Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Media Ganesha FHIS (P2MMGFHIS) is published by the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences, Ganesha Singaraja University of Education, Bali. The objectives of this journal are: To become a more massive publication media on community service; Becoming a media for documenting thoughts based on science, technology and arts and culture (ipteksosbud) which is viewed holistically; Being a media that will support the accreditation of higher education at both the department and institutional level; As well as contributing to the development of arts and culture in Bali as a world tourism icon; and Able to produce work and technology capable of empowering the Indonesian people in general and the Balinese in particular. The implementation of community service activities also involves the participation of the community and partners. These service activities are arranged in an activity that aims to improve the welfare of the community. The purpose of this journal publication is to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas that have been achieved in the field of community service. Contributors in this journal are lecturers at the Ganesha University of Education and other universities.

Abstract

The main objectives of this activity are: (1) Improving the professional development of teachers in the context of utilizing LMS (Schoology) media as online learning media (2) Improving the ability of teachers to compile and present learning materials and evaluations in LMS (Schoology) (3 ) Improving student learning outcomes by using the LMS (Schoology) application. The results of the activity showed that the teachers at SMP Negeri One Roof 3 Sukasada they did not have sources of information related to LMS (Learning Management System) media, especially schoology so that there was no attempt to update the online learning system, and only focused on using social media Whatshap; (2) teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Sukasada One Roof have done online learning but it has not been done optimally, this happens because most teachers use social media applications such as whatshaap and google classroom, and do not provide space for students to learn interactively; (3) most of the teachers complained about online learning because students had decreased interest in learning, this can be seen. Most of the students were late or did not submit their assignments for various reasons such as not having cellphones, damaged cellphones and network problems; (4) teachers at SMP SATAP Negeri 3 Sukasada have never received training on Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Schoology, so they do not know the advantages or disadvantages of the schoology

Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia is an independent, united, sovereign, just and prosperous country. As the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI), Indonesia is an independent country which was proclaimed on August 17, 1945. As an independent country, the Indonesian state has the right to regulate and administer the state administration system of the Republic of Indonesia based on the state constitution, namely the 1945 Constitution. an independent Indonesian state, it is necessary to pay attention to all Indonesian citizens so that this country continues to develop and progress as aspired in the fourth paragraph of the opening of the 1945 Constitution. Awareness in the nation and state must be realized by carrying out State Defense and love for the homeland in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. , so that our country remains an independent, just and prosperous country based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. State defense is a form of public awareness to participate in maintaining security in their respective environments according to their capacity and profession. ng each. State defense can be carried out by maintaining the safe situation of each family and carrying out its activities as the smallest community unit in a country. The next question is whether the residents of Prolanis Patients at the "Rahmatika" Primary Clinic in Semarang City in general have known about what is meant by State Defense? And what is meant by the love of the Republic of Indonesia?. It turns out that there are still many residents of Prolanis at the "Rahmatika" Clinic who do not know or even understand what is meant by State Defense. When asked about State Defense, most answered that what was meant by State Defense was a way to deal with the enemy in the event of a war, so it was often understood that they had to take up arms to fight against the enemy. Apart from that, after we as implementers of Community Service activities in the form of legal counseling from Unisbank, we asked them about whether they knew about State Defense? and it turns out that most of them do not know and understand what is meant by Defending the State and Loving the Republic of Indonesia. Based on this fact, we implementer of Community Service activities have a program to provide education about forms of legal awareness in Defending the State and Love for the Homeland of the Republic of Indonesia, so that we hope to be able to foster a sense of love for the homeland and State Defense for an independent Indonesia. Given the very importance of education about State Defense, so that every citizen of the Prolanis Patient at the Pratama Clinic "Rahmatika" knows and understands so that it is hoped that the legal awareness of the community will grow in this State Defense and to make the public more aware of the importance of unity and integrity in social life. , as a nation and state in carrying out State Defense in accordance with their respective professions or expertise.

Abstract

The constitutional system of the Republic of Indonesia is a democratic system, so the highest sovereignty is in the hands of the people, so that the people have the power to determine the election of leaders in the Republic of Indonesia. In 2024, the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has a very important agenda, namely holding General Elections for the President and Vice President. At this time, activities have begun before the general election, including political parties that have registered themselves to take part in the general election later. For this reason, it is necessary to have an understanding of the community about the importance of implementing this general election as a form of embodiment of the implementation of democracy in the administration of the state administration of the Republic of Indonesia. Therefore, it is our obligation, as academics, to carry out and assist the government so that the public will understand the implementation of democracy and carry out general elections with pleasure. For this reason, it is necessary to take steps to provide understanding by providing legal counseling to the community. Considering that the general election is held by voting from the people to choose the presidential and vice presidential candidates promoted by political parties, it is hoped that the citizens will cast their votes in this general election as well as possible. Considering that the right to vote is a human right that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation, as referred to in the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. For residents of the patients participating in the Prolanis Program at the Pratama Clinic "RAHMATIKA" Gunung Pati, Semarang City, they are Indonesian citizens. who need information and education related to the implementation of the upcoming General Election. For this reason, as the executor of community service activities, he will provide legal counseling related to the general election. Please note that not all residents of Prolanis Clinic Pratama "RAHMATIKA" understand and understand what is meant by Democracy, General Elections and Citizens' Suffrage Rights to carry out general elections. The provisions that form the legal basis for holding General Elections are based on the Election Law and are constitutionally based on the 1945 Constitution. Therefore, it is very important that citizens, in this case the Prolanis Patient, understand and understand and wisely use their right to vote in general elections. the best that will come. This counseling is the responsibility of Academics by carrying out Community Service in implementing Government Programs by providing legal services / counseling to the community to understand and understand that every citizen is guaranteed democratic rights based on the 1945 Constitution.

Abstract

Strengthening MSMEs in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic through optimizing digital marketing is one of the most effective marketing strategies and must be done equally for all MSME actors. Digital marketing is a promotional activity and market search through digital media online by utilizing various means, such as social networks. Digital marketing on the one hand, makes it easier for business people to monitor and provide all the needs and desires of potential consumers, on the other hand, potential consumers can also search for and obtain the desired product information only by exploring the virtual world so as to facilitate the search process without leaving the house. Digital marketing is able to reach all people wherever they are without being hindered by geographical or time restrictions, even during this Covid-19 pandemic. Community needs can be met without worrying about having to interact with other people directly. The use of digital marketing provides new hope for MSMEs to survive in the midst of a pandemic and develop into a center of economic power because the digital era is unavoidable. The development of digital technology allows MSME actors to market their products online and make transactions through the online banking system as well. This certainly makes transactions easier in the midst of pandemic policies that limit direct interaction between traders and buyers. This can be a stimulant for the development of entrepreneurship and the sustainability of MSMEs. Therefore, it is not surprising that one of the strategies of MSME actors to block the domino effect of the current pandemic is more focused on the use of social media than the development of a site. This condition is one of the reasons to help empower MSME actors by providing assistance in the form of assistance in the utilization and optimization of the use of digital media to conduct massive promotions in order to have a significant impact on awareness of target consumers in the hope of increasing sales of MSME products in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. 19.

Abstract

One of the traditional agricultural commodities in Bali, one of which is the salting business which is carried out traditionally. To carry out the salting business, coastal area land is needed. One of its areas that has a fairly long beach area is in Les Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency. The development of salt business carried out by people who are members of petan groups is traditional. These salt farmers, are a livelihood that is passed down in decline. To be able to maximize the salting business, a cooperative has been formed which is named the Tasik Segara Lestari Cooperative. The members of the cooperative are farmers or groups of farmers in the traditional salting business in Les Village. The Tasik Segara Lestari Cooperative, which was formed in 2016, has not been able to optimally perform services to its members. Among them, it has not been able to provide capital strengthening for existing groups, the lack of facilitation in marketing production products, access to capital to financial institutions, and improving technology in providing assistance in improving processing, and also not optimal synergy with government officials with official villages (Perbekel).

Abstract

Marriage does not only unite a man and a woman in a house/family. Marriage always carries legal consequences for the wife and husband who are legally married. Based on the legal requirements of a marriage above, we can see that the validity of a marriage according to the Marriage Law is based on the religious laws and beliefs of each. However, all events that occur in the family that have legal aspects need to be recorded and recorded, so that both the person concerned and other interested parties have an authentic deed regarding the event. Thus, the legal position of a person becomes clear and firm. If we look at the consequences of not having a marriage certificate as authentic proof in a marriage, then we can say that a marriage certificate has a very important role/meaning in household life. In accordance with the focus of the problem and the purpose of this activity, the method used in carrying out this activity is the method of dissemination and internalization to members of the public with a ball pick-up system. This activity is a terminal activity in order to increase the knowledge and insight of the people of Sidetapa Village in understanding legal regulations and legal awareness of the regulations governing the registration of marriages (Marriage Law) in order to obtain a marriage certificate. In its implementation, this activity refers to a synergistic pattern between experts and practitioners from the Ganesha University of Education and related agencies, namely the Office of Population and Civil Registration. On the other hand, this program is directed at creating a collaborative and democratic climate of cooperation between the world of higher education and society at large under the coordination of related agencies. As for the things that were achieved in the implementation of this Community Service in an effort to increase the legal awareness of the people of Sidetapa village regarding the urgency of registering marriages to obtain a marriage certificate, namely: a. There has been a positive change in the knowledge regarding public awareness in terms of the correct procedures for registering marriages. b. There has been a positive change in the knowledge of the village community in general and youth in particular about the importance of marriage certificates and they have begun to register marriages in an orderly manner, by seeking more in-depth information on the process of registering marriages.

Abstract

Health services are a primary need in the life of every human being and it is the right to obtain them, therefore everyone needs a healthy body condition to be able to carry out daily activities in order to achieve a prosperous life. In addition to this, health is a human right and one of the elements of social welfare that must be realized in accordance with the ideals of the Indonesian nation, as referred to in Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution. Health services are a manifestation of the implementation of U.U. Number 36 of 2009 Concerning Health, so that it is the need and right of every Indonesian citizen. Furthermore, that every activity in an effort to maintain and improve the highest degree of public health, is carried out based on the principles of non-discrimination, participatory and sustainable in order to shape Indonesia's human resources, as well as increase the nation's resilience and competitiveness for national development. This can be realized by carrying out development which must be based on health insights in the sense that national development must pay attention to the health of the community and of course it must be the responsibility of all parties, both for the Government and for the community. This activity is an internship/KKL implementation that must be taken by every student at FHB UNISBANK Semarang who goes directly to the community in order to apply the knowledge gained at the Faculty of Law and Language UNISBANK Semarang. This internship/KKL activity is carried out by the author at the RAHMATIKA Primary Clinic in Semarang which is a health facility that provides health services to the community in general and Prolanis Patient Residents in particular who need health services for themselves and for their families. The implementation of this internship activity apart from carrying out work practices at the RAHMATIKA Pratama Clinic in providing health services to Prolanis Patient Residents, is also carried out by providing legal counseling on "Rights of Prolanis Patient Citizens to Obtain Health Services Based on U.U. Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health". The legal counseling carried out is a Field / Internship work practice activity carried out by the Author together with the Apprentice Supervisor who is the responsibility of Academics in implementing Government Programs in order to provide services to the community to understand and understand that every citizen has guaranteed rights based on the 1945 Constitution, especially in The provisions regarding CHAPTER XA which regulates human rights, especially in article 28 letter H and U.U. Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health.

Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia is a constitutional state (rechtstaat), thus implementing a constitutional system based on the 1945 Constitution which we know as the constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The 1945 Constitution establishes the legal basis for the Republic of Indonesia as a state of law, so that the government as administrator of the state and society must obey and adhere to the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia. Every person who is located and domiciled in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, be it a citizen or resident, then all of them are obliged to uphold Human Rights (HAM) which have been regulated in Chapter X concerning Human Rights, especially those regulated in Article 28 letter A up to Article 28 letter J of the 1945 Republic of Indonesia Constitution. Community Service Activities are the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which must be carried out in order to provide understanding to the community. This community service activity has a target, namely residents of the Prolanis Program Pratama RAHMATIKA Clinic who is located at Pengkol hamlet R.T. 05/ R.T. 01, Ex. Mangunsari, Kec. Gunung Pati, Semarang City, is an Indonesian citizen who needs information and education related to their understanding of Human Rights (HAM) regulated in the 1945 Constitution. Considering that not all people and especially residents of this prolanis patient understand Human Rights or Human rights that must be upheld by every human being in the Republic of Indonesia, even universally in all parts of the world. The 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia regulates every citizen to understand, understand and uphold Human Rights (HAM). This legal counseling is important and very necessary for the residents of the Pratama RAHMATIKA Semarang clinic, because there are still many among these prolanis patients who do not understand and even unconsciously violate this human right. This legal counseling aims to provide understanding to the residents of Prolanis patients at this Clinic, so that it can be disseminated to their families, their living environment and the surrounding community and the wider community in general, so as to foster legal awareness to understand their rights and obligations and be able to obey and uphold Human Rights. Humans owned by every citizen of the Republic of Indonesia and carry out with full sense of responsibility.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide knowledge and prevent the rise of online prostitution in Indonesia. Online prostitution is a problem that really threatens the younger generation and changes the culture of Indonesian society. Apart from having a bad effect on changing a good legal culture, online prostitution can become addictive for users. It takes good legal awareness to understand the damages caused by online prostitution. There are similarities between prostitution and drug cases. Both of these cases provide legal action for both drug dealers and their pimps. What makes the difference is that in narcotics cases, the user can be free from criminal law action with the condition that they are required to carry out the rehabilitation process until they recover from their addiction to the drug. As for prostitution cases, prostitutes and their service users are exempt from criminal acts with the condition that they "only" have to report to the police. In this case, there is a possibility that prostitution perpetrators will repeat their actions because they feel protected, as long as there are no regulations governing them.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide motivation to the people of Tlahab Village, Wanareja District, Purbalingga Regency to carry out waste management with an awareness of good and healthy environmental insight as a right and obligation as citizens and carry out waste sorting methods so that they become efficient, provide economic value as well as developing the circular economy concept as a goal of sustainable development as one of the environmental principles and the main rationale for waste management in Indonesia.
