Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the training and career development of employees carried out at the Transportation Agency has on employee work motivation. This research method is Quantitative and the technique used in sampling is a saturated sample technique where the entire population is used as a sample with a total of 65 respondents. The data source uses primary data, namely questionnaires (questionnaires), and secondary data obtained from interviews and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the formula Y = a + b1 + X1 + b2 X2 + Ɛ and to determine how much influence employee training and career development have on employee work motivation using the t test and f test comparison techniques.The results of the validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire, each statement item is declared valid and reliable where if Rcalculating Rtabel with the value of all items above the value of 0.2441 and the regression equation Y = 12.239 + 0.096X1 + 0.319X2 + Ɛ is obtained, meaning that every increase of one unit will cause an increase in employee work motivation by 0.096 and 3.19. Knowing whether or not the hypothesis in this study is accepted, the t test technique is used and f count. The t value of training is 2.069 and the t value of employee career development is 2.766 and t table is 1.669 and obtained f count 3.921, while f table is 3.19 and the significance level (0.025 0.05) shows that training (X1) and employee career development (X2) together have a positive and significant influence on employee work motivation (Y)

Abstract

This study applies quantitative methods with the aim of determining whether motivation and discipline influence on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, Patumbak plantation. The population involved in this study was 34 employees and the entire population was used as a research sample. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving questionnaires to respondents, interviews, and collecting documents. To prove and analyze this, this study used several testing techniques, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, and f tests (simultaneous) and t tests (partial) and determination correlation tests. The results of the study showed that partially both motivation variables and discipline variables had a positive and significant effect on performance variables and simultaneously showed that employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, Partumbak  plantation  was influenced by motivation and discipline by 50.2%

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Work Stress and Work Environment on the Performance of Mekar Sari Village Office Employees. The formulation of the problem in this research is to find out whether there is an influence of work stress and the work environment at the Mekar Sari Village Office. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The sample in this research was 45 employees. Variables are measured via a Likert Scale. Testing is carried out through validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The classic assumption test consists of the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test and multiple linear regression test. Hypothesis testing via T test and determination test. The results of this research are that the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect, the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Mekar Sari Village Office employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of human resource development on teacher performance at Al-Washliyah Amplas college, to determine and analyze the effect of competence on teacher performance at Al-Washliyah Amplas college, to determine and analyze the effect of human resource development and competence on teacher performance at Al-Washliyah Amplas college. The population in this study were all teachers who worked at the Al-Washliyah Amplas college, totaling 38 teachers and the sampling was done by total sampling so that 38 respondents were sampled. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a significant influence between human resource development and competence on teacher performance, there is a positive influence of human resource development variables and competence on teacher performance. Human resource development and competence on teacher performance together (multiple) there is positive and significant influence on Teacher performance

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of training and human resource development on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of training and human resource development on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study was 34 people and the sample in this study was 34 people using saturated sampling. The data source for this study uses primary data, namely sources recorded directly by researchers through questionnaires and interviews regarding problems related to training and human resource development on employee performance. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training and human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming and product quality on purchasing decisions for Skintific products at TikTokShop Medan. Using a quantitative approach, a survey was conducted on 200 respondents who had purchased Skintific products through TikTokShop. Data were collected through an online questionnaire covering the variables of live streaming, product quality, and purchasing decisions. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to evaluate the relationship between variables and test the research model. The results showed that both live streaming and product quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Live streaming was found to have a stronger impact, indicating the importance of real-time interaction and product demonstration in influencing consumer decisions. Product quality was also shown to be an important factor, emphasizing that consumers still consider the intrinsic aspects of the product even in the context of online shopping

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and communication partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees work in the PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal. PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal Jalan Roso Melati 5 Dusun 8 Marindal 1, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinis Sumatera Utara, with a population of 101 people, and a study sample of 50 people. Based on the analysis results obtained work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal, this is supported by the results of t count analysis t-table (3,529 2,012) Communication has a positif and significant effect on the performance of employees work of the PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal, this is supported by an analysis of t count t-table (4,190 2,012).Value of F-count F table (27,171 3,20) This states that together (multiple) there are positive and significant effects of work discipline andcommunication on the performance of employees work of employees of the PT. Sumatera Inti Karet Marindal. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted by the truth.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how compensation affects employee performance. How does motivation affect employee performance. How compensation and motivation affect employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance. To know and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance. To know and analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 37 employees. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how much influence training and the work environment partially have on the performance of PT employees. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Taman Adolina Perbaungan. This research method is quantitative and the sample determination in this study used the Slovin formula from 242 respondents to 71 respondents. The data sources use primary data, namely questionnaires, interviews, observations, and secondary data obtained from documentation studies and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test, f test, t test, and determination test using SPSS version 22. The results of research using the t statistical test show that the training variable (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), namely the value obtained tcount ttable (4.171 1.667) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05 and the work environment variable (X2) partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), obtained by the value tcount ttable (4.078 1.667) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. The results of the F test on the training variable (X1) and work environment (X2) can be concluded that the training variable (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), namely the value obtained Fcount Ftable(143.850 3.22) with a significance level of 0.000 0.05
