Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how work discipline and cooperation influence employee performance at the company PT Sarana Lalu Lintas Medan. What is the influence of work discipline and cooperation at PT Sarana Lalu Lintas Medan. The population in this research is all employees of PT Sarana Lalu Lintas Medan, totaling 30 people and the entire population is used as a sample. This research approach is a quantitative approach. This testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the test results and analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence of work discipline variables on the performance of PT Sarana Lalu Lintas Medan employees. There is a significant influence of the collaboration variable on the employee performance variable of PT Sarana Lintas Medan. Work discipline and cooperation have a significant effect on the performance of PT Sarana Lintas Medan employees

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the influence of the work incentives on employee performance. How does workload affect employee performance. How the incentives and workload affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of the work incentives on employee performance. To know and analyze the effect of workload on employee performance. To know and analyze the influence of the incentives and workload on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 40 employees. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain the incentives variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Incentives and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of flash sales and live streaming on impulsive buying and live streaming on Shopee e-commerce users and to determine the influence of flash sales, live streaming and impulsive buying on purchase intention on Shopee e-commerce users. The research population was undergraduate (S1) students from the Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of North Sumatra, class of 2020, totaling 160 people. Sampling in this study used probability sampling with a sampling technique, namely simple random sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques include data quality testing, validity and reliability testing. Based on the analysis results, flash sales have an effect on impulsive buying and purchase intention both simultaneously, partially and also have a significant effect. Live streaming has an effect on impulsive buying and purchase intention both simultaneously, partially and also has a significant effect. Abstract

The problem formulation in this research is whether there is an influence of work motivation and work environment on the job satisfaction of employees PT. Hijau Priyan Perdana. This research aims to find out how work motivation and work environment influence the job satisfaction of employees PT. Hijau Priyan Perdana. The data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this research consisted of 35 employees. The analytical technique used is the quantitative method. Abstract

This research is limited to Conflict and Work Stress, especially regarding the work targets implemented and also Work Stress given by PT. Telkom Witel Medan has not been able to improve Employee Performance. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the influence of Conflict and Work Stress on Employee Permormance at PT. Telkom Witel Medan. The pupose of this research is to determine the effect of Conflict and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT. Telkom Witel Medan. The population in this study was 40 employees. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The testing method uses SPSS. Based on the test results and analysis, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence of Conflict and Work Stress variables on Employee Performance variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and price on loyalty of Telkomsel Internet Data Package users in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UISU Medan. The population of this study were 160 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UISU Management. Study Program, sampling using the Slovin formula obtained a sample size of 62 samples and allocated to each stratum using the proportional random sampling formula, the data was analyzed using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the brand image variable has a significant effect on user loyalty while the price variable has no significant effect on user loyalty, brand image and price have a significant effect on user loyaltys performance

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether communication affects job satisfaction, whether job stress affects job satisfaction and whether communication and job stress affect employee job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) South Medan Customer Service Unit. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication and job stress on employee job satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The sample used in this study were all employees of the South Medan Customer Service Unit of PT PLN (Persero), totaling 45 employees. The data collection technique used is by distributing questionnaires / questionnaires to respondents, interviews with related parties, documentation studies and literature studies. The stages of data analysis are conducting validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests with normality, heteroscedasticity and multicolonierity tests, to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis is carried out and hypothesis testing is carried out t test, F test and determination test. The results of the analysis and hypothesis testing show that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and communication and job stress have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) South Medan Customer Service Unit

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analiyze the Altman Z-Score mothod in assessing the level of bankruptcy PT. Cahaya Medan Tbk for The 2018- 2021 period and to provide evidence that the altman Z-score method is effectively used in assessing the level of company bankruptcy with a relatively reliable level of precision and accuracy at PT.Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk for the 2018-2021 period. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive analysis, namely by collecting, clarifying, analyzing and interpreting data obtained from the company so that it can provide a picture of the actual situatuin the calculation technique used in this reseatch is the Altman Z-Score model formula. Based on the results of calculations using the modified Altman Z-Score method from the 2018-2021 period, it shows that PT. Cahaya Bintang Medan Tbk is in the safe zone or safe because the average Z-Score value is above 2,60 or Z2,60

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of teacher competence and work motivation on teacher performance at Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational School. The population and sample in this study were 30 people. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies, and literature studies.  The data analysis techniques used are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of this study show that partially (t-test) Teacher Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational Teachers, and Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa Private Vocational Teachers. The results of simultaneous significant testing (F-test) of Teacher Competence and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Teachers of Private Vocational Schools Wira Jaya Tanjung Morawa. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of HR quality on the service responsiveness of North Sumatra Province Regional Revenue Agency employees, to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the service responsiveness of North Sumatra Province Regional Revenue Agency employees, to determine and analyze the influence of HR quality and organizational culture towards service responsiveness of North Sumatra Province Regional Revenue Agency employees. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of North Sumatra Province, namely 176 employees and sampling was carried out using total sampling so that 64 respondents were used as samples. Based on the research results, it is known that there is a positive influence of the HR quality variable on the Service Responsiveness variable, thus partially there is a significant influence between the quality of human resources on employee service responsiveness, there is a positive influence of the Organizational Culture variable on the Service Responsiveness variable) thus partially there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture on employee Service Responsiveness. The quality of human resources and organizational culture influence service responsiveness. Thus, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources and organizational culture on employee service responsiveness
