Agriculture is a sector that has an important role in the economy in Indonesia. Not only able to contribute to the income of the Indonesian economy, agriculture is also a sector that supports people's food security. However, what often happens and is experienced by Indonesian farmers is the lack of agricultural equipment in Indonesia and the high price of renting equipment in Indonesia. One solution that can be used as a solution to this problem is through waqf. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collection techniques using secondary data and using literature studies. The results of this study indicate that waqf has an important role in the agricultural sector in developing the country. this is evidenced by the role of waqf, both cash waqf and productive waqf as financing in the agricultural sector.

This study aims to determine how much influence the Employee Skills, Work Experience in Improving Employee Performance at PT. So Good Food Medan City. The research methodology used is a quantitative descriptive method. The population in this study are employees from PT. So Good Food Medan City as many as 37 employees. Population and sample in research at PT. So Good Food Medan has 37 employees. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample. The data sources in this study are primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research location and secondary data, namely books and journals related to it. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis are Y = 0.596 + 0.602X1 + 1.046X2 + e which shows skills and work experience have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the partial test (t) show that skills have a positive and significant effect on employee performance where it can be seen that the tcount value is 3.862 ttable 1.690 and the work experience variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where it can be seen that the tcount value is 5.929 ttable 1.690. The significance value of F is less than 5% or 0.05 or the value of Fcount = 92.762 Ftable 3.28. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.845, this shows that 84.5% of employee performance variables are influenced by skills and work experience, in other words, skills and work experience affect employee performance by 84.5%, while the remaining 15.5% are influenced by other factors outside of this study

The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a party that organizes and provides a means to bring together securities buying and selling offers of other parties with the aim of trading securities between them (Indonesia Free, 2020). This type of research is quantitative by using the sampling technique is purposive sampling. To collect data samples, researchers used secondary data, namely documentation on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Then a time series analysis is carried out, namely a comparative analysis of financial ratios from one period to another where ratio analysis is used, namely financial ratio analysis consisting of ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios. This research was conducted at the secretariat at CV Inti Mitra Wahana Medan, which aim of to determine the effect of jab satisfaction, motivation and physical work environment play a role in increasing employee productivity. This study used quantitative methods, where the population in this study was 40 employees, and the sample taken was as much as 100% of the total population because the number was not up to 100 people. The results of this research show that partially physical work environment (X3) have a significant effect on employee productivity within the CV Inti Mitra Wahana Medan (Y), with a t calculate value of 2,770 and a significance level value of 0.003 smaller than 0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously, both job satisfaction (X1), motivation (X2) and employee productivity (X3) have a significant effect on the employee productivity within the sCV Inti Mitra Wahana Medan , with a F calculated value of 3,161 and a significant level value of 0.036 less than 0.05.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran ibu rumah tangga terhadap daya tahan ekonomi keluarga. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini bagaimana peran ibu rumah tangga dalam memenuhi dan meningkatkan daya tahan ekonomi keluarga, bagaimana dampak peran ganda ibu rumah tangga terhadap ketahanan ekonomi rumah tangga. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalaah ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di Kecamatan Panai Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Besarnya sampel diambil dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin sehingga diketahui hasil sampel sebanyak 33 orang. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Statistik Deskriftif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa peran ibu rumah tangga di Labuhan Bilik dalam membantu ekonomi keluarga dalam berbagai pekerjaan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga. Kegiatan yang dilakukan ibu rumah tangga dalam bekerja mendapatkan penghasilan yang berbeda-beda tergantung pada jenis pekerjaan mereka masing-masing. Disisi lain ada dampak yang dirasakan oleh ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja di sektor publik yaitu beban psikologis seperti jenuh dan lelah.

The formulation of the problem in this thesis is whether there is an effect of the existence of a palm oil factory on increasing people's income in the District of Vocational Youth, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of the existence of a palm oil mill on increasing people's income in the District of Vocational Youth, Aceh Tamiang Regency. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of the existence of the Palm Oil Mill of PT. Socfindo on increasing people's incomes in the Young Vocational District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, shows that there is a positive influence on the variable existence of the Palm Oil Mill PT. Socfindo (X) on the variable of increasing income. Simultaneously shows that the variable existence of the Palm Oil Mill PT. Socfindo has an effect on increasing people's incomes in the Young Vocational District, Aceh Tamiang Regency.

The effect on market prices caused by inflation that occurs in the pandemic scheme is the content in the journal made by the author. This research is a quantitative research using secondary data obtained from BI and BPS. The data to be obtained is related to the prices of basic commodities in Indonesia area affected by the pandemic which has caused market prices to increase or decrease. The research method is by collecting data on the prices of basic commodities that are already in the data by BI and BPS. As a result, we will find out how currency exchange rates, inflation, and the effect on market prices during the pandemic in Indonesia . The existence of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as Strengthening the Village Economy. This village-owned enterprise is one of the institutions engaged in the social and economic fields and as a service provider to the village community, especially regarding the business sector. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with a focus on research: inequality between BUMDes and the food stall business. The results of this study are that the existence of village-owned enterprises is in accordance with the regulations regulated by the village with village regulations regarding village-owned enterprises, but there is a significant effect on the income of the food stall business.It is known that the t-count before and after the existence of BUMDes is 4.706 with prob (0.000 0.05). Thus, the results obtained are Ho is rejected which explains that there is a difference before and after the existence of BUMDes which is calculated based on the income of the food stall business before and after the BUMDes, meaning that BUMDes has an effect on the decrease in the income of the basic food stall business.

Trading companies are currently really significantly affected by their operational performance so it is possible that trading companies in Indonesia in the era of the - pandemic have experienced a lot of financial distress or have entered a state of bankruptcy. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the bankruptcy of trading sector companies listed on the IDX in the short term. This study used 75 companies in the trading sector with observations of conditions before the pandemic and after the pandemic, namely in 2019 and 2020. To predict bankruptcy, the study used a modified Altman Z-Score calculation. Based on the results of the Z-Score calculation, it can be known that the condition of the company is included in the healthy zone, special attention or has the potential to go bankrupt. This research revealed that the Covid-19 pandemic affected the bankruptcy of trading sector companies
