Abstract

ABSTRACTPepper farmers are said to earn income if they can produce in large quantities. The selling price in effect has a considerable difference with the costs incurred by farmers. The amount of costs incurred to produce goods plus other costs until the goods are marketed is called the cost of goods. The calculation of cost of production is useful to: determine the selling price, monitor the realization of production costs, calculate profit or loss. The purpose of this research is to know the cost of White Pepper and Black Pepper Per kilogram Ni Sungai Palah village of Galing subdistrict Sambas regency  West Borneo and to know the income earned by farmers from the result of White Pepper and Black Pepper in Sungai Palah village, Galing subdistrict, Sambas regency West Borneo. The Implementation of the research was conducted from December 2016 until January 2017. The research method was conducted using survey method.The results showed the average cost of production for white pepper was Rp 7,445 while the average cost of production for black pepper was Rp 7.610 so it can be concluded the total production cost and the amount of pepper production affects the cost of production. Based on the result of average analysis of total income, it was known that the average income of pepper farm in Sungai Palah Village for white pepper was Rp. 61,897,850, while the income of pepper farm in Sungai Palah Village for white pepper was Rp. 1.941.468, so it can be concluded that the greater the amount of production obtained, then the income is also higher. Keywords: Cost of Production, Pepper Farming, Full Costing MethodABSTRAKPetani lada dikatakan memperoleh pendapatan apabila dapat memproduksi dalam jumlah yang banyak. Harga jual berlaku mempunyai selisih yang cukup besar dengan biaya-biaya yang telah dikeluarkan oleh petani. Jumlah biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi barang ditambah biaya lain-lainnya hingga barang tersebut dipasarkan disebut harga pokok. Perhitungan harga pokok produksi bermanfaat untuk: menentukan harga jual, memantau realisasi biaya produksi, menghitung laba atau rugi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui  harga pokok Lada Putih dan Lada Hitam perkilogram, di Desa Sungai Palah Kecamatan Galing Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat dan untuk mengetahui pendapatan yang diperoleh petani dari hasil usaha tani Lada Putih dan Lada Hitam di Desa Sungai Palah Kecamatan Galing Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan barat. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dari Desember 2016 sampai dengan Januari 2017. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan menggunakan metode survey.Hasil penelitian menunjukan rata-rata harga pokok produksi untuk lada putih adalah sebesar Rp 7.445 sedangkan rata-rata harga pokok produksi untuk lada hitam adalah  sebesar Rp 7.610 sehingga dapat disimpulkan total biaya produksi dan jumlah hasil produksi lada mempengaruhi besarnya harga pokok produksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis rata-rata pendapatan total diketahui rata-rata pendapatan usaha tani lada di Desa Sungai Palah untuk lada putih adalah sebesar Rp. 61.897.850, sedangkan pendapatan usaha tani lada di Desa Sungai Palah untuk lada putih adalah sebesar Rp. 1.941.468, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin besar jumlah produksi yang diperoleh, maka pendapatan yang diperoleh juga semakin tinggi.Kata Kunci: Harga Pokok Produksi, Usaha Tani Lada, Metode Full Costing

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ampas teh terfermentasi terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi hijau pada tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan dan empat ulangan dan masing – masing ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel tanaman. Total dari seluruh sampel penelitian adalah 72 tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah         t0 (tanpa ampas teh terfermentasi), t1 (200 g/polybag ampas teh terfermentasi),           t2 (400 g/polybag ampas teh terfermentasi), t3 (600 g/polybag ampas teh terfermentasi), t4 (800 g/polybag ampas teh terfermentasi), dan t5 (1.000 g/polybag ampas teh terfermentasi). Variabel pengamatan yaitu volume akar, luas daun, berat kering, jumlah daun dan berat segar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ampas teh terfermentasi berpengaruh nyata terhadap volume akar, luas daun, berat kering, jumlah daun dan berat segar tanaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ampas teh terfermentasi berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau. Pemberian ampas teh terfermentasi t5 (1.000 g/polybag ampas teh terfermentasi) adalah dosis yang terbaik  untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi hijau pada tanah alluvial. Kata Kunci : Alluvial, Ampas Teh Terfermentasi, Sawi Hijau

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat respon pertumbuhan tanaman klon lidah buaya pada lahan gambut terhadap pupuk kotoran bebek. yang dilaksanakan di Kota Pontianak selama 5 bulan dimulai dari tanggal 17 Mei 2013 sampai dengan tanggal 10 Desember 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 5 kelompok. Pengelompokkan berdasarkan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah pelepah. Masing-masing kelompok terdapat 5 sampel tanaman yaitu d0 (kontrol), d1 (133 g per polibag), d2 (266 g per polibag), d3 (399 g per polibag), dan d4 (533 g per polibag). Variabel yang diamati meliputi : pertambahan tinggi tanaman (cm), pertambahan jumlah pelepah (helai), dan jumlah anakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pupuk kotoran bebek dengan dosis 399 g/polybag menunjukkan respon terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan klon lidah buaya.

Abstract

KETERSEDIAAN UNSUR HARA MACRO N, P, K  PADA TANAH SAWAH IRIGASI DI DUSUN BEGASING DESA SEDAHAN JAYA KECAMATAN SUKADANA KABUPATEN KAYONG UTARA Ni Made Supadmi1), Sutarman Gafur2), Ismahan Umran2) 1)MahasiswaFakultas Pertanian dan 2)Staf Pengajar jurusan Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  ketersediaan unsur hara makro N (nitrogen), P (fosfor) dan K (kalium) tanah sawah irigasi guna meningkatkan produksi padi yang lebih optimal. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Sedahan Jaya Dusun Begasing dengan luas sampel lahan 5 ha. Setiap titik sampel luasnya 1 ha dibagi menjadi 5 titik sub sampel dan sampel tanah diambil pada kedalaman 0-20 cm kemudian dikompositkan. Sampel tanah dianalisis di Laboratorium Sifat Kimia dan Kesuburan Tanah untuk mengetahui unsur hara dalam tanah. Hasil analisis tanah menunjukkan bahwa unsur hara makro N (nitrogen), P (fosfor) dan K (kalium) tanah sawah irigasi di Dusun Begasing termasuk dalam kriteria rendah, terutama untuk unsur hara nitrogen dan kalium. Sedangkan untuk unsur hara fosfor termasuk dalam kriteria sedang sampai sangat tinggi.Setiap lokasi penelitian perlu dilakukan pemupukan dengan rata-rata pupuk Urea 189 kg/ha, SP36 100 kg/ha dan KCl 80 kg/ha.   Kata kunci : Ketersediaan Unsur Hara, Tanaman Padi, Rekomendasi Pemupukan dan Sedahan Jaya

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe aim of study is to determine the diversity og gastropods and bivalves in mangrove forests of Mendalok Village, Sungai Kunyit Subdistrict, Mempawah Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This study was conducted for 3 months was divided by using Purposive Random Sampling. Sampling sites into 3 stations, station1 was dominated by Rhizophora, station 2 was dominated by Bruguiera, anda station 3 was dominated by Nypah. Data collected in this study are primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained through direct measurement at the study stations. This data includes number individuals per-plot, gastropods and bivalves species name, and aquatic environmental characteristics (i.e. temperature, pH, salinity, and substrat). While secondary data was obtained from village profiles. Which were 9 other species groupied into 3 families which were classified into the Gastropod class and 3 other species groupied into 1 family which were classified into the Bivalve class. From all 3 stations, species Cerithidae cingulata (Gastropods class) with the value of Abundance (K) was 24,00 ind/m2. While species Polymesoda erosa (Bivalves class) with the value of Abundance (K) was 2,00 ind/m2.Keyword : Type Composition, Cerithidae ciungalata, Polymesoda erosa

Abstract

Consumption transition of society move out on food pattern which inclined fat contains and high calorie as like fast food. More factor was influence consumer on fast food consumption behavior, that is psychological factor and quality dimensions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of psychological factors (learning, information processing, change of attitude and anxiety) and quality dimensions (price, flavor, packaging, service and brand) on fast food comsumption behaviour on 150 respondent by purposive sampling with descriptive method used analysis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that pshycological factors do not affect on consumtion behavior. However, quality dimensions attribute is the primary factor on fast food consumtion behavior than followed by price, flavor, packaging, service and brand. The highest influence in service was consumer loyality. Thus, producer have to create some queue line so that making short time, and arrange room weather which more privacy without have to less room arrangement was avaible.

Abstract

RESPONSE OF MAIZE VARIETIES TO LIMING ON FLUVAQUENTS   Fitria sari 1), Rini Susana 2),Maulidi 2),Basuni 2) 1)University student and 2)Lecturer Study Program of Agrotecnology Facultyof Agriculture Tanjungpura University ABSTRACT This study aims to investigate the response of corn to plant varieties of lime. Research conducted at the Desa Parit Canggek snapper Kubu Raya regency in West Kalimantan. The method used in this research is of split plot design using randomized complete block. The treatment consists of the main plots (lime) with three levels (k1 = 0,8 kg /subplot is equivalent to 1 ton/ha, k2 = 1,6 kg /subplot equivalent of 2 ton/ha and k3 = 2,4 kg/subplot equivalent to 3 ton/ha) and subplots (varieties) with 2 levels (v1 = Sukmaraga and v2 = Bima 7), thus there are six treatment combinations, each treatment replicated 3 times. The variables observed in this study were plant height, dry weight, cob length, cob diameter, cob weight, weight of 1000 seeds and dry seed weight/plot. The results showed that the lime and the interaction of lime and varieties maize was not significant effect to all the variables of observation, whereas varieties have significant effect on plant height, dry weight of the upper part of plant, cob diameter, weight of 1000 seeds but there is no significant effect noticeable to the length of the cob, cob weight and dry seed weight/ plot. Sukmaraga significantly different with the Bima 7 on plant height, dry weight, cob diameter and weight of 1000 seeds. Keywords: Fluvaquents, Lime, Maize

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis cendawan endofit yang diisolasi dari jaringan batang lada dan kemampuan antagonis cendawan terhadap Septobasidium sp. Penelitian berlangsung selama empat bulan, mulai dari bulan Juni sampai September 2012 di Laboratorium Penyakit Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Cendawan diisolasi berdasarkan tiga kriteria batang lada yaitu tanaman sehat, terserang ringan dan terserang parah. Dari hasil isolasi diperoleh 14 jenis cendawan, 8 jenis merupakan cendawan endofit seperti Botryodiplodia sp., Aspergillus niger, Trichoderma harzianum, Fusarium Solani, Penicillium sp., Botryosphaeria sp., Mucor sp. dan Cunninghamella sp. sedangkan 6 jenis lainnya merupakan cendawan skunder pada tanaman lada. Cendawan endofit yang mempunyai kemampuan antagonis tinggi adalah Botryodiplodia sp. dengan besar kemampuan antagonis 64.26% 1,28 dan Trichoderma harzianum 57.87% 2,81. Kata kunci : Antagonis, Cendawan Endofit, Septobasidium sp.

Abstract

ATTACK RATE OF RICE STEM BORER TO THE VIRIOUS VARIETAS OF RICE (Oryza satuva)Sahbandi1, Tris Haris Ramadhan2, Sarbino3 1Agriculture; Faculty University of Tanjungpura2Agriculture; Faculty University of Tanjungpura3Agriculture; Faculty University of Tanjungpurae-mail: *sahbandi@student.untan.ac.id  ABSRTACTRice is an agricultural product in Indonesia that has the largest number of consumers in the world, pests are an important factor in influencing efforts to increase rice production.  Rice  stem borer is one of the important pests that attack rice plants throughout the country and can reduce the yield of rice, one of the ways in controlling rice stem borer is by planting resistant or tolerant varieties, using resistant or tolerant varieties is an integrated pest management concept (IPM). The purpose of this study is to measure the extent of rice stem borer attack on several rice varieties in the field.  The study was conducted in Sub District Rasau Jaya 2, District Kubu Raya, for 4 months from April to July 2017. The research method using Randomized Block Design consisted of 4 varieties with 5 replications ie Inpara 3 (V1), Inpari 30 (V2), IPB 3S (V3) and IPB 4S (V4) data analysis using ANOVA followed by Duncan Mutiple Range Test (DMRT) at 5% level. The results showed that all rice varieties tested were attacked by rice stem borer, with the intensity of the deadhearts and the whitehead different outbreaks, the inpara 3 varieties were categorized as resistant because they had the lowest intensity of deadheart and whithead attacks, the inpari 30 varieties were categorized as susceptible because of the intensity of deadheart and whitehead the highest was higher than in other varieties, the varieties IPB 3S and IPB 4S were categorized rather resistant because at the level of attack that was not significantly different with susceptible varieties but did not decrease the yield significantly.Key words: Deadhearts, intensity, IPM, Rice stem borer, Rice varietas, and whiteheads

Abstract

Indonesia has potential and prospects for developing the onion crop commodities show that a positive side of development, such as shallots and scallion commodity. Onion plants are one of the commodities that are intensively developed in West Kalimantan, one of the land used for cultivating this plant is alluvial soil. This research aims to determined the interaction between chicken manure and K fertilizer on the growth and yield of Allium chinense on alluvial soil. This research use a factorial completely randomized design (CRD). The first factor was chicken manure (p) which consisted of three levels  treatment that is, p1 = 10% weight of the soil equivalent to 800 g perpolybag, p2 = 20% weight of the soil equivalent to 1600 g perpolybag, and p3 = 30% weight of the soil equivalent to 2400 g perpolybag. Second factor is K fertilizer (k) which consists of three treatment levels, that is k1 = 175 kg / ha equivalent to 0.7 g perpolybag, k2 = 200 kg / ha equivalent to 0.8 g perpolybag and k3 = 225 kg / ha equivalent 0.9 g perpoly bag. The addictional observation variables in this research were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), number of tillers (fruit), number of tubers (fruit), plant wet weight (g) and plant dry weight (g). The results showed that the main factors of manure significantly affected the observation variables of plant height, number of leaves and plant wet weight. The factor of both K fertilizer and interaction of chicken manure and K fertilizer had no significant effect on all observation variables. Keywords: Allium chinense, Alluvial Soil ,Chicken manure, K Fertilizer.
