacles that occur in recruiting members are elements related to the organization (changes in registration schedules, permits), habits of finding candidates (personal data, ability or understanding of candidates, ethics and attitudes) and environmental factors (distance 3 campus, time and cost).

Abstract

Twitter is the most widely used social media platform by millennials in the digital era. One of the positive things that can be utilized is the potential of Twitter as a medium of da'wah, especially for the millennial generation. With the advantage of being able to upload writing in a relatively short time so that it can reach all groups. One of the most famous preachers today, Husen Ja'far, who uses his Twitter account for da'wah media with 713 thousand followers. This study aims to conduct a semiotic analysis of Husein Ja'far's account comments and how Twitter is used as a representation of da'wah media in the digital era. This study uses Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotic analysis model. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used by researchers are document analysis and literature study. This study analyzes the responses of Twitter netizens regarding da'wah content uploaded by the @Husen_Jafar account. The results of the study show that there are three signs that form the basis of the researcher's analysis on Husen Ja'far's account. The first is a sign of the many comments that appear in every upload of Husen Ja'far, although the number varies. The second netizen expressed his gratitude for the knowledge that had been shared in Husein Ja'far's upload. And finally, there is a follow-up question regarding Husein Ja'far's explanation of a religious issue.

Abstract

Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) is a company that is one of the largest companies in Indonesia. This company operates in the field of producing types of food and beverages such as processed instant noodles, milk, processed snacks, food flavorings, and nutritious food and drinks. PT Indofood CBP has products that have penetrated the international market, especially its most famous product, Indomie instant noodles. Even PT Indofood CBP is also known to have established instant noodle factories in several countries around the world. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the international strategy applied in PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur (ICBP). The research method used in this research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research found indicate that the international marketing strategy used by PT Indofood CBP is a licensing and joint venture strategy. It can be concluded that PT Indofood CBP is able to market its superior product, namely Indomie, which is fast food and is liked by many people in other parts of the world by implementing the right strategy.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Shopee E-Commerce Free Shipping Promotion on Buyer Interest in Datuk Bandar District, Tanjungbalai City. Objective of this study is to determine the effect of E-commerce free shipping promotion at Shopee's free shipping promotion on buyer interest and to find out the increase in buying interest in Shopee's free shipping promotion. on the promotion of free shipping E-commerce Shopee on buyer interest in Datuk Bandar District, Tanjungbalai City. The theory used is the theory of Influence, Sales Promotion, E-commerce, Purchase Interest and AIDDA theory. Object The object studied was the community in Datuk Bandar District, Tanjungbalai City who do online shopping from Shopee. This research approach is using quantitative research methods and with the use of correlational correlational method which has the aim of finding the relationship between promotion and buying interest. buying interest.
