Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of influencer marketing Rafi Ahmad on buying interest in Erigo products on Instagram social media for UMS Communication Science students. This research method is quantitative. Researchers used a survey method with a questionnaire that was conducted online via google forms. In this study, the population determined was Rafi Ahmad's Instagram followers in 2023, which amounted to 71,200,000 followers. Researchers used non-probability sampling techniques, with purposive sampling techniques. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire and research instruments. Data analysis methods with the help of the SPSS program to prove the relationship and influence between the research variables, by conducting data tests. The results of this study are that using the SOR theory framework, the influence of influencer marketing Rafi Ahmad on buying interest in Erigo products on Instagram social media has a positive and significant effect so that it can be explained Stimulus: Interesting promotional content and positive interaction between Rafi Ahmad and his followers on Instagram. Organism: Followers respond to the content with a sense of connection to Rafi Ahmad, trust in his recommendations, and interest in the lifestyle displayed. Response: Followers show increased purchase intention towards Erigo products, reflected in purchase actions, search for more information, and engagement with the brand within the Instagram platform. Thus, the SOR theory provides a comprehensive view of how influencer marketing can affect product purchase intention on Instagram social media through the process of stimulus, organism, and response.

Abstract

Economic growth in a region is influenced by investment. So that the existence of business actors either on a macro or micro scale contributes to subsequent economic growth. Therefore, the government must be responsible for the investment process so that all parts of society benefit from investment. This research argues that an adequate licensing system is interesting to study. This is because an adequate licensing system has a huge impact. For example, investment growth can increase the amount of goods or services sold, create added value, increase labor, and other economic resources. One of the objectives of this research is to find the strategies used by the efforts of the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) in increasing investment in Jember Regency. In addition, this study also wanted to find out the factors that support and hinder the efforts of the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office to increase investment in Jember Regency. The results of this study state that the Jember Regency government has created an investment strategy and improved the quality and skills of the community through training. Investors and businesses will better understand their responsibilities to report investment activities and conduct complete investment promotion activities. An additional strategy proposed by the DPMPTS of Jember Regency is local regulations relating to the investment sector. This research uses Brayson's theory explaining that strategic planning is conducted using five indicators: establishing the vision, mission and goals of the organization; conducting an analysis of the internal and external environment; finding strategic issues; and then creating a strategy. The conclusion shows that of the five measurement criteria four of them run satisfactorily. While one of them is not good, namely the strategy developed by DPMPTSP Jember Regency is less than optimal as in the case of the absence of local regulations that can support future investment, the absence of a potential map and opportunity map, as well as limited internal and external human resources.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon related to the implementation of the Population Identity Digital Application in Jember Regency. Where in Jember Regency the application of the Population Identity Digital Application is still uneven. Of the 31 sub-districts in Jember Regency, only 8 sub-districts can activate this application. One of them is Tempurejo District. This is because there is one employee who has an attachment to the Jember Regency Dispendukcapil so that Tempurejo District is the centre of activation of the Population Identity Digital Application between 2 sub-districts including; Ajung and Jenggawah. So the researcher aims to find out the description of the Implementation of the Population Identity Digital Application in Tempurejo District, Jember Regency. Qualitative methods were used by researchers in this study where qualitative approaches and models can better explore problems that arise from social phenomena of population services and. The results showed that the Tempurejo District Government was influenced by two factors. Among them; Communication Factors and Human Resources Aspects. In the Communication Factor, Tempurejo Sub-district has not conducted socialisation related to the Digital Identity Population application. In the HR factor, only one employee understands in conducting public services with the Digital Population Identity application. So that I as the author provide advice to the Jember district government to overcome these two factors. So that all sub-districts in Jember Regency can activate the Digita Population Identity Application and also the people of Jember Regency understand about the Digital Population Identity application.

Abstract

Prinsip dasar penyelenggaraan rehabilitasi dan rekonstruksi pasca bencana yaitu, mendahulukan kepentingan kelompok rentan seperti lansia, perempuan, anak dan penyandang cacat. Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) mempunyai peranan praktis dalam mitigasi khususnya pascabencana yang mana lingkup komunitasnya mengarah langsung kepada anak - anak terlantar. Tantangan dalam menanggapi pascabencana dapat di kelola dengan mengembangkan, penguatan etitas dan peningkatan kapasitas sdm, potensial yang ada. Diantaranya LKSA yang mempunyai peran praktis yang dinamis dalam berbagai situasi dan kondisi, Dimana dalam kondisi tidak terjadi bencana LKSA menjalankan fungsinya sebagai rumah bagi anak - anak rentan/terlantar, dan dalam situasi pascabencana LKSA dismping sebagai rumah anak-anak rentan/terlantar pada umumnya, juga bagi anak-anak terlantar korban bencana. Penelitian ini melibatkan metode pendekatan kualitatif Field Research pada LKSA Budi Luhur Kabupaten Cianjur. Bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) selaku stakeholder dari pemerintah dalam menanggapi anak-anak telantar korban bencana gampa bumi Cianjur 2022. Diharapkan penelitian ini menjadi salahsatu upaya menghadapi Tantangan dan Peluang bagi Ketahanan Nasional.

Abstract

In mid-July, the Indonesian National Police was hit by a case that became an extraordinary that caused POLRI to be highlighted by the public at that time. This was due to the many irregularities in the case that was sticking out. Then three months later, another case involving a police general emerged, causing the police to be hit by an extraordinarily large case in one year, which attracted the attention of the public, foreigners and even the President of the Republic of Indonesia. The impact of the two cases above is a decrease in trust and image of the police in the eyes of the Indonesian people. Therefore, the National Police Chief through the police public relations division, which at that time was at the forefront of increasing public trust and the image of the police in the community, optimized digital media management and several programs which could lift the image of the police in the eyes of the community, this was also done by the units under him, one of which was the public relations section of Kebumen Police, at this time Kebumen Police had managed several digital media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and also TikTok, according to digital media monitoring by Kebumen Police public relations members, the image of Kebumen Police had improved again

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT) in Olilan Village, Walea Islands Sub-district, Tojo Una-Una Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method, which is a method that analyzes and interprets words and interview results with the aim of finding the meaning of a phenomenon. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Based on the results of the research, the analysis of the discussion of this study concludes that the direct cash transfer program (BLT) seen from the aspects of socialization, data, delay in disbursement, assistance has not been optimally carried out in Olilan Village, Walea Islands Sub-district, Tojo Una-una Regency. From the socialization aspect, this program has not been effective because the village apparatus still lacks socialization and synchronization in the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT). From the data aspect, this program was also not effective because the existing data did not accommodate the poor who really needed BLT. In addition, from the aspect of delayed disbursement, this program has not run well because the disbursement of assistance through BLT is often not on time. The schedule for the distribution of assistance that had been determined through a joint meeting between the village government and the beneficiary community was often not in accordance with the plan or time that had been determined.

Abstract

As presidential and vice-presidential candidates seek to capture public attention and understanding, they often employ innovative and creative methods. Both verbal and nonverbal messaging play a crucial role in this process. Therefore, understanding the verbal and nonverbal communication of a potential national leader is essential to prevent future misunderstandings. This study aims to analyze the political verbal and nonverbal communication of presidential (capres) and vice-presidential (cawapres) candidates during the third and fourth debates of the 2024 election using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis. The primary focus of this research is to understand how the concepts of Sign, Object, and Interpretant are used by the candidates to convey their political messages during the debates. The methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a semiotic analysis approach, which allows the researcher to elucidate the meanings behind the signs and symbols used in political communication. The study finds that the use of certain symbols significantly influences voter perceptions of the candidates. Additionally, the research highlights that signs play a critical role in the effectiveness of political communication, where gestures, facial expressions, and body language enhance the candidates' appeal and credibility in the eyes of the voters. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective political communication strategies in future election campaigns.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of public services based on the Didiges application in the village government service and administration system. This research is based on Law no. 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services and Presidential Decree 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems. The aim of carrying out this research is to determine the extent of implementation of public services based on the Digides application, as well as the factors that influence its implementation in Tanete Rilau District. By using descriptive qualitative methods, this research produced several findings such as the quality of use of online administration features, online correspondence services, and the minimal use of mobile applications by residents. From the theory of Donald S. Van Meter and Carl E. Van Horn, it was found that the most influential factors in the implementation of Digides application-based public services in Pondok Kelapa District are policy standards and targets, resources, relationships between organizations, characteristics of implementing agents, social conditions, politics, and economics, as well as the disposition of implementers. Based on the results of the research analysis, the village government plays an important role as the front guard that serves the community more closely. Therefore, the village government should actively provide outreach regarding the use of the Digides application to the community so that digital transformation can run optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Central Market Relocation Arrangement by the Gorontalo City Trade and Industry Service. The research method used is a qualitative method, a research approach regarding the Central Market Relocation Arrangement by the Gorontalo City Trade and Industry Service. The qualitative approach emphasizes natural phenomena or symptoms that occur in a fundamental and naturalistic manner, and is carried out in the field, not in the laboratory. This approach is often referred to as naturalistic inquiry or field study. According to Lofland, the primary data used in qualitative research are keywords and phrases. The summary of the data above can come from documents, reports, or observation results. Based on the research results, analysis of the discussion of this research concludes that the Central Market Relocation Arrangement by the Gorontalo City Trade and Industry Service, seen from the aspects of infrastructure development, officer capability, communication, has not been implemented optimally, based on the results of interviews that have been described with several informants, it has not been optimally implemented by Gorontalo City Department of Trade and Industry, so that the arrangement of the Central market is not yet optimal because infrastructure development which should focus on main supporting facilities is not carried out. From the description of the results of interviews with informants, the ability of officers to provide guidance for controlling traders and buyers which can support the arrangement of the Gorontalo City Central Market area has not been optimal. Based on the description of the results of interviews with the informants involved, it can be concluded that the Relocation Arrangement for the Central Market of Gorontalo City is not optimal when viewed from the perspective of the communication that has been established between the Department of Trade and Industry of Gorontalo City and the Limbau U II sub-district, this communication is not optimal, as can be seen from the changes Market conditions still have the same problems, especially regarding controlling traders and buyers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in income through the Karawo Cake Center IKM in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. This research method uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and interviews using interview guidelines which were given to a number of informants. Based on the research results, based on several interviews with research informants above, it can be concluded that the human resource improvement program has been running well by involving employees in various training held by agencies such as raw material agents. Even though they have participated in the training, there are still some employees who have not been able to develop their skills because the training was held when they were invited by the relevant agencies. But that doesn't hinder business management at IKM Sentra Karawo. Based on the results of interviews with several informants above, it can be concluded that the current facilities are adequate and are no longer an obstacle to managing the Karawo Cake Center IKM business anymore because the owner and employees work together to optimize deficiencies by collecting personal money to buy the facilities so as not to experience losses. Based on the results of interviews with several informants above, it can be concluded that the role of capital is very important for SMEs. The capital owned by IKM Sentra Karawo is sufficient to meet production needs and does not become an obstacle to managing the IKM Cake Karawo Center business in increasing community income in Tanggilingo Village, Kabila District, Bone Bolango Regency.
