Abstract

Introduction: Using computers is considered to increase work effectiveness and efficiency, but it can also cause bone and muscle disorders (low back pain and carpal tunnel syndrome). Internal data from physical environmental inspections at PT X shows that there has been an increase in the number of complaints caused by ergonomic risk factors from 2017 to 14 workers due to awkward body positions when working using computers. Objective: This research aims to determine efforts to control ergonomic risks in computer use at PT X. Methods: This research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from observations (RULA) and in-depth interviews. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through literature studies and internal data from physical environmental inspections. Results: This research shows that PT X does not yet have studies, policies, guidelines, and SOPs regarding controlling ergonomic risk factors for computer use. Therefore, an examination of the physical environment related to ergonomic risk factors has not been carried out. So that ergonomic risk control for workers who use computers can be implemented properly, there need to be studies, policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding controlling ergonomic risk factors for computer use that refer to the Law on Office K3. Conclusion: Characteristics of ergonomic risk factors for computer use found in PT X such as work posture, work duration, work desks, work chairs, and workstations are not following office ergonomics standards regulated in Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 48 of 2018 concerning office ergonomics standards. The ergonomic assessment method in offices is using the RULA assessment method, but at PT X this has not been implemented.

Abstract

Introduction: The problem of waste has become commonplace almost throughout the world including Indonesia. According to data from the National Waste Management Information System (SIPSN) in 2020, the most waste in Indonesia was contributed from household waste, 32.4%. Household waste is the largest distributor of waste in an area. Many people still haven't done waste sorting. Therefore, sorting household waste is very necessary because from the SIPSN results the most waste produced is household waste. Objective: This research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, availability of facilities, counseling, and cleaning staff on household waste sorting behavior in the community of Cisalak Village, Sukmajaya District. Methods: This research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. The instrument in this research uses a questionnaire. The population in this study was all the people of Cisalak Village, Sukmajaya District, Depok City, totaling 2,760 respondents, the total sample was 366 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through observation and filling out questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through documents from Cisalak Village, Sukmajaya District. Results: There is no relationship between knowledge (P = 0.266), availability of facilities (P = 0.074) and there is a relationship between counseling (P = 0.015) and cleaning staff (P = 0.001) on household waste sorting behavior. Conclusion: The knowledge and availability of facilities owned by the community in Cisalak Subdistrict is good so it has nothing to do with household waste sorting behavior. However, there are still some people who do not follow the counseling, making their knowledge about waste sorting still not good and some people think that cleaning staff do not sort waste, so there is a relationship between counseling and cleaning staff regarding household waste sorting behavior in Cisalak Village, Sukmajaya District.

Abstract

Introduction: Medical records are files that contain notes and documents regarding patient identity and other services provided to patients at health service facilities. According to Minister of Health Regulation No. 269/Menkes/Per/III/2008 concerning Medical Records, it explains that medical records are files containing notes and documents regarding patient identity, examinations, treatment, procedures, and other services that have been provided to patients. Objective: To analyze and recommend alternative policies for incomplete filling in medical records of patients undergoing catheterization procedures in 2019. Methods: This research is descriptive using qualitative methods. The data collection instrument used was an in-depth interview guide assisted by a voice recorder and writing equipment. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Meanwhile, instruments for direct observation use a digital camera (cellphone) to make it more effective and efficient, as well as a checklist for supporting documents and recordings. Results: The roots of the problems that affect the completeness of medical records are the time to complete medical records is insufficient/busy, the motivation of medical staff in filling out medical record documents is still lacking, there are no sanctions for health workers who do not complete medical records, monitoring and evaluating incomplete record documents medical assistance by bringing in medical personnel is still not implemented in the hospital, there is a lack of socialization of the SOP for filling out medical records, the arrangement of medical record forms is less systematic, so it needs to be simplified and integrated, the implementation of filling in is still not following the SOP and needs to be reviewed, limited financial resources to support the evaluation of completeness medical record file. Conclusion: Completeness in filling out medical records is close to 100%, which occurs in terms of clarity of condition or diagnosis, consistent input, and reasons for service, with the majority of results showing a high average percentage, but there are still incomplete recordings in several elements that occur in Informed Consent, review of records and information on the person responsible for the costs. Management is still trying to fulfill this policy by planning, evaluating, and modifying the old medical record to an electronic Medical Record program. Clarity and efficiency of electronic medical records can be an appropriate policy alternative because they are useful for minimizing indiscipline in filling out medical records for catheterization patients.

Abstract

Introduction: Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is often called "the silent killer" because it often occurs without complaint so that sufferers are not aware of it, and then find themselves having a disease or complications from hypertension. Hypertension cases according to WHO 2015 data show that there are around 1.13 billion people in the world and it is estimated that by 2025 there will be 1.5 billion people affected by hypertension and every year 9.4 million people will die from hypertension. Objective: This research was conducted to analyze the risk factors for hypertension in the Depok City area. Methods: This research uses qualitative methods which are carried out online through Google form observations (questionnaires). Data processing was carried out from secondary data (Depok City Health Profile 2019 and other supporting journals) and primary data (questionnaire – Google Form) using Microsoft Excel. Results: The results of this study show that genetic factors, behavioral factors, and health service factors are risk factors for the incidence of hypertension in the Depok City area. The coverage of informants who experienced hypertension was 98 (9.6%) out of 207 (21%) who had a risk of genetic disease. Conclusion: The biggest factors associated with the incidence of hypertension in Depok City were lack of physical activity for 54 people out of 98 hypertension incidents and not having regular health checks for 59 people out of 98 hypertension incidents. To increase physical activity and regular health checks, provide education about good healthy lifestyles so that people want to improve their lifestyles and avoid the risk of hypertension.

Abstract

Introduction: Since the COVID-19 pandemic entered Indonesia, all schools have implemented distance learning. Namely, the learning process that is reached using the internet. During this period of adjustment to the new learning process, many students have not been able to adapt. Some of them are lazy to study due to difficulty accessing learning, poor signal, lack of understanding of the material, lack of rest hours, and less conducive home environmental conditions. Objective: We conducted this research to find out what the main factors are for lazy students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This research method uses descriptive qualitative by filling out a questionnaire. Results: The results of this research show that students feel lazy due to lack of motivation, namely 89.3%. Therefore, we are holding a webinar to motivate students and provide solutions so that they don't feel lazy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Laziness is a habit that is learned and formed by environmental conditions and the people around it. Conclusion: Based on the results of the questionnaire, it was found that Bani Abdillah Middle School students felt lazy due to a lack of motivation or support from the surrounding environment. This motivation is very important to help the continuity of students' teaching and learning activities and to create a pleasant environment. Motivating students can be done by making a study agenda, determining a learning style, avoiding learning distractions, finding the right atmosphere, and studying with friends.
