Abstract

Depelopment of Thematic Learning Model Based on Traditional Games and Scientific Approch Oriented. This study aims to produce a prototype model of the traditional game based thematic learning and scientific-oriented approach. The method used is research and development (R D). The subjects were teachers and students of class IV, and the headmaster of the city of Yogyakarta, Sleman and Bantul. Purposive sample was taken based on the curriculum used in schools, namely curriculum 2013. Datacollection techniques using observation, interviews, documentary studies,literature, and the panel group discussion. The results showed that thecomponent prototype design study model developed consists of: (1) theme, (2) subtema, (3) learning objectives, (4) the subject matter of traditional games related to the theme and subthemes in accordance with the basic competencies and indicators , (5) learning activities that mengintegrasian traditional game nuanced thematic integrative, focused on the application of contextual, creative tasks, interactions participatory oriented scientific and active involvement, (6) media sources and diverse learning and contextual, and (7) the component assessment emphasizes the assessment process and results. Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Tematik berbasis Permainan Tradisional dan Berorientasi Pendekatan Saintifik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan prototype model pembelajaran tematik berbasis permainan tradisional dan berorientasi scientific approach. Metodeyang digunakan adalah research and development (R D). Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas IV serta kepala sekolah dari Kota Yogyakarta, Kabupaten Sleman, dan Kabupaten Bantul. Sampel diambil secara purposive didasarkan pada kurikulum yang digunakan di sekolah, yaitu Kurikulum 2013. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, studi pustaka, dan panel group discussion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen desain prototype model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan terdiri atas: (1) tema, (2) subtema, ( 3 ) tujuan pembelajaran, (4) materi pokok tentang permainan tradisional yang dikaitkan dengan tema dan subtema sesuai dengan kompetensi dasar dan indikator, (5) kegiatan pembelajaran yang mengintegrasian permainan tradisional bernuansa tematik integratif, difokuskan pada aplikasi kontekstual, tugas kreatif, interaksi partisipatif berorientasi saintifik, dan keterlibatan aktif, ( 6 ) sumber dan media pembelajaran yang beragam dan kontekstual, serta (7) komponen penilaian yang menekankan penilaian proses dan hasil.

Abstract

Indonesia secara demografis memiliki sumber daya manusia yang sangat luar biasa besarnya. Pada tahun 2017 ini, usia sekolah atau usia pra-produktif yang tersebar mulai dari usia PAUD, SD, SMP, SMA, dan perguruan tinggi memiliki proporsi terbanyak dibandingkan usia produktif dan usia pasca-produktif secara mengerucut. Menurut perhitungan, usia pra-produktif ini akan mulai produktif pada tahun 2030 yang mana mahasiswa pada perguruan tinggi mulai produktif, diikuti oleh siswa usia SMA, SMP, SD, dan PAUD. Tahun 2045 diduga merupakan waktu puncak produktivitas penduduk Indonesia, dimana usia PAUD dan SD saat ini yang mendominasi penduduk di negeri ini mencapai usia produktifnya. Dengan kata lain, mulai tahun 2045, Indonesia memiliki bonus sumberdaya manusia secara demografis yang sering disebut sebagai Bonus Demografi. Pada tahun 2045, Bonus Demografi ini merupakan modal atau beban bagi negara tergantung bagaimana mempersiapkannya sebelum tahun 2045. Bonus Demografi diharapkan menjadi modal bagi negara sehingga generasi sekarang merupakan generasi emas pada tahun 2045 yang merupakan generasi cemerlang, potensial, produktif, literat, kompeten, berkarakter, dan kompetitif. Salah satu upaya yang paling krusial untuk mewujudkan Bonus Demografi menjadi generasi emas tahun 2045 adalah melalui pendidikan. Pendidikan merupakan usaha sadar dan terencana untuk mewujudkan suasana belajar dan proses pembelajaran agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya dan masyarakat. Pendidikan mengandung makna kesadaran seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam hal ini kesadaran bangsa untuk saling mendidik dan memberikan keteladanan kepada peserta didik, sehingga peserta didik tumbuh dan berkembang di lingkungan yang subur, literat, kompeten, dan berkarakter. Melalui pendidikan, potensi diri peserta didik sesuai kodratnya dikembangkan berdasarkan dasar yang dimilikinya melalui ajar yang terencana sehingga dapat hidup dengan layak bersama masyarakat di sekitarnya termasuk masyarakat dunia. Kebutuhan dan tuntutan masyarakat dunia yang harus dipersiapkan melalui pendidikan untuk mewujudkan generasi emas pada abad ke-21 tepatnya tahun 2045 adalah kecakapan-kecakapan abad ke-21 yang dikategorikan menjadi tiga kategori besar yaitu literasi dasar, kompetensi, dan kualitas karakter. Kecakapan abad ke-21 akan tumbuh dan berkembang pada calon generasi emas tahun 2045 melalui pendidikan kecakapan abad ke-21. Indonesia demographically has enormous human resources. In 2017, school age or pre-productive age spread from the ages of PAUD, SD, SMP, SMA, and tertiary institutions has the highest proportion compared to conical productive age and post-productive age. According to calculations, this pre-productive age will begin productively in 2030, wherestudents in higher education begin to be productive, followed by high school, middle school, elementary and PAUD students. In 2045, it is estimated that this is the peak time for Indonesia's population productivity, where the age of PAUD and SD currently dominating the population in this country reaches its productive age. In other words, starting in 2045, Indonesia has a demographic bonus of human resources which is often referred to as a Demographic Bonus. In 2045, this Demographic Bonus is a capital or burden for the country depending on how to prepare it before 2045. Demographic Bonuses are expected to become the capital of the country so that the current generation is a golden generation in 2045 which is a brilliant, potential, productive, literate, competent, characterized generation , and competitive. One of the most crucial efforts to realize Demographic Bonuses into a golden generation in 2045 is through education. Education is a conscious and planned effort to create a learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and skills needed by themselves and society. Education implies awareness of all parties involved in this nation's awareness to educate each other and provide exemplary to students, so that students grow and develop in a fertile, literate, competent, and characteristic environment. Through education, the potential of students in accordance with their nature is developed based on the foundation they have through learning planned so that they can live properly with the surrounding communities including the world community. The needs and demands of the world community that must be prepared through education to realize the golden generation in the 21st century precisely in 2045 are 21st century skills that are categorized into three broad categories, namely basic literacy, competence, and character quality. 21st century skills will grow and develop in the future generation of gold in 2045 through 21st century skills education.

Abstract

This research aims to discribe the development, the effectiveness and The result of developing students’ worksheet based on environment living to increase their writing skill. This paper applies research and development (RD) method which is 4D development model based on S.Thiagarajan (1974). The product is tested to 4 students at fourth graders of elementary school in small group. The product eligibility is based on the results of the assessment of material experts, media experts, learning experts, and the responses of fourth graders in elementary school as test subjects. The technique of collecting data use observation, interview, questionnaire, portfolio test, and documentation. The technique of analyzing data use product validity and test. The result of this paper shows that: The media is stated effective based on the achievement of mastery leaning students who reach more than 75, amounting to 85%.

Abstract

Implementation of Cooperative Learning Model Type of Jigsaw to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes in Fifth Grade Students of Elementary School, Pasir Penyu. This study aims to improve learning outcomes math class V students of State Elementary School 012 Candirejo Pasir Penyu through the implementation of cooperative learning model type of Jigsaw. Subject of this research are students in 5th grade 012 Candirejo public elementary school academic year 2011/2012, the number of students 30 people, consisting of 19 male students and 11 female students. The research instrument used is the test sheet of result of learning mathematics , Observation Sheet Activities Teacher and Student. Technique of collection and analysis of data obtained from the descriptive analysis of the activities of teachers, student activities, and the results of students' mathematics learning. From the research that has been conducted in two cycles of the first cycle of the activities of teachers percentage of 87.5% to93.75% in the second cycle with excellent category, student activities first cycle of 82.5% to 90% in the second cycle with very good categories , and student learning outcomes on the second cycle increased by 11.7 points (17.26%) from the first cycle to 79.5. It can be concluded that the cooperative learning model type of Jigsaw Can Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika pada Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Pasir Penyu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SD Negeri 012 Candirejo Kecamatan Pasir Penyu melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe Jigsaw. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 012 Candirejo Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012, dengan jumlah siswa 30 orang, yang terdiri dari 19 orang siswa lakilaki dan 11 orang siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar tes hasil belajar matematika, Lembar Pengamatan Aktivitas Guru dan Lembar Pengamatan Aktivitas Siswa. Teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data diperoleh dari analisis deskripstif aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dalam 2 siklus aktivitas guru siklus I persentase sebesar 87,5% menjadi 93,75% di siklus II dengan kategori sangat baik, aktivitas siswa siklus I sebesar 82,5% menjadi 90% di siklus II dengan kategori sangat baik, dan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus II meningkat sebesar 11,7 poin (17,26%) dari siklus I menjadi 79,5. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Jigsaw dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika.

Abstract

Science is one of the subjects given in elementary schools that examine natural events and everyday life, learning science is very important for elementary school students because in everyday life students need scientific background knowledge. This study aims to describe the increase in science learning outcomes in elementary schools through the implementation of the CORE learning model. One of the factors that influence success in learning is student activity. In the learning process students are required to be active through activities that build group work and in a short time make them think about the subject matter. Active involvement of students in learning natural sciences (IPA) is very necessary, so that what is learned will be more embedded in students' minds to improve science learning outcomes using the CORE Model (Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, and Extending).

Abstract

Pemecahan masalah matematis adalah bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari proses pembelajaran matematika. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan istrumen tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Dengan demikian, kajian ini diawali dengan pengungkapan variabel-variabel yang terlibat dalam pemecahan masalah matematis dan selanjutnya pengembangan isntrumen tes untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Pengembangan istrumen ini didasarkan pada sebuah kerangka kerja yang terdiri dari empat domain, yaitu resources, heuristic, control, dan belief system. Hasil kajian ini adalah: (1) penalaran, pengambilan keputusan, berpikir kritis, dan berpikir kreatif merupakan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari pemecahan masalah matematis; (2) pemecahan masalah matemaatis dapat ditinjau berdasarkan strukturnya, berdasarkan banyaknya langkah esensial yang diperlukan untuk mencapai solusi, berdasarkan orientasinya, dan berdasarkan penyajiannya. Mathematical problem solving is an inseparable part of the process of learning mathematics. This study aims to develop test instruments for students' mathematical problem solving abilities. Thus, this study begins with the disclosure of the variables involved in solving mathematical problems and then developing test instruments to measure students' mathematical problem solving abilities. The development of this instrument is based on a framework consisting of four domains, namely resources, heuristics, control, and belief systems. The results of this study are: (1) reasoning, decision making, critical thinking, and creative thinking are an inseparable part of mathematical problem solving; (2) solving the problem of the congregation can be reviewed based on its structure, based on the number of essential steps needed to reach a solution, based on its orientation, and based on its presentation.

Abstract

 This study aimed to know the integrity of the learning stages with a scientific approach in the book of elementary school students curriculum specialized in the field of IPA 2013. Analysis of the book is based on the importance of a scientific approach to development, the importance of books as learning guides, and previous research gaps. This research is a descriptive research in which researchers describe the activities in the book according to the facts. The books that analyzed are primary student books grade 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Analyses were performed by using the instrument of accession rubric analysis that has been processed by researchers. From the analysis, obtained information that, there are no activites in science which apply the learning stages with the full scientific approach intact (5 stages). So this book must be repaired by the goverment ant teacher. Besides that, teachers need to do additional activities in order to maximize learning with scientific approach.

Abstract

This research aims to train teachers in reading and writing notation, therefore tuwagapat notation is given and made with the hope that it can solve problems that arise in learning music in elementary schools, especially on notation material This training uses a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the Tuwagapat Training can improve the ability to write and read rhythmic notation as an alternative in developing easy and fun music learning. The results were 80% of the training participants getting the very good category and 20% in the good category in the aspect of reading  rhythmic notation while in the aspect of writing  rhythmic notation there were 70% of the training participants got the very good category and 30% is in the good category.

Abstract

Aplication of Cooperative Learning Model of Number Heads Together(NHT) Type for Improved Mathematical Problem Solving in Fifth Grade. Thisresearch aims to: (1) describe the implementation of learning mathematics withapplication of cooperative learning model of NHT type in improving problem-solving abilities of fifth grade students at SDN Perumnas 02; and (2) describe the mathematical problem solving abilities increase abilities of fifth grade students at SDN Perumnas 02 with the implementation of cooperative learning model of NHT type in learning Mathematics. The method used is classroom action research Kemmis and Mc. Taggart models conducted in two cycles with qualitative and quantitative research approaches. Results from this study are: (1) the implementation of learning mathematics with application of cooperative learning model of NHT type of cycle I to cycle II of fifth grade students at SDN Perumnas 02, the better. Headband as numbering media to motivate students to learn. Giving the problem at this stage of questioning which is designed in the form of worksheets and given to each student develop a sense of personal responsibility so that when heads together students discuss with the group in solving problems. External motivation given teacher support internal motivation is able to create and enable the whole group to discuss; and (2) Application of cooperative learning model of NHT type can improve mathematical problem-solving abilities. Penerapan Model Cooperative Learning Tipe Number Heads Togetheruntuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Siswa Kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan model Cooperative Learning Tipe NHT dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah di kelas V SDN Perumnas 02; dan (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas V di SDN Perumnas 02 dengan penerapan model Cooperative Learning Tipe NHT dalam pembelajaran Matematika. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) pelaksanaan pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan model Cooperative Learning Tipe NHT dari siklus I ke siklus II di kelas V SDN Perumnas 02 semakin baik. Ikat kepala sebagai media numbering mampu memotivasi siswa untuk belajar. Pemberian masalah pada tahap questioning yang dirancang dalam bentuk LKS dan diberikan pada setiap siswa menumbuhkan rasa tanggung jawab pribadi sehingga pada saat heads together siswa berdiskusi dengan kelompoknya dalam memecahkan masalah. Motivasi eksternal yang diberikan guru mendukung motivasi internal yang mampu menciptakan dan mengaktifkan seluruh anggota kelompok untuk berdiskusi; dan (2) Penerapan model Cooperative Learning Tipe NHT dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.

Abstract

Artikel ini merupakan hasil Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) proses implementasi strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan untuk meningkatkan mutu budaya dan lingkungan sekolah menuju sekolah unggul; (2) mutu budaya dan lingkungan sekolah setelah implementasi strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan; dan (3) dampak implementasi strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan terhadap prestasi sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan sekolah dengan model spiral dari Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi pelaksanaan strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan dan lembar penilaian mutu budaya dan lingkungan sekolah. Lembar observasi pelaksanaan strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan digunakan untuk mengobservasi pelaksanaan strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan oleh kepala sekolah, sedangkan lembar penilaian mutu budaya dan lingkungan sekolah digunakan oleh pengawas sekolah untuk menilai mutu budaya dan lingkungan sekolah setelah implementasi strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses implementasi strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan telah sesuai dengan langkah-langkahnya dan telah terlaksana secara partisipatif, akuntabel, transparan, dan otonom, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya seperti sulitnya membangun komunikasi yang efektif dengan keluarga dan masyarakat untuk menyamakan persepsi tentang upaya membangun sekolah. Hasil implementasi strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan dapat meningkatkan mutu budaya dan lingkungan sekolah dengan skor 90,32 dengan kategori Sangat Baik berdasarkan penilaian pengawas sekolah dari sebelumnya dengan skor 61,29 yang berkategori Cukup. Hal ini berdampak pada prestasi sekolah yaitu menjadi Juara I Lomba Kebersihan Tingkat Kabupaten Sumedang Tahun 2018. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa implementasi strategi optimalisasi trisentra pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Cimalaka Kabupaten Sumedang dapat meningkatkan mutu budaya dan lingkungan sekolah serta berdampak terhadap prestasi sekolah. This article is the result of the School Action Research (PTS) which aims to describe: (1) the process of implementing a strategy to optimize the education of trident to improve the quality of culture and school environment towards superior schools; (2) the quality of the culture and school environment after the implementation of the education trident optimization strategy; and (3) the impact of the implementation of the education trident optimization strategy on school achievement. The method used is a school action research method with a spiral model from Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets on the implementation of the education trisent optimization strategy and cultural quality and school environment assessment sheets. The observation sheet for the implementation of the education trisent optimization strategy was used to observe the implementation of the education tridentoptimization strategy by the principal, while the school and cultural quality assessment sheets were used by school supervisors to assess the quality of the culture and school environment after the implementation of the trident education optimization strategy. The results showed that the implementation process of the Trident education optimization strategy was in accordance with the steps and had been implemented in a participatory, accountable, transparent and autonomous manner, although there were several obstacles in its implementation such as the difficulty of establishing effective communication with family and community to equate perceptions of efforts build school. The results of the implementation of the education trisent optimization strategy can improve the quality of the culture and school environment with a score of 90.32 with the Excellent category based on the school supervisor's assessment from the previous score of 61.29 which is sufficiently categorized. This has an impact on school performance, namely becoming the first winner of the Sumedang Regency Hygiene Competition in 2018. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the education trisent optimization strategy in Cimalaka Middle School 1 in Sumedang Regency can improve the quality of the culture and school environment and impact school performance.
