Abstract

This research is focused on analyzing business financial data, which aims to predict business sustainability using the Altman Z-Score method. The data collection technique was carried out using documentation techniques in the form of collecting the required data from existing financial data by the Wong Polo Mangrove Beach Tourism manager from 2019-2021. Data is analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The main target of this research is to analyze financial data to anticipate the condition of financial difficulties (prediction of bankruptcy) using the Altman Z-Score method so that planned corrective actions can be taken for the sustainability of Wong Polo Mangrove Beach Tourism business and can be a reference for other tourist attractions in Kota Pari Village. In the planned improvement efforts,  cooperation is needed from business owners, local governments, and communities around tourist sites.

Abstract

Abstrak: Internet sebagai media dan teknologi informasi tidak hanya berdampak positif, tetapi juga berdampak negatif bagi pssssenggunanya. Pada umumnya internet digunakan untuk tujuan yang positif. Internet hendaknya mampu memberikan banyak hal tentang perkembangan lmu pengetahuan, peningkatan kecerdasan dan keterampilan. Misalnya pengetahuan agama,internet dapat berisi konten-konten bermanfaat seperti kitab-kitab ilmu, tafsir al-Qur’an, Hadits-hadits, karya-karya penelitian, dan berbagai informasi tentang kondisi dunia yang ditempati manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan empat prosedur yang dilalui yakni pengumpulan data, selanjutnya melakukan reduksi data, kemudian mendisplay data dan langkah terakhir melakukan verifikasi data. Kemampuan masyarakat untuk memilah konten yang beramanfaat untuk dirinya dengan memanfaatkan litersi digital dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis internet maka didapatkan hasil yang positif dalam pembelajaran agama islam di kalangan masyarakat.

Abstract

The family in the Qur'an is defined as a collection of men and women who are bound by marriage and in which there are people who are their dependents, such as children and in-laws. The family has a very strategic role and a very useful function. These roles are as a protector, educator of family members, liaison in the community, meeting their economic needs, fostering religious life, organizing family recreation and creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all family members and especially for husband and wife, as a place to meet their biological needs. . In Islam, the Qur'an has generally explained about communication within the family. This communication can be divided into three parts, namely communication between husband and wife, and communication between parents and children, as well as communication between siblings. If these three communications work effectively, then family integrity, harmony and happiness will be achieved

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam dunia Pendidikan, yang terus berkembang dari masa ke masa. Terutama dimulai dari tahun 2020, dimana dunia dihadapi dengan permasalahan yang mengejutkan, yaitu Pandemi Covid 19. Sejak saat itu, teknologi informasi semakin jelas terlihat perannya dalam dunia Pendidikan, karena munculnya istilah daring (dalam jaringan), atau yang diketahui sebagai system pembelajaran online. Para pendidik dan peserta didik sudah tidak asing dengan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Bahkan ada masa dimana media tersebut menjadi hal utama yang menunjang berjalannya proses pembelajaran, karena tidak memungkinnya menjalankan luring (luar jaringan) disaat Pandemi Covid 19 masih sangat massive.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge is one of the factors that causes individuals to commit violence, namely bullying. Bullying is a repeated negative behavior that intends to cause displeasure or hurt by another person, either one or several people, directly against someone who is unable to fight it. According to Yahya and Ahmad (2005) in (Nathania et al., 2022) on a 2004 survey conducted by the Japanese Ministry of Education, it was stated that there were 24,898 cases of bullying of these cases occurring in private universities (PTS). The purpose of this literature review is to analyze the results of research analysis related to the level of knowledge of PGSD students at Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra about bullying behavior. The research method used is a quantitative method.

Abstract

Online business models are becoming increasingly popular in today's digital era. However, not all online business models are successful and survive in the long term. Therefore, it is important for online business owners to evaluate the feasibility of their business model before deciding to launch or develop it further. This comparative study aims to provide online business owners with insight and inspiration in evaluating their own business model, as well as considering ways to develop or improve it. The online business models discussed in this comparative study include e-commerce, subscription services, online advertising, and affiliate marketing. Each of these business models is analyzed in terms of feasibility, advantages and disadvantages.Through this comparative study, it is hoped that online business owners can understand better about how to assess the feasibility of their online business model, and make better decisions in developing their business. By understanding the uniqueness and challenges of each online business model, business owners can choose the right business model for their business and increase the chances of success in the long term. The method that can be used is through qualitative methods, namely interviewing business owners, online surveys. Such data may include information about sales levels, revenue sources and other relevant factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Islamic leadership and Islamic organizational culture on the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Binjai. The research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS program as an intermediary. The results showed that simultaneously Islamic Leadership and Islamic Organizational Culture had a positive and significant influence on the performance of BSI KC Binjai employees. While partially, only Islamic leadership has a positive and significant influence, Islamic organizational culture does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. In this model Islamic leadership and Islamic organizational culture can only explain employee performance by 54.9%, the rest is explained by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

In the current digital era, information technology has been widely used for the development of the financial industry which encourages the growth of alternative financing for the business world, especially start-ups or novice business actors as a means of investment for the community. This is in line with the establishment of RI Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) which aims to realize clean, effective, transparent, accountable, as well as quality and reliable governance. One form of its activity is Crowdfunding Services Through Information Technology-Based Stock Offerings (Equity Crowdfunding), namely stock offering services carried out by issuers to sell shares directly to investors through an open network of electronic systems. This type of research is normative juridical with a statutory approach and legal principles. Using data sourced from secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials which are then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that with the existence of policies regarding the implementation of crowdfunding services through information technology-based stock offerings, the national economy accelerates because in transactions using electronic media that is more practical, makes it easier for people to make transactions, develops trade and the national economy, and realizes financial inclusion targeted by the government

Abstract

There are two problems studied in this research, namely: (1) How Implementation of Article 27 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration in Manau Sembilan Village II Population Administration in Manau Sembilan II Village, Padang Guci District Hulu Kaur Regency, and (2) How does Islam view the community that does not fulfill the right to identity of children in Manau Sembilan II Village? who do not fulfill the right to a child's identity in Manau Sembilan II Village, Padang Guci Hulu Subdistrict, Kaur Regency. Padang Guci Hulu Kaur Regency. To reveal the above problems, the The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, exploring data, information about the Implementation of Article 27 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 24 Year 2013 concerning Population Administration (Study in Manau Sembilan Village II Subdistrict Padang Guci Hulu Kaur Regency by using the method of Field Risearch is a research conducted in the field with observation, interviews and documentation. observation, interviews and documentation. Then described analyzed, and discussed to answer the problem. The results of this study found that: 1. Article 27 Paragraph (1) of Law Number 24 of 2013 Concerning Population Administration (Study in Manau Sembilan II Village, Padang Guci Hulu Subdistrict) Population Administration (Study in Manau Sembilan II Village, Padang Guci Hulu Subdistrict, Kaur Regency) has not been implemented optimally. Islam does not prohibit the registration of children's births because the registration of children's births is not allowed. If the birth of a child is registered because birth registration aims to bring maslahat for the child. maslahat for the child. So that people who have not reported births and have not taken care of Birth Certificate to be able to take care of it while still following the provisions of the State law.

Abstract

The problem in Indonesia that is very difficult to overcome or resolve is poverty, especially in various regions of provinces. There are many ways to alleviate poverty, of which is zakat by setting aside a portion of assets for eight ashnaf groups. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of zakat maal management. This research uses qualitative methods by analyzing information sourced from interviews. Continues to increase from year to year and is managed properly in a trustworthy and professional manner. the zakat maal distribution programs carried out by BSI Maslahat are in accordance with the needs of the mustahik and the financial reports on the receipt and distribution of zakat finds experience a deficit/surplus. Recommendations of this research are: it is important to collect more detailed data so that the distribution of zakat funds is not misdirected and to provide guidance and supervision of the programs that have been implemented.
