Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah “untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan di Desa Sungai Jawi Kecamtan Matan Hilir Selatan Kabupaten Ketapang’’. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survey deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling  (sengaja).  Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala rumah tangga, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 37 orang responden.  Tingkat kesejahteraan dianalisis menggunakan pentahapan kesejahteraan BKKBN dan kriteria kemiskinan setara beras (Sayogyo). Hasil analisis tingkat kesejahteraan nelayan di Desa Sungai Jawi berdasarkan tahap kesejahteraan BKKBN yaitu Keluarga Prasejahtera 30% nelayan, Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap I sebanyak 43% nelayan, Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap II sebanyak 8% nelayan, Keluarga Sejahtera Tahap III sebanyak 19% nelayan. Pengukuran dengan status kemiskinan setara beras yaitu dengan kriteria miskin sebanyak 24%, cukup sebanyak 49% dan kaya sebanyak 27%.   Kata kunci : Nelayan, BKKBN, Kemiskinan, Tingkat Kesejahteraan.

Abstract

This study aims to get the best cow urine concentration for the growth of red betel cuttings. Research has been carried out in Kucipu hamlet, RT 11/06, Capkala village, subdistrictCapkala, Bengkayang district. This research was conducted from March 1 to May 31 2018. The experimental method used was Randomized Block Design (RBD) repeated 3 times and each experiment consisted of 5 plant samples. The variables observed in the study were shoot length, number of leaves, number of roots, number of buds, fresh weight of buds, and root volume. The results showed that the with a of cow urine with a concentration of 200 ml/l was the best concentration for the number of leaves, while for root volume, the number of roots, the number of shoots, dan the length of the shoot, given and not given cow urine showed the same growth. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompos ampas tebu terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil jahe merah pada tanah gambut. Penelitian dilaksanakan di di Pontianak pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2015, menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor perlakuan kompos tebu, yang terdiri dari 6 taraf perlakuan yaitu P0 (0 ton/ha), P1 (10 ton/ha), P2 (15 ton/ha), P3 (20 ton/ha), P4 (25 ton/ha), P5 (30 ton/ha). Masing – masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali. Variabel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun per rumpun, jumlah anakan per rumpun dan berat segar rimpang (g). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompos ampas tebu berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel jumlah daun minggu ke-12 dan 16, jumlah anakan per rumpun dan berat segar rimpang. Dosis terbaik kompos ampas tebu untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil jahe merah di tanah gambut adalah 25 ton/ha.

Abstract

Nematoda Patogen Serangga (NPS) merupakan pengendali hama yang ramah lingkungan dan dapat menjadi alternatif bagi insektisida kimia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji efektivitas isolat Steinernema carpocapsae yang berasal dari tanah gambut. Percobaan dilakukan di rumah kaca tanaman sayuran, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura, dari bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2017. Percobaan dilakukan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Kepadatan populasi nematoda yang diuji terhadap larva S. litura F. adalah 150, 300, 600, 1200 dan 2400 JI/ml serta kontrol tanpa pemberian S.  carpocapsae maupun S. litura F. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa Semakin tinggi tingkat kepadatan Nematoda S. carpocapsae yang diinvestasikan menyebabkan peningkatan mortalitas S. litura F, perlakuan 2400 Ji/ml memiliki waktu kematian tercepat dalam jangka waktu 2 hari dan perlakuaan tersebut menunjukan jumlah nematoda tertinggi dan S. carpocapsae pada tingkat kepadatan populasi S. carpocapsae 600 JI/ml efektif terhadap larva S. litura F. dengan mortalitas larva 56%. Kata kunci : Rumah kaca, Sawi, S. carpocapsae, dan S. litura F.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best dose of N fertilizer for corn growth and yield double inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi and Azospirillum arbuskula peat soils. research was conducted in the experimental garden Tanjungpura pontianak university agricultural faculty from 10 november 2011 to 31 January 2012.study using completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors factorial treatments and 3 replications. every combination treatment plant consists of 3 samples. The first factor is microbial inoculation (M) and the second factor is the factor of urea (U). treatment are: microbial inoculation factor (M) consists of 4 stage are: Mo = without inoculation, M1 = mycorrhizal inoculation arbuskula, M2 = inoculation of bacteria fastening non-symbiotic N Azospirillum lipoferum, M3 = inoculation with mycorrhizal and bacterial arbuskula fastening N non-symbiotic Azospirillum lipoferum. factor urea (U) consists of 4 standard, namely: U0 = without fertilizer urea, urea U1 = 1/4 the recommended dose = 1.56 g / polybag, U2 = urea 1/2 the recommended dose = 3.13 g / polybag and U3 = urea appropriate recommended dose = 6.25 g / polybag. observed variables in this study were plant height (cm), number of leaves (pieces), leaf chlorophyll content (SPAD units), plant dry weight (g), leaf area (cm), N and P uptake (g), root infection by mycorrhizae (%) and dry shelled (g).the results showed that microbial inoculation and urea fertilizers provide the same effect on the number of leaves weeks 2, 4, 6 and 8 after planting, plant height 2 and 8 weeks after planting and has the best. provision of urea at various doses affect the levels of chlorophyll and leaf area dau total. interactions between microbial inoculation and urea fertilizers provide a good influence on root infection, P and N uptake, plant dry weight. The combination of microbial inoculation + 1.56 g urea (the recommended dose) resulted in infection of the roots, uptake of N and P on corn the best. corn plants without giving urea producing chlorophyll content of leaves and leaf area at its best. interaks without microbial inoculation and without urea producing plant dry weight is best. maize plants inoculated with mycorrhiza and Azospirillum double generating plant height to 4 and 6 weeks after planting is best. results of dry shelled corn crop ever produced in double inoculation with mycorrhiza and Azospirillum without giving urea. Abstract

ABSTRACTMore factors influence consumer in taking purchasing decision, that is factor product, price,distribution and promotion. The purpuse of this research is to analyze product factor (assurance,healty, high quality and flavor) price factor(price range, discount, and price according to quality), distribution factor(easy to find, proximity of location and the place) and promotion factor(frequency, information coveyor, and advertisement)of purchasing decision milk UHT on 150respondent by purposive sampling with descriptive method used analysis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The result show all off marketing mix (product, price, distribution and promotion) gave positive and significant influence to purchase decision of milk UH. For producers to improve products, such as using materials that are strong and durable, while for prices such as providing cheaper prices in order to compete with other dairy products, and for promotion that provides advertising products that attract and cut prices. Abstract

Soil fertility is the capablelity of a soil to provide nutrients at certain doses in equilibrium continuously to support the growth of a type of plant in the environment with other growth factors in favorable conditions.The objectives in this study were to determine the nutrient status of Nitrogen (N), phospor (P), Potassium (K), soil reaction (pH), C-organic, cation exchange capacity (CEC), and base saturation (BS) on rice fields in Keranji Paidang Village. For providing recommendation on plant fertilization on site specifics on rice fields in Keranji Paidang Village.This research was carried out on rice fields in Keranji Paidang Village Sengah Temila Sub-district Landak District by methode of land survey and soil analist. The area of rice fields studied is ± 2.56 ha. The materials used are soil samples and chemicals. The tools used in the field are: meter, ground drill, knife, plastic bag, documentation tool, label paper, stationery, supporting maps and GPS.          The results of the study, based on the results of analysis of soil reactions (pH) at the 6-year (P1), 25-year (P2), and 12-year (P3) study sites were classified as acidic between 4.70, 4.56, and 4.52, whereas at the location of 20 years (P4) it is classified as very acidic which is 4.47. Very high C-organic content is found in locations P1 and P2, which are 10.28% and 13.97%. The location of P3 is relatively high at 4.28% and at location P4 is classified as moderate, which is 2.60%. Nutrient N at the research location P1 and P2 was classified as very high at 0.96 and 1.26%. The location of P3 is classified as high, namely 0.53% and P4 is classified as moderate, which is 0.32%. Each research location has a total P land content and P is very high available land and low K-total soil content and very low available K land. Cation exchange capacity at locations P1 and P2 is high and very high at 34.71 and 42.51. P3 and P4 locations are low, namely 13.59 and 9.85. Very low KB values were found in P2 and P1 locations, namely 8.80% and 10.80%, and low KB values were 22.74% and 22.96% in locations P4 and P3.          Based on the results of the analysis and comparison of soil fertility levels, it can be concluded that the study sites have the same fertility level criteria but there are different nutrients.Key words: soil fertility, rice fields, land use age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari konsentrasi Mol limbah ikan yang terbaik untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga pada tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini mengguna kan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari lima perlakuan diulang sebanyak lima kali, setiap ulangan terdiri dari tiga sampel tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud yaitu k1 : 100 ml/l, k2 : 150 ml/l, k3 : 200ml/l, k4 : 250 ml/l, k5 : 300 ml/l. Variabel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat bunga dan diameter bunga. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa MOL mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kubis bunga. Konsentrasi MOL sebesar 250 ml/l (k4) merupakan konsentrasi terbaik dalam menunjang hasil yang tertinggi pada diameter bunga dan berat bunga.

Abstract

Mycorrhizal Arbuscular (MA) is a potential of natural resources found in nature and can be found almost all ecosystems. Mycorrhiza is one of association between roots and fungi. Influenced by environmental factors such as soil temperature, soil moisture, soil pH, organic material, light intensity and the host plant. This study aims to determine species diversity of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) in pineapple plant (Ananas comosus L) grown on peat Soil at Sungai Raya Subdistrict Kubu Raya. Observation variables observed species diversity, evenness abundance of spesies, pH, temperature, C-Organik, rainfall. Results obtained insulation 660 spores/100 g soil and 12 spore types Nanas location Sungai Asam with diversity index of 1.63, 922 spores/100 g soil in Pineapple Village location Rejosari 922 spores / 100 g soil and 10 types of spores in a diversity index of 1,66  and 1028 spores / 100 g soil and 16 types of spores in the secondary forest with a diversity index of 1,9. The results showed that the Mycorrhizal Fungi on the third location of the observations show the diversity criteria

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best dosage for growth and yield of peanut plants on ultisol soil. This research was carried out on the experimental field of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University of Pontianak which took place September 16, 2018 to December 20, 2018. The method used was a Complete Randomized Design Test (CRD) consisting of 6 treatments, 4 replications, and 4 samples. Giving various types of swallow droppings including a1 = 269 g / polybag, a2 = 514 g / polybag, a3 = 759 g / polybag, a4 = 1,004 g / polybag, a5 = 1,249 g / polybag and a6 = 1,494 g / polybag. Observations were made on plant height, number of pods of plants, dry weight of plants, dry weight of seeds. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the administration of swallow feces with a dose of 1,249 g / polybag or the equivalent of 16% organic matter gives the best results for the growth and yield of peanut plants on ultisol soil. Keywords: peanuts, swallow droppings, ultisol soil,
