Abstract

In the current era of globalization where the rapid economic growth of every country, both developed and developing countries in the world, has created a tremendous demand pull, especially in densely populated countries such as France, Indonesia, India and China. On the other hand, computerization technology, communication, information, transportation and product innovation are increasingly sophisticated from time to time. This technological advancement has become one of the main drivers for world business to become increasingly global. In this study the authors used a descriptive qualitative research method, where this research method is based on the philosophy of postpositivism which is used to examine objects with natural conditions where the researcher is the key instrument (Sugiyono: 2012).

Abstract

International strategic management is a comprehensive and ongoing process of management planning aimed at developing and implementing strategies that enable businesses to compete effectively in an international environment. The process of developing an international strategy is of course often referred to as "strategic planning". Strategic planning is usually the responsibility of senior management at company headquarters and in the company's domestic and international operating branches. Most large companies also have population planners who provide technical assistance to top management in formulating strategy. For example, five Disney planners first collected the demographic and economic data policy makers needed, and then used that data to select France as the location for Euro Disney. International strategic management leads to the formulation of various international strategies. It is a comprehensive framework for achieving the company's fundamental goals. Conceptually, there are many similarities between developing strategic capabilities in one country and developing competitive strategies in many countries. According to Hill and Jones (2012), international strategic management is “the process of establishing, developing, and implementing corporate strategic actions aimed at gaining competitive advantage in global markets”. Method Descriptive qualitative method is a research method used to gain a deep understanding of phenomena through description, interpretation and analysis of qualitative data.

Abstract

ABASTRACTThe present study was intended to explore the analysis of the expenditures of educational institution in both government and private schools.Data on these components were compared between the public private schools in the zone. For each of these elements, indicators were discovered and attributes were created monthly and yearly fee spending, transportation costs, infra-structure and other study-related expenses were studied. The sample for the study was 50 students from different government and private schools of zone yaripora of kulgam district of union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, however, in order to minimise the extraneous effect the researcher has done multi stage random sampling. . A proportionate distribution of students was made, the researcher has used the cross tabulation and percentage methods .Results revealed the outcome from Private institutions is better than Government institutions. Besides the cost of education is very high. The students of Private institutions have better hold on holisticdevelopment. Publicschools having better infrastructure facilities, but public institutions are not providing suitable outcome

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of pawang uten in disaster management which includes exogenous latent variables, namely the adat gle maintenance while the endogenous latent variable is disaster management. To analyze the relationship between these variables, this study uses an analytical tool namely SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the research, it can be concluded that the role of pawang uten in adat gle maintenance it is in disaster management is yet to be seen. This is because the adat gle maintenance in Serbajadi Subdistrict only considered symbolic by the community when it will enter or manage the forest and internal responsibility for adat gle maintenance absolutely given to the pawang uten.

Abstract

The People's Oil Palm Rejuvenation Program (PSR) is a National Strategic Program as an effort by the Government to increase the productivity of oil palm plantations. One important factor that determines the success of replanting activities is the participation of farmers, where without the participation of farmers, rejuvenation activities will not be successful, due to the role of farmers as the main actors in agricultural development programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of farmer participation and the factors that are significantly related to the implementation of People's Oil Palm Rejuvenation (PSR) in Sungaiselan District, Central Bangka Regency. The study of Gapoktan Melabun Permai in Sungaiselan Subdistrict, Central Bangka Regency was carried out from May to June 2023. The sample in this study was Gapoktan Melabun Permai, Sungaiselan District in Central Bangka Regency, totaling 59, the sampling technique of this study was non-probability sampling using consecutive sampling method, data collection used a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Methods of data analysis to determine the participation of Gapoktan Melabun Permai in PSR using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that the participation of Gapoktan Melabun Permai in the implementation of the People's Palm Oil Rejuvenation (PSR) program in Sungaiselan District, Central Bangka Regency, was in the very high category with a percentage of 91.58%. Abstract

In Indonesia, the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) often occurs which describes the condition of the level of demand for work. The level of demand for work is influenced by several factors such as the wage factor, the level of education completed and the factor of technological development. To overcome the open unemployment rate, the government needs to facilitate access education and skills training needed by job seekers. Research in this journal uses qualitative research methods. Using secondary data sourced from BPS Bireuen Regency in 2017-2019. This research aims to see how the influence of wage factors, recent education levels and technological developments on the level of demand for work and also on the level of open unemployment. Based on this research, it can be seen that the factor of wages, the level of recent education and technological developments have a positive influence on the level of demand for work

Abstract

Technological developments in the field of control are increasingly advanced, especially in the world of electronics. Electronic water faucets are one example that we can find in fast food restaurants which are quite expensive for some groups and water is often wasted when the hand washing process is in progress. Therefore this research was carried out by designing and building an automatic faucet in a sink so that there is no wastage of water. The problems faced are the use of manual faucets that are not sterile and the process in the field when washing hands is not efficient and hygienic. The method used is to design and build mechanical and electronic components based on microcontrollers. By utilizing Arduino UNO, HC-SR04, L298N, Relay and DC pump, hand washing sink will facilitate the hand washing process. The design of an automatic water faucet for a fast food restaurant sink based on a microcontroller was successfully realized and implemented with the realization that water managed to come out of a 12V DC pump capable of dispensing water according to the reach of the hand between 2.5cm to 27.5cm which was carried out by the HC-SR04 sensor. The process carried out is that the automatic water faucet at the sink in a fast food restaurant can simplify the hand washing process and reduce water wastage with a water saving of 5.3 liters for adults and 8.66 liters for small children. The average water used by adults for automatic sinks is 0.49 Ɩiter/person and young children is 0.45 Ɩiter/person, with a water velocity of 0.163 Ɩ /s for adults and 0.150 Ɩ /s for small children.
