Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Instagram social media on adolescent religious behavior in terms of morals and religious behavior based on Islamic teachings. This research is a quantitative study using observation data collection methods and questionnaire distribution through google form. The data analysis method used in this research is the data validity and reliability test. Then processing the data using the SPSS application. The population in this study was 412 teenagers in Neighborhood IX Tapian Dolok District, Simalungun Regency. With the conditions that researchers must require as respondents in this study. Respondents in this study must be teenagers who follow Hanan Attaki's Instagram account so that a sample of 80 respondents can be determined in this study. Through the Uses and Effect theory that researchers do that there is an influence of Instagram social media on the influence of Instagram social media on an average percentage of 45.0% and most experience changes in religious behavior after seeing Hanan Attaki's content. So, it can be concluded that Instagram social media can change the religious behavior of adolescents.

Abstract

This research is entitled Organizational Communication Patterns in Improving Employee Performance at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this study was to determine how organizational communication patterns can improve employee performance at the Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that (1) The Energy and Mineral Resources Office of North Sumatra Province uses a wheel communication pattern in which the head of the department provides information through oral communication during routine meetings and writing in the form of letters or information submitted in Whatsapp groups consisting of all employees. (2) for the performance of employees is classified as good because the quantity of all employees in completing the task is in accordance with the set target, then the quality of the workers is classified as good even though there are limited human resources, discipline, craftsmanship, and cooperation between employees is classified as good. (3) the communication pattern that can improve employee performance is the Y communication pattern because only the head of the department and the head of the field / section conduct meetings so that other employees can continue to do their respective duties so that the quantity and quality of employee work is maintained and more effective because the information conveyed by the head of the department during the meeting can be conveyed back from the head of the field / section to the employees in the field / section.

Abstract

All processes of social interaction in humans are important, including being useful as an effort to build relationships between them. One form of social interaction that occurs in humans is playing. The sophistication of adult technology now presents various developments in playing such as online games. The process of playing online games is proven to leave various kinds of social problems, including verbal violence. This research is a case study using a qualitative method that aims to look deeper into the phenomenon of verbal violence that occurs among online game players in coffee shops which are a forum for social interaction for the surrounding community, located in Lhokseumawe City, in Aceh's construction as Veranda of Mecca. The research subjects were verbal violence in online games, and the objects of this research were academics, community leaders, and online game players. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews using the habitus theory approach. The results of the study show that the neglect of cultural values and the Islamic Shari'a system by online game players triggers verbal violence behavior. In line with these conditions, other variables that become triggers are self-principles, stress, opponents at play, imitating behavior and weak supervision and application of rules.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the law enforcement of criminal acts in Indonesia, as a country law, of course enforcement law that doesn't take sides has set in Constitution 1945 Constitution Article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution where everyone is treated same in front law . Restorative justice is an alternative law enforcement approach that prioritizes solidarity, custom and culture, as regulated in the decision letter of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia concerning application of restorative justice. This study resulted in four things, namely: 1. General description of drug abuse crimes in Senyerang District 2. Efforts made by the Senyerang Pengabuan Police against drug abuse by applying the concept justice restorative justice, 3. Forms of restorative justice on drug abuse 4. MUI decree against eating and drinking containing alcohol/ethanol. The conclusion of the study is that drug abuse is a victim of crime, drug law enforcement can only be carried out with prevention without punishment and rehabilitation methods which are the implementation of restorative justice, drugs can be interpreted as khomar and the law is haram.

Abstract

This study determines the effect of unemployment, education, total population on poverty levels in East Java province. Using this type of associative research using a quantitative approach, the data used is secondary data using time series data over a period of 20 years (2002-2021). This study uses a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study are that the unemployment variable has a positive effect on poverty, while the education and population variables have a negative effect on poverty. The results of the simultaneous test (F Test), namely the variables unemployment, education, and population simultaneously or jointly affect poverty in East Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy and personal interest on investment awareness in Tidar University Management students. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from 30 respondents as a sample selected based on the simple random sampling method. The data obtained were then analyzed using correlation coefficient analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results of the analysis on the simultaneous test showed positive and significant results, which means that the independent variable has an influence on the dependent variable. While the partial test shows the results that the financial literacy variable has a significant positive effect on the investment awareness variable, but on the personal interest variable the results of the analysis show that the personal interest variable has an insignificant negative effect on the investment awareness variable. In the correlation coefficient test, the financial literacy variable on investment awareness has a perfect correlation, while the personal interest variable has a very weak relationship. The results of this study provide managerial implications for students who want to invest. students must instill a high interest in investing or it can be said that students must first have motivation in investing. By instilling student interest in investment, it is hoped that students will realize the importance of investment where we know that investment is a solution in today's era, the need is getting bigger and the cost of living is also getting higher.

Abstract

The village community is synonymous with an agrarian society, this is marked by a livelihood as a farmer in fulfilling the economic needs of his family, so that the existence and ownership of land becomes very important. However, in the course of time, due to economic demands, it is not uncommon for people to convert land from paddy fields, namely subsistence crops to oil palm plantations. This condition occurs in the Transmigrant community of Batang Pane II Village. This condition attracts researchers to conduct studies by describing in depth the changes that occur in the conditions of socio-economic structure, status and roles, orientation of cultural values and stratification as a result of land conversion. The focus of this research is to find out what factors influence the occurrence of land conversion from paddy fields to oil palm plantations and what phenomena occur in structural, social and economic values due to land conversion to the lives of the second generation of people. In this study the research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach.

Abstract

Medical records are one part of the hospital that plays an important role in running the Hospital Information System (SIRS). The Medical Record Media Transfer System is a web-based application used to convert printed files into pdfs. This study aims to evaluate the application of medical record media transfer using the PIECES method. This research was evaluated with several PIECES factors, namely Performance, Information, Economy, Control and Security, Effeciency, and Service. The use of the PIECES method can discover how feasible a medical record media transfer application is to be used. The results of this study were in the form of testing from 10 samples using questionnaires and producing good category values. The medical record media transfer application can be declared suitable for use at Dr. R. Soedarsono Hospital, Pasuruan City.

Abstract

This paper explores the topic of preaching Islam in Albania, with a focus on the right way to do so. The study argues that religion is a set of principles sent by God to guide humanity towards happiness in this world and the next, and that a religion which does not produce results that enable man to become smarter leads to the loss of life values. Therefore, the preservation of faith, life, wealth, offspring and mind are the main objectives of religion. The study highlights that in the face of negative portrayals of Islam in the media, it is the duty of Muslim preachers to communicate the truth and inform their congregation about the true principles of Islam. The study uses Imam Ash-Shatibi's work to argue that the basic pillar of religion is the benefit of this life and the next, and therefore the study provides important insights into the role of preaching in contemporary society. The findings of this study have implications for the way in which Islam is practiced and preached in Albania and provide important guidance for those who wish to promote a positive and accurate understanding of Islam in the world today.

Abstract

This study was conducted on the basis of the existing problems at the Medan Aviation Polytechnic which showed that there are still some cadres who have not been disciplined in implementing the order in the institution of the Medan aviation polytechnic, while other case studies can be raised. The author only limits the case studies taken such as the most frequent and highly highlighted because involving the discipline of the taruna itself is there are still tarunas who arrive late in participating in activities in the Medan Aviation Polytechnic environment. Taruna was still indifferent to the school's order. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect between the application of order and punishment on taruna conduct in the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. with this research it is hoped that readers will be able to understand and provide an overview of both disciplinary and disciplinary attitudes that occur and exist in the field of semi-military education The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The research instrument used is a picket with multiple choice forms. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between the influence of order and punishment on taruna's conduct.
