Abstract

This research aims at determining the supporting factors which cause the wife to maintain the marriage after divorce and how the wife's role strategy in maintaining the family to minimize the amount of divorce in Surakarta. Divorce is seen as a failure of the husband and wife to keep the marriage together. This issue comes from their different awareness and acceptance of their duties and responsibilities within the family. This research applied a qualitative case study method. The result shows that several factors encourage the wife to maintain the marriage after divorce: getting to know each other's friends, getting her parents' blessing, knowing some husband's behaviors that she likes, and having children. The strategies used by the wife in maintaining the family to minimize divorce are: to apply self-awareness to relieve ego, create open communication between husband and children, have a separate home from parents, and implement religious and moral principles in the family.

Abstract

Agricultural land is now starting to be converted for development because agricultural land can be purchased at affordable prices and then the land is conditioned to be used as development land. The shift in the function of agricultural land will certainly have an impact on people's lives in the future, both from a social and economic perspective. The purpose of the study was to describe the impact of housing development on the socio-economic conditions of farmers in Nagari Salido, District IV Jurai, Pesisir Selatan Regency. The theory used in this research is the Structural Functional theory proposed by Robert K Merton. The research was conducted in Nagari Salido, District IV Jurai, Pesisir Selatan Regency. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type. Withdrawal of informants is done by purposive sampling technique. The method of data collection in this study began with observation, in-depth interviews, and document studies. Data analysis techniques in research can be carried out in several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there were several impacts of housing development on the social and economic conditions of the community, including: 1) Farmers lost their jobs. 2) Lack of interaction between immigrant communities and local communities, and 3) Opening new job opportunities for the surrounding community

Abstract

The concept of learning will be successful if students are actively involved in the learning process so that students not only accept ideas from the teacher but also participate in finding concepts. One of the efforts to find these concepts is the Discovery learning method carried out in the laboratory with Small Scale Chemistry media. This study aimed to determine whether the application of learning with the Discovery learning model with Small Scale Chemistry media on acid-base materials could increase the activity and learning outcomes of chemistry class XI science. This research is a classroom action research with two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class XI IPA-3 even semester with a total of 36 students. This study found an increase in learning activities and student learning outcomes in learning chemistry on acid-base material by applying the Discovery learning model using Small Scale Chemistry media. This is evidenced by the average student learning outcomes completed: the first cycle is 69.4%, and the second cycle is 86%. While the moderate student activity in the first cycle reached 77% and the second cycle was 86.0%. And the average teacher activity in the first cycle is 77.7%, while the second cycle is 88.15%.

Abstract

efforts to empower women to gain access and control over resources, economy, politics, social, culture, so that women can self-regulate and increase self-confidence to be able to play a role and participate actively in solving problems, so as to be able to build abilities and self-concept, namely through empowering women. Empowerment needs to be realized in the form of empowerment programs that are able to empower all the potential that exists in the community through programs to increase the role of women towards healthy and prosperous families. The purpose of this study was to identify and describe the implementation of Women's Empowerment through the Program for Increasing the Role of Women Towards a Healthy and Prosperous Family (P2WKSS) in Cikendat Village, Kepuh Village, Ciwandan, Cilegon. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, in data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of women's empowerment in the P2WKSS program was through women's training. There are four trainings, namely beauty/makeup, cooking/cooking, handicrafts, and sewing. And increase women's participation and awareness in the P2WKSS Program and the impact of social changes felt due to the P2WKSS program. The benefits of implementing the P2WKSS Program are (1) Improving social conditions seen from the enthusiasm of women's participation. (2) increase women's awareness through four P2WKSS training programs (3) Increase women's independence.

Abstract

Absence of requirement consideration and lacking implementation of guidelines with respect to online cabbies' privileges are the central matters of online cab drivers. This is the inspiration for the creator to investigate the arrangements of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Indonesia No. 118 of 2018 on the execution of extraordinary vehicle for enlist. In view of the consequences of the creator's meeting, it tends to be seen that there are as yet many advantages that web-based cabbies have not gotten, for example, having a region that doesn't reach out past Jakarta city, prompting the thickness of cab drivers. For online cabbies in Jakarta city, the most reduced least rates are resistance with the guidelines and implementation organizations don't give checking hardware to keep up with the security of clients and drivers. Abstract

This Study aims to determine the forms of local wisdom of the Akit Tribe fishermen and to find out equipment the Akit tribe fishermen use to catch fish in the Rangsang Pesisir District.The research method used is a qualitative method. Data were collected by observation and in-depth interviews, in addition to of course documentation. The results of the study found that there are several forms of local wisdom related to the activities of fishermen that still exist and live and are used in the life of the fishermen community. The local wisdom referred to include: First, the Bele Laut Ritual, which is an activity that aims to maintain or keep the sea still providing sustenance and safety for fishermen. The second ritual of getting off the boat is when buying a new boat is done as a form of gratitude for the fishermen for the new boat. Third, Determination of time, weather and seasons, the fishermen of the Akit Tribe believe in natural signs, such as when there are many stars at night, tomorrow the weather will be shady and sunny. Then they believed that the cloud that was scaly like fish in the afternoon was a sign that it was fish season.   The meaning of maintaining ecology is when going to sea (netting, splinting) when the catches obtained by fishermen sort the fish, meaning that small fish that are considered unable or less useful are released into the sea. This clearly means that they have thought about the sustainability of animal life (sea) for the future or for their children and grandchildren who will become fishermen. The fishing activities of the Akit Tribe still use simple technology and equipment such as motorboats, oars and nets.

Abstract

Learning in schools is inseparable from code switching and code mixing related to language politeness in schools as the implementation of character education. This study uses qualitative research using recording, note-taking, free-involvement listening, and interview techniques. The research location is at SMP PGRI 2 Wates as Blitar Regency, East Java Province, as a target school in the Teaching Campus 4-year 2022 program. This study's data source is speech or communication events between teachers and students in grades VII, VIII, and IX in SMP PGRI 2 Wates. The results obtained in learning at SMP PGRI 2 Wates code switching and code is mixing in classroom learning using Javanese and Indonesian languages, the use of Javanese language for students' teachers can use Javanese Krama so that there is an influence on language politeness as the implementation of character education and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. The function of language politeness in uploading the Javanese language to students to the teacher makes the interactions that occur while learning more fun and comfortable. Besides, the intimacy between teachers and students can be established with aspects of code-switching and code-mixing in classroom learning. The influence of linguistic politeness in learning at SMP PGRI 2 Wates cannot be separated from the Javanese culture of the Wates community, which is still attached to Javanese uploads to respect older people or people who are respected in Javanese politeness.

Abstract

The low interest in reading students in Indonesia is a concern for the government. The Ministry of Education and Culture continues to provide innovations to increase reading interest, especially for students. In the policy of the School Literacy Movement, Elementary School is one of the main implementing parts of the implementation as a provider of facilities, guidance, and infrastructure for students. Indeed, the School Literacy Movement in Elementary Schools has three stages or processes, namely (1) habituation; (2) Development; and (3) learning. Implementation carried out at each school will certainly experience different stages and programs implemented. Factors that influence this are the readiness of the school's physical capacity, the readiness of school residents, and the readiness of other support systems (Faizah et al., 2016). This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The activity in this research process is to collect research data that has been done regarding the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in Elementary Schools. The sources used for this research are the results of the analysis of books and journals related to the title of research on the School Literacy Movement. The data analysis technique used in this research is the reduction technique.

Abstract

drug Abuse is a reality encountered within society. Nationally, the outbreak of drug abuse is not only carried out by adults, but also children who are still undergoing basic education are not spared from committing abuse. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of parents in efforts to overcome adolescent drug users (Case Study in Jorong Tapian Nanto, Sijunjung District, Sijunjung Regency). The theory used in this study is The theory of the functional social conflict is one of the conflict theories that was first introduced in 1956 through Lewis Coser's work entitled The functions of Social Conflict which was lifted from his doctoral dissertation. The results showed that the role of parents in efforts to overcome adolescent drug users is divided into 4, namely 1) the role of parents as motivators, 2) the role of parents as facilitators, 3) the role of parents as mediators, 4) the role of parents in dealing with the problem of addiction to addictive substances where in this study it was found that parents have performed all four roles well, but drug use by adolescents is due to the influence of friends. Peer. So although it can be supervised by parents, but outside the home, adolescent associations are difficult to supervise.

Abstract

Student of the month is a program dedicated to giving appreciation and awards from the school to the best students with specific criteria. The selection of student of the month is based on the following criteria: (1) The percentage of student attendance in that month is above 90%, (2) Good character, (3) Obeys madrasa regulations, (4) Active in teaching and learning activities and extracurricular activities. This study aims to identify the process of implementing the student of the month program, determine the implementation of the student of the month program at MAN 2 Serang, and assess the impact of the student of the month program on students at MAN 2 Serang. This research is included in the descriptive analysis. This research is qualitative. The collection technique was done through interviews, documentation, and observation. Research subjects in this study were determined purposively, namely the selection of research subjects intentionally by researchers based on specific goals and criteria. The determination of research subjects is based on particular characteristics or characteristics that assess the researcher's subjectivity. The data analysis technique used is the inductive analysis technique. The study results concluded that the student of the month program led to a change in student habits, where there was a change in student behavior patterns, especially in increasing discipline. The sustainability of the program, which is carried out every month, has implications for forming a habitus for students.
