Abstract

UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata Provinsi Sumatera Utara is one of the type B eye hospitals that serves as a referral hospital for eye disease treatment. Based on the community satisfaction index in 2022, there were 2 service elements below standard value according to regulation no.14 of 2017 issued by the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratif Reform. These service elements are service time and executor competence. This research aims to identify the service quality of these 2 unsatisfactory elements using the service quality methode and quality function deployment on patients of the UPT. Rumah Sakit Khusus Mata Provinsi Sumatera Utara. The research begins by describing the 2 service elements into service quality dimensions, resulting in 17 attributes from 5 dimensions. The overall gap analysis reveal negative gaps, and the House of Quality concludes that special attention should be given to the technical response, which has an above-average score 111,5 in its development. This ensures that the service attributes receive good ratings in the future.

Abstract

Based on previous research, researchers analyzed the impact of LBO and MBO on company performance. The research method used is qualitative research with descriptive analysis techniques through a literature review. This research focuses on collecting empirical data and information related to the impact of LBO and MBO. The results showed that LBO can significantly affect company performance by increasing profitability, sales growth, and operational efficiency. External factors such as economic conditions and industry competition, as well as internal factors such as management quality, changes in ownership structure, and incentive systems, influence the long-term success of LBOs. However, risks such as reduced profitability and operational efficiency also need attention. on the other hand, MBO positively impacts a company's operational performance, including increasing profits, profit margins, and efficiency. MBO often occurs when economic policy uncertainty increases and can result in favorable purchase prices and significant operational improvements. However, MBO is not consistent in increasing the performance of companies that fail through MBO, and tax factors also affect the value and performance of companies in the context of MBO. Overall, MBO has the potential to increase company performance, value, and productivity, but structural changes need attention. Abstract

Many previous studies have proven that there is an influence between the exchange rate (the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar), Exports on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). By using the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model approach using the Eviews 10 program. In this study, we look more deeply at the dynamics of long-term and short-term relationships for the variable exchange rate of the Rupiah against the US Dollar, Exports and the JCI. The research period starts from 1986 to 2022, during which time there are many global upheavals that have a significant impact on Indonesia, one of which is the weakening of the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar. In this study, through the ARDL model of the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar, Exports and JCI are proven to have long-term cointegration or move together in the long term. But not only in the long term, these three variables also have short-term relationship dynamics which have a fairly high speed of adjustment towards balance every year.

Abstract

The results of dividing the Mean Square regression with the Mean Square residual obtained an F count of92,921with a significance probability value limit of 0.000. While the F table value at a significant level of 5% and df 67 is 2.74. Thus the calculated F value (92,921)greater than F table (2.74) so that a decision can be taken, namely accepting the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejecting the hypothesis Ho, that isIntegrity (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Employee Engagement (X3) all have an effect on Employee Performance (Y). From the results of the SPSS output, the Adjusted R Square is 0.798. Adjusted valueR Squarethis amount explains, the role of the variables Integrity (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Employee Engagement (X3) in influencing Employee Performance (Y) is 0.798 or 79.8%. While the residual (residual value) of the role of these variables is 0.202 or 20.2% influenced by other variables not involved in this study. From the results of the comparison of the regression coefficient values with the standard error, it is obtained that the t value for the influence of the Integrity variable is 6.724 at the limit of a significance probability value of 0.005. While the t-table value at df 69 and a significant level of 5% is 1.994. The results of this calculation indicate that the calculated t value is greater than the t-table value so that a decision can be taken that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted and reject the null hypothesis (Ho), meaning that Integrity (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y ). From the results of the comparison of the regression coefficient values with the standard errorobtainedthe calculated t value for the influence of the Integrity variable is equal to6,210at the limit of significance probability value of 0.000. While the t-table value at df 69 and a significant level of 5% is 1.994. The results of this calculation indicate that the calculated t value is greater than the t-table value so that a decision can be taken that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted and reject the null hypothesis (Ho), meaning that Organizational Culture (X2) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance ( Y). From the results of the comparison of the regression coefficient values with the standard errorobtainedthe calculated t value for the influence of the Employee Engagement variable is equal to6,699at the limit of significance probability value of 0.004. While the t-table value at df 69 and a significant level of 5% is 1.994. The results of this calculation indicate that the calculated t value is greater than the t-table value so that a decision can be taken that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) can be accepted and reject the null hypothesis (Ho), meaning that Employee Engagement (X3) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The government of Indonesia has issued a self-study curriculum for colleges based on the principles of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the digital age. The new rule recommends an online portfolio as a tool for measuring the success of educational programs. Students at Syiah Kuala University (USK) utilized Story Map electronic portfolios to hone their spatial skills in the General Compulsory Course on Disaster and Environmental Knowledge. This study aims to improve upon the concept of the Story Map and use it as a component of students' electronic portfolios in order to evaluate their capacity to plan for and respond to hydrometeorological disasters. The concept of the Story Map is created as a digital portfolio project, beginning with secondary materials including literature studies, raster and vector data from ESRI and Mapbox. The ability to perceive spatial relationships is measured by collecting primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The findings of a F (Simultaneous) statistical test for testing hypotheses are as follows: With Fcount > Ftable = 228.338 > 3.34, we get a value of F = 0.000<0.05. Both e-portfolios and narrative maps impact students' spatial abilities in relation to hydrometeorological disasters, as shown by the F test scores. T-tests for multiple variables Students' spatial intelligence is affected by the narrative map (X1) in the proportion of 4.746 > Tcount > Ttable. 2.048. The e-portfolio variable (X2) has a positive effect on students' spatial abilities (Y), with a value of Tcount > Ttable, or 14.063 > 2.048..
