Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan konsentrasi POC limbah buah pisang yang terbaik bagi pertumbuhan dan hasil bawang merah pada tanah gambut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Rumah Kompos Pendidikan Untan (RKPU) Fakultas Pertanian, berlangsung dari tanggal 7 November 2019 sampai 20 Januari 2020. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan konsentrasi POC limbah buah pisang yaitu, p1 (konsentrasi 5 ml/liter), p2 (konsentrasi 10 ml/liter), p3 (konsentrasi 15 ml/liter), p4 (konsentrasi 20 ml/liter) dan p5 (konsentrasi 25 ml/liter). Masing – masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali dan setiap ulangan terdapat 4 sampel tanaman. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, klorofil daun, berat basah tanaman dan berat kering umbi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian POC limbah buah pisang berbeda nyata terhadap jumlah daun pada 8 mst dan klorofil daun pada 6 mst, namun berbeda tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, berat segar tanaman dan berat kering tanaman. Konsentrasi POC limbah buah pisang dari variabel tinggi tanamam (cm), jumlah anakan (anakan), jumlah daun (helai), klorofil daun (spad unit), berat segar tanaman (g) dan berat kering umbi (g) dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsentrasi 5 ml/liter merupakan konsentrasi terbaik dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bawang merah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the best concentration of coconut water on growth and yield plan cutting of mint. This study held from on February 25st to April 25th 2019. The research was conducted in Purnama Agung VII, Komplek Pondok Agung Permata, South Pontianak. The method use is  randomized completely design of one factor,the treatment consisted of 5 treatments, namely  (p1 = concentrations of  coconut water 0%, p2 = concentrations of  coconut water 12,5%, p3 = concentrations of  coconut water 25%, p4 = concentrations of  coconut water 37,5%, p5 = concentrations of  coconut water 50%,) all treatmets were repeated 5 times, each treatment consisting of 4 plant samples. The results showed that the concentrations of  25% coconut water was the best concentration for improving yield of cuttings of mint plants.  Keywords: Coconut Water, Plant Cutting of Mint.

Abstract

The result of aloe vera beverage production Pontianak unable to compete with the brand of outside Pontianak or the beverage substitutes, because of defective design and quality or the product picture. The study aims to design a model of consumers preference toward the resolution to purchase aloe vera beverage in Pontianak, represented by 150 respondents using quota sampling techniques and then analyzed by the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) methods. The results of the analysis show that only design and quality affect the purchase resolution, with a model of preferences namely; 500 ml size packaging; lychee flavor; nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids; the physiological benefits that can provide energy, nourish and prevent diseases of the body; and certification most important product is labeling halal. Manufacturers need to change the shape of the packaging glass into the shape of the bottle, increase the level of lychee flavor in the composition of the ingredients, include information about: nutrition, benefit, and product certification on the package label.Keywords: aloe vera beverage,model, purchase resolution, quality function deployment (QFD), structural equation modeling (SEM).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi jagung manis lahan gambut di Desa Rasau Jaya I Kecamatan Rasau Jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah petani jagung manis yang berjumlah 42 orang petani. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, kuisioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan sofware SPSS 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan faktor produksi benih, Insektisida, pupuk urea, pupuk kandang, pupuk NPK, pupuk SP 36, dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produksi usahatani jagung manis sedangkan faktor produksi luas lahan, herbisida dan fungisida berpengaruh negatif terhadap produksi usahatani jagung manis  di Desa Rasau Jaya 1 Kecamatan Rasau Jaya Kabupaten Kubu Raya.   Kata Kunci : Faktor Produksi, Produksi, Usahatani Jagung Manis.

Abstract

Agricultural field especially in the cultivation of crops, soil conditions and management are important factor that will determine the growth and yield of crops cultivated. In Indonesia, the Ultisols are generally not well handled. On a large scale, the land of Ultisols has been utilized for oil palm plantations, rubber and industrial crop forests, but on the scale of farmer economic constraints is one of the causes of unmanaged soil is well. The province that has a Ultisols spread very widely is East Kalimantan 10.04 million ha, west Kalimantan 5.71 million ha, central Kalimantan 4.81 million ha and Riau 2.27 million ha. The problem faced is the limitation of fertile land and lack of information about the condition of land, to increase production of oil palm in the village Tebedak District Ngabang Regency Landak, it is necessary to study some properties of soil chemistry So that from this research can provide fertilizing advice.This research aims to study some of the chemical properties of the Ultisols soil which are planted with palm oil in several gardens and suggested of Nitrogen, phosphorus and Potassium in village Tebedak District Ngabang Regency Landak. This research is expected to provide information on chemical properties of soil in village Tebedak District Ngabang Regency Landak. The parameters in this study is the reaction of the soil (pH), organic carbon, total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium available, interchangeable, calcium, magnesium can be exchanged, cation exchange capacity, base saturation, soil texture, and bulk density.The taking of soil samples taken at Palm Gardens in the village Tebedak District Ngabang Regency Landak, soil samples were taken at 5 different Palm locations, each location taken 5 point diagonally and made the composite sample of 1 so that composite samples obtained 5 were analyzed in the laboratory of chemistry and soil fertility Faculty of Agriculture University of Tanjungpura. The results of the analysis of the soil samples in the laboratory showed that a soil pH range from 3,93-4,12 with criteria very wry, organic carbon ranges 0,54-1,07% with low to very low criteria, total nitrogen range 0,07-0,14% with low criteria to very low, phousphorus available range is  20.12-25,55 ppm criteria are, potassium range 0,06-0,12 cmol(+)kg-1 criteria of low to very low, calcium range 0,17-0,31 cmol(+)kg-1 with very low criteria, magnesium range 0,06-0,13 cmol(+)kg-1 with very low criteria, cation exchange capacity ranged 4,58-6,50 cmol(+)kg-1 criteria of low to very low base saturation ranges, 8,73-11,09% with a very low criteria, soil texture in sandy loam and bulk density I deeper 0-30 has the value 1, 32-1,36 g/cm3.  Key Words : Oil Palm, Chemical Properties Of The Soil, Ultisols

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the best combination of AB-mix and fermented kosarin for growth and yield of spring onion grown hidroponic. This research was carred out in the research field of Agriculture Faculty, Tanjungpura University Pontianak which took place from February 27th, until April 19th, 2019. The method of this research was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisted of 5 treatments, 5 replitions, and 3 sampling units plants. The combination of inorganic nutrients and fermented cow’s urine were A = 1 ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 90 ml/l Kosarin, B = 2 ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 70 ml/l Kosarin, C = 3 ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 50 ml/l Kosarin, D = 4 ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 30 ml/l Kosarin dan 5 = ml/l Ab Mix good plant + 10ml/l Kosarin. Variabel observations in this research were plant height, leaves of each clump, total tillers of clump, plants fresh weight, root volume, plants dried weight. On the results of this study shoured that there not found the best combination of nutrition AB-Mix goodplant and the best fermented beef urine for growth and yield spring onion. Morover this results of hydroponic onions, combination nutrients provide the same affect On a hydroponic spring onion smuth and jield.Keywords: AB-mix good plant, spring onion, hydroponic, cow’s urine.

Abstract

KARAKTERISASI MORFOLOGI FASE VEGETATIF PADI BERAS HITAM SELASIH ASAL BELITANG HULU KABUPATEN SEKADAU Kingkun karismando (1), Tantri Palupi (2), Fadjar Rianto (2)(1)    Mahasiswa Fakultas Pertanian, dan (2) Staf Pengajar Fakultas PertanianUniverisitas Tanjungpura Pontianak ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di dusun Cendrawasih, Kecamatan Sungai Kakap, Kabupaten Kuburaya. Penelitian berlangsung selama 6 bulan dari 25 april sampai 30 oktober 2019. Penelitian mengunakan eksperimen lapangan dengan sistem tanam jajar legowo 2:1 dengan penanaman mengunakan satu bibit/lobang tanam, sampel yang diamati sebanyak 100 dengan 15 variabel pengamatan.  Karakter padi beras hitam lokal di Kalimantan Barat perlu dilakukan untuk memahami sifat dan karakter padi hitam. Karakter yang dimiliki padi beras hitam Selasih yang baik dapat dimanfaatkan untuk program pemuliaan. Hasil pengamatan karakter morfologi fase vegetatif  yang dimiliki padi beras hitam Selasih adalah bentuk lidah daun 2-cleft, panjang lidah daun tergolong panjang, sudut daun tergolong tegak, sudut daun bendera tergolong tegak, warna leher daun tergolong hijau muda, warna telinga daun tergolong putih, warna pelepah daun tergolong hijau, warna lidah daun tergolong putih, permukaan daun tergolong sedang, sudut batang tergolong sedang, panjang daun tergolong sedang, lebar daun tergolong sedang, jumlah anakan tergolong banyak, dan tinggi tanaman tergolong pendek. Kata kunci: Karakterisasi, Padi beras hitam, Varietas lokal

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di desa penjalaan kecamatan simpang hilir kabupaten kayong utara dengan luasan sawah pasang surut ±10 ha. Waktu Penelitian selama ± 6 bulan dimulai dari persiapan data, pengambilan sampel di lapangan, analisis tanah di laboratorium sampai pada tahap penyusunan laporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat kimia tanah dan status kesuburan tanah serta saran pemupukan pada padi sawah pasang surut di Desa Penjalaan Kecamatan Simpang Hilir Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Upaya untuk mengetahui status hara dan tingkat kesuburan tanah di lokasi penelitian maka dilakukan pengambilan sampel tanah menggunakan metode diagonal yaitu 3 tanah komposit dan 3 tanah utuh sehingga keseluruhan sampel berjumlah 6 selanjutnya di analisis di laboratorium kimia dan kesuburan tanah fakultas pertanian universitas tanjungpura.parameter penelitian, yaitu pH tanah, C-organik, N-total, P-tersedia, K-total/tersedia, KTK, KB (kejenuhan basa), Salinitas dan BI (bobot isi). Data status hara pada tanah sawah pasang surut hasil analisis di kelompokkan berdasarkan kriteria penilaian sifat kimia tanah (Staf Pusat Penelitian Tanah, 1983) sedangkan status kesuburan berpedoman pada Pusat Penelitian Tanah PPT, Bogor (1995). Hasil penelitian sifat kimia tanah menunjukkan pH tergolong sangat masam, C-Organik sangat tinggi, N tinggi, P sedang sampai tinggi, K sedang, KTK sedang, KB rendah sampai sangat rendah, dan salinitas sangat rendah. hal ini membuat status kesuburan tanah padi sawah pasang surut desa penjalaan kecamatan simpang hilir kabupaten kayong utara tergolong rendah sehingga perlu dilakukan pemberian pupuk baik Urea, SP-36, dan KCL.Kata kunci : sawah pasang surut, sifat kimia, status kesuburan tanah

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the combination of ab-mix nutrients and fermented cow urine for growth and results mustard of hydroponic culture. This research was conducted in the district Ngabang in district Landak West Kalimantan  which lasted 13 January until 23 February 2019. The method used is the complete randomized design (CRD) consisted of 6 treatments, 4 replitions, and 6 sampling unit plants. The combination of ab-mix nutrients and fermented cow urine where P1 = 5 ml Ab-Mix/L solution, P2 = 2.5 ml Ab-Mix + 50 ml fermented cow urine/L solution, P3 = 2.5 ml Ab-Mix + 60 ml fermented cow urine/L solution, P4 = 2.5 ml Ab-Mix + 70 ml fermented cow urine/l solution, P5 = 2.5 ml Ab-Mix + 80 ml fermented cow urine/L solution and P6 = 90 ml of fermented cow urine/L solution. Variable observations in this research  were plant height, number of leaves, area of leaf, plants fresh weight, plants dried weight, and the volume of roots. The results showed that combination of nutrients ab-mix and fermented cow urine had a significant effect on all observation variables, the best treatments of control 5 ml ab-mix/L solution, lowest treatment of control 90 ml of fermented cow urine/L solution and the best combination treatment 2.5 ml Ab-Mix + 80 ml fermented cow urine/L solution.   Keywords : Ab-mix goodplant, cow urine is fermented, hydroponics, Mustard.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to obtain the best dose of the effect of palm oil ash and chicken manure interaction as well as the best dosage of single factor palm oil ash and chicken manure on growth and yield of dayak onion in peat soil. This research was conducted from October 21, 2018 to January 21, 2019 in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University, Pontianak. This study used the Factorial method with a completely randomized design (CRD) pattern with 2 treatment factors. The first factor was the provision of palm oil ash consisting of two levels, namely 109.50 g and 138.85 g. The second factor was the provision of chicken manure consisting of 3 levels, namely 40 g, 60 g, and 80 g. The variables observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of tubers, fresh weight of tubers and weight of dry tubers.             The results showed that there was no interaction between the administration of palm oil ash and chicken manure to all the observed variables of dayak onion plants. The administration of palm oil ash gives the same results on all observation variables of onion dayak plants. Providing chicken manure can affect the number of tillers. The best dose of chicken manure is 60 g / polybag, equivalent to 15 tons / ha. The effect of effective combination occurs on the administration of palm oil ash doses of 109,50 g / polybag and chicken manure dose of 60 g / polybag. Keywords : chicken manure, dayak onion, palm oil ash, peat soil
