Abstract

The school operational assistance fund (BOS) program arose due to the compensation program for reducing fuel subsidies, The distribution of the BOS program has fought a significant war in accelerating the achievement of the 9-year compulsory education program and then developed up to 15 years. Therefore, starting in 2009 the government has changed the objectives, approach and orientation of the BOS program, from expanding access to improving quality. There are many reports about the nation's children who have dropped out of school because of the absence of fees. This raises many questions why they dropped out of school even though the government has provided school operational assistance funds, this fund is allocated to underprivileged people, this is what indicates that this school operational assistance fund has been done a lot by schools that receive BOS funds that are distributed to underprivileged students. In addition to the news, the author here makes preliminary observations where the author gets things that are stuck about the BOS fund itself in the author's village. There is one school that in the view of the author of the school is far from being called perfection. The school does not have a library.

Abstract

Purpose of writing this articleiadalahito analyze Liquidity Risk Management in Islamic Banking. This type of research includes library research. Furthermore, it is analyzed using the content analysis method. The data sources used are journals, as primary data sources and other supporting books related to the object of research as secondary data sources. The results showed that the liquidity risk of Islamic banks is the same as other financial services. Liquidity risk is the risk resulting from the Bank's inability to fulfill maturing obligations from high-quality cash flow sources and/or liquid instruments that can be used as collateral, without disrupting the Bank's activities and financial condition. Therefore, estimating liquidity needs is complex. Banks must estimate liquidity needs and find ways to meet all funding needs in times of need. Bank liquidity needs come from two needs. Liquidity risk itself can be interpreted as the risk of the bank's inability to provide immediate liquidation at a fair price.

Abstract

The application of restorative justice in efforts to resolve criminal acts of violence in the family is an effort in law enforcement solutions and can act as a mediator in bridging victims and perpetrators to reach solutions in unraveling problems that occur in domestic life. The application of the law through criminal proceedings is carried out if no agreement is reached between the parties as victims and perpetrators. Restorative justice has not been specifically regulated in the provisions of the law, but is an alternative way to solve problems, especially the resolution of domestic violence. The Law on the Elimination of Domestic Violence in reality is a hope in solving the occurrence of domestic violence which in its resolution is very complex and involves various parties in solving social problems and their diversity that occur in community life. It is expected that the government will be more assertive in terms of carrying out its duties and authorities in accordance with the law and indiscriminately in decision-making, firm action in solving problems that occur within the household is a natural thing in providing services to the community in determining the final choice in solving problems faced by each individual.

Abstract

The phenomenon of sexual deviation is starting to be found around us. Therefore the need for prevention and protection of early childhood. One of them starts by providing sex education guidance to children. But there are still many parents who underestimate the importance of sex education being taught from an early age. The purpose of providing sex education is to provide adequate understanding of the process of physical, mental, and emotional maturity and reduce fear and anxiety related to sexual adjustment and development. This study used a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The resulting data analysis is in the form of primary data from a book entitled "Sexuality Education for Children" by Veronika Kusuma, S. Which will be discussed in the discussion in this article. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the importance of introducing sex education is very influential in growing children's characters for the better.

Abstract

To make it easier and more systematic to describe the development of Islamic law during the New Order era, the next During the New Order era, the horizontal Latin political tension, between santri and abangan, was fading, or if there was, the tension was below the surface and buried by various daily events, however, this did not mean that political tensions and Islamic struggles just stopped. but the most prominent struggle of this period was more open. The New Order era can be said to be the starting point for the development and more concrete recognition by the state of the existence and enforceability of Islamic law in Indonesia. During the New Order government, several laws and regulations were issued that directly related to the existence of Islamic law in Indonesia, such as Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage, Government Regulation Number 28 of 1977 concerning Waqf, Law Number 7 of 1989 on Judiciary Religion, and Presidential Instruction No. 1 of 1991 concerning the Compilation of Islamic Law in IndonesiaEven though the position of Islamic law as one of the sources of national law was not very firm in the early days of the New Order, efforts to strengthen it still had to be done. This was shown by KH.M. Dahlan, a minister of religion among NU when he proposed a draft law on Muslim marriage with the support of Islamic factions in the DPR-GR. Despite this failure, this effort was continued by submitting a formal draft law governing judicial institutions in Indonesia in 1970. This effort bore fruit with the issuance of Law No. 14/1970, which recognized the Religious Courts as one of the judicial bodies under the Supreme Court. With this law, according to Hazairin, Islamic law has been applied directly as an independent law.
