Abstract

The payroll accounting information system is a system designed to facilitate accurate and precise employee salary calculation transactions. The purpose of this study is to determine the payroll accounting information system that has been implemented by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan and to find out whether the applied payroll accounting information system has good internal control. This research method uses a descriptive research approach and qualitative data types and quantitative data types. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The result of this study is the payroll accounting information system at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan has been running effectively. From the results of the study it can be explained that the employee payroll system at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan is carried out by bank transfers to each employee's account which is calculated using the payroll application based on basic salary, allowances and deductions. Internal Control at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan has been running quite effectively, because every payroll transaction that has been made has been verified and re-checked for accuracy before payment of salaries is made.

Abstract

This is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The subjects were young children aged 5–6 in Medan City who were indicated to be addicted to smartphones for 3–4 hours a day. Data collection is done using observation techniques and interviews with children, and data triangulation is done with parents to verify the accuracy of the data obtained. The results of this study show that the impact of smartphone users on children is divided into physical, psychological, consisting of positive and negative, as well as social. Physically, children experience eye fatigue and dizziness. Psychically, they experience increased emotional and less responsiveness to the environment, anger, irritability, and tantrums, while on the positive side, they can learn the concepts of numbers and letters, have a new vocabulary, have active communication skills, know the short suras in the Qur'an, and have greater curiosity for something. And socially, children are becoming more often at home playing smartphones.

Abstract

Independent Curriculum is a new policy inaugurated by the Ministry of Education and Culture government on the basis of independence in learning. The main advantage of this curriculum is that students, teachers and school institutions have greater independence in managing their learning. Based on the results of pre-research observations that the researcher explored with one of the subjects, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Brigjend Katamso Medan Private High School reached Phase E which was applied to class 11 only. So that research will be able to focus on learning in class xi in accordance with the research focus that has been formulated. The aims of this research are: 1) To describe the implementation of independent curriculum-oriented learning in Islamic religious education subjects at Brigjend Katamso Private High School, Medan. 2) To explain the challenges in implementing independent curriculum-oriented learning in Islamic religious education subjects at Brigjend Katamso Private High School, Medan. Identifying these problems, researchers used a qualitative approach with case study research. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model in the form of data including: 1) Data Reduction; 2) Data Display; Conclusion/Verification. Meanwhile, data collection techniques in this research used participant observation, documentation and free guided interviews. learning Islamic Religious Education in the Merdeka Curriculum. Meanwhile, the assessment carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers only uses 2 assessment methods, namely diagnostic assessment and formative assessment. Because the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has not been completed for one year, summative assessments have not been carried out by Islamic Religious Education teachers. Apart from that, there needs to be a deep understanding of the stakeholders in it so that the implementation and implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum will be better and more mature and running. in accordance with the goals and desires to be achieved.

The many faults of teaching today are due to the lack of methods in teaching and are adversely affecting apprentice.Thus the study discusses the principle of the methods of islamic education.In the educational world this method is essential for a teacher in the teaching process.What methods of method in islamic education, and why there must be methods in the world of education.The purpose of this study is to know the methods of islamic education.This method of study is qualitative (library search)research that draws on a library,journal,book,and field research.After doing the study it can be known that islamic education methods are learning methods, teaching methods,educational methods,they can also facilitate and assist teachers in teaching process.

Abstract

Zuhud according to Imam Al-Ghazali is leaving the world because he understands that this world is despicable when compared to the state of the afterlife. Some of the qualities possessed by ascetic people include patience, lack of hasad, qana'ah, tawadhu' and sincerity. Meanwhile, the concept of asceticism in general is an attitude of distancing oneself from everything related to the world. A person who is ascetic should not have his heart shackled or his heart should not be bound by worldly things and not make them his goal.

Abstract

Illegal fishing means all forms of fishing activities that violate Law Number 31 of 2004 article 1 and other laws and regulations that are still in force as well as in Islamic law as stated in the Al-Qur'an Surah Ar Rum verse 30 which says that It has been seen that damage on land and at sea is caused by the actions of human hands; Allah wants them to experience some of the (consequences of) their actions, so that they return (to the right path). Say (Muhammad), “travel the earth and see what happened to the people of old. Most of them are people who oppose (Allah).” (Q.S. Ar Rum (30): From this verse it is clear that Allah SWT forbids His servants from doing damage on earth and in the sea. The act of fishing continuously and using tools that damage the marine environment can be categorized as a criminal act (jinayah) if the act meets criminal elements. As in Islamic law, there are three elements that must be fulfilled if a person's actions can be categorized as criminal acts. The obstacles faced by corporations regarding the fish production process in accordance with Islamic law have not yet been met for the distribution/distribution of fishery products, namely the principle of balance and the principle of responsibility. This is shown by fisheries entrepreneurs when their fish is ready to be harvested and distributed/distributed, they have to wait first, because the distributors prioritize family property and even their own, for the losses experienced by fisheries entrepreneurs they are not responsible for what they have done. agreed. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine Annual SPT Reporting in Increasing Individual Taxpayer Compliance at KPP Pratama Medan Belawan. The method used in this research is descriptive. The type of data used is primary data, namely the results of interviews from the company regarding income recognition and secondary data in the form of personal tax data at KPP Pratama Medan Belawan. The analysis carried out in this research is a descriptive technique. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the reason why there are still individual taxpayers who do not submit their Individual Annual Tax Returns. The reason is that individual income tax revenues have not reached the target. There are registered personal taxpayers who are no longer operating but have not submitted an application as non-effective taxpayers at KPP Pratama Medan Belawan

Abstract

Independensi sebagai syarat mutlak bagi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan untuk bebas menjalankan perannya mewujudkan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan yang sehat dan kokoh sekaligus sebagai syarat utama sistem keuangan mampu berperan optimal dalam perekonomian nasional. Paper ini membahas reformulasi penguatan independensi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan di Indonesia dalam rangka mewujudkan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan yang sehat dan kokoh. Metode penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Otoritas Jasa Keuangan di Indonesia sebagai lembaga yang independen dalam mewujudkan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan yang sehat dan kokoh masih dipengaruhi oleh campur tangan pemerintah dan pihak-pihak lain. Sehingga Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sebagai pengawas dan regulator di sektor jasa keuangan belum mampu independen dalam menjalankan tugas dan wewenangnya. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari regulasi yang mengatur tentang kedudukan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sebagai lembaga negara atau bukan, pengambilan keputusan, masa akhir jabatan Dewan Komisioner, pengelolaan pungutan anggaran, penyidikan, konglomerasi keuangan dan non keuangan, panitia seleksi Dewan Komisioner, serta kedudukannya dalam konstitusi. Dengan kelemahan regulasi tersebut diharapkan agar sebaiknya diadakan reformulasi penguatan independensi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan di Indonesia dalam rangka mewujudkan Stabilitas Sistem Keuangan yang sehat dan kokoh.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the interest of University of Muhammadiyah North Sumatra (UMSU) students in using QRIS as a digital payment method in Indonesia. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach. The respondents in this study were students of the Sharia Business Management study program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, UMSU. This article explores qualitative approaches through interview methods in the context of research. Based on this research in order  to improve the efficiency and security of digital payment transactions and also to facilitate transactions for students. Special emphasis is given to the excellence of interviews as a data collection tool that allows researchers to establish direct interaction with UMSU students of the Islamic business management study program. By discussing the advantages and challenges of using QRIS. The results of this study show that performance expectations and facilitating conditions have an influence on students' interest in using QRIS as a payment technology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of price, celebrity and product quality on purchasing decisions for skincare products among FEB UMSU students, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach, with multiple linear analysis techniques. The results of the research show that price has a significant influence on skincare purchasing decisions, partially Selebgram has a significant influence on skincare purchasing decisions, partially product quality has a significant influence on skincare purchasing decisions, simultaneously there is an influence of price, celebrity grams and product quality decisions on somethic skincare purchasing. The results of the regression calculations show that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.434, this result means that 43.4% of the purchasing decision variables can be explained by the variables price, celebrity and product quality, while the remaining 56.6% is influenced by other variables not studied.
