Jurnal Citra Pendidikan (JCP) adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Pusat Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat STKIP Citra Bakti. Jurnal Citra Pendidikan (JCP) didekasikan untuk karya tulis berupa kajian pustaka, hasil penelitian, dan kajian meta-analisis dalam bidang pendidikan dan ilmu pendidikan (pendidikan dasar, pendidikan anak usia dini, pendidikan matematika, pendidikan musik dan pendidikan IPA). JCP menggunakan Turnitin untuk mengecek plagiasi naskah artikel. JCP diterbitkan 4 kali dalam setahun yaitu bulan Januari, April, Juli, dan Oktober.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data minat dan bakat mahasiswa di bidang olahraga menjadi semakin penting. Artikel ini membahas pengembangan sistem database berbasis website yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan informasi terkait minat dan bakat mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan sistem serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap pengelolaan data olahraga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan kemudahan akses dan pengelolaan data yang lebih efisien.

Abstract

Abstract Early childhood, because it serves as the foundation for effective communication and learning in the future. This research aims to B TK Rerawete through a learning method that uses a series of picture media. This method was chosen because it provides engaging visual stimulation and helps children understand the storyline logically. This research uses the Classroom Action Research approach, which is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study are 12 children from Group B of Paud Rerawete. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The use of series of pictures as media to improve language skills in the speaking aspect for early childhood children at Paud Rerawete employs data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that the use of sequential picture media can significantly improve children's oral language skills. The improvement is evident in aspects of speaking fluency, the courage to express opinions, and the ability to construct a coherent story. In cycle I, the percentage of children's language proficiency reached 33.3%, and increased to 83.3% in cycle II. Thus, the learning method using a series of picture media has proven effective in improving the oral language skills of early childhood children.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to improve the fine motor skills of children aged 4-6 years through plasticine play activities at the Integrated Kober ST Paulus Kotakadhe. The method used is class action research (PTK) which consists of two cycles, each of which includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed that there was an improvement in children's fine motor skills after being given an intervention in the form of playing plasticine. In the first cycle, as many as 30% of children were in the category of Starting to Develop (MB), 50% of children Developing as Expected (BSH), and 20% of Children Developing Very Well (BSB). In cycle II, there was an increase of 10% of children in the category of Starting to Develop (MB), 60% of Children Developing According to Expectations (BSH), and 30% of Children Developing Very Well (BSB). These results show that playing plasticine has a positive impact on improving fine motor skills in early childhood. Thus, the use of plasticine media in learning can be used as an alternative strategy to develop children's fine motor skills. Therefore, it is recommended to educators to further optimize the use of play media that is interesting and in accordance with the stages of children's development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesulitan belajar yang dialami oleh siswa kelas satu dalam mata pelajaran Matematika di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Koeloda. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk kesulitan yang dialami siswa serta faktor-faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi pada guru dan siswa pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran, wawancara dengan guru dan siswa kelas satu, serta dokumentasi pada hasil belajar siswa, RPP, daftar nilai, dan bahan ajar. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa kelas satu mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep bilangan, pengenalan lambang matematika, serta menyelesaikan soal cerita sederhana. Kesulitan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya adalah kemampuan dasar yang belum merata, keterbatasan media pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan usia anak, serta kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar di rumah. Guru telah melakukan berbagai upaya seperti penggunaan alat peraga konkret dan pendekatan bermain sambil belajar, namun masih diperlukan peningkatan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan sesuai dengan tahap perkembangan kognitif siswa kelas satu.

Abstract This article explores the importance of respecting diverse perspectives as a fundamental pillar in cultivating inclusive, reflective, and ethical intellectualism. In the context of multicultural societies and academic spaces filled with diverse schools of thought, openness to differing opinions is a key indicator of intellectual maturity. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach as outlined by Moleong, aiming to understand the subjective meaning behind social phenomena in a holistic manner. The analysis is grounded in recent literature, including academic journals and books published within the last five years. Findings indicate that respecting differing viewpoints functions not only as an ethical norm but also as a crucial mechanism in the development of critical thinking and scientific culture. Multicultural education, intercultural dialogue, and the values of Pancasila play vital roles in internalizing tolerance in both academic and societal contexts. Abstract

The deep learning approach in education is a learning strategy oriented towards deep conceptual understanding, reflective, and integrative. This research aims to analyze the deep learning approach from the perspective of three main learning theories namely cognitive, humanistic, and constructivistic. The deep learning approach is considered relevant in facing the challenges of 21st century education because it focuses on deep conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and active involvement of learners in the learning process. However, the implementation of this approach is often not supported by a strong theoretical understanding. Therefore, this research uses a descriptive qualitative literature study method by analyzing various academic sources to identify the contribution of each theory to the deep learning approach. The results show that cognitive theories provide the basis for information processing strategies and metacognition; humanistic theories emphasize the importance of intrinsic motivation, personal values, and individual growth; while constructivistic theories support active, collaborative, and contextual learning. The synthesis of the three perspectives forms a comprehensive conceptual foundation for developing deep learning designs that are transformative and holistic. This research provides a significant conceptual contribution in the development of learning strategies that integrate cognitive, affective, and social aspects in a balanced manner

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the FitClass mobile application in improving physical activity and learning motivation among senior high school students in Physical Education. The study is motivated by the low levels of student participation in conventional PE learning and the need for technology-based innovations to enhance engagement and outcomes. A quasi-experimental method was employed using a pretest-posttest design involving both experimental and control groups. The research involved 60 Grade XI students from a senior high school, randomly assigned into two groups. The experimental group used the FitClass mobile application over a six-week period, while the control group followed conventional learning methods. Data were collected using physical activity observation sheets and a learning motivation questionnaire. The results indicated a significant increase in both physical activity (p < 0.05) and learning motivation (p < 0.05) in the experimental group compared to the control group. These findings suggest that the FitClassmobile application is effective in enhancing physical activity and learning motivation in high school Physical Education.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan seksual anak menjadi perhatian dunia. Semakin banyak jumlah anak yang menjadi korban memaksa pemerhati anak harus memikirkan solusi untuk mencegah dan melindungi anak-anak. Indonesia telah menetapkan tahun 2016 sebagai tahun darurat kekerasan seksual anak. Indonesia yang merupakan negara multikultural terbesar di dunia dengan populasi penduduknya berjumlah lebih dari 200 juta jiwa, terdiri dari 300 suku yang menggunakan hampir 200 bahasa yang berbeda, tidak dapat melepaskan keberagaman ini dalam unsur pendidikannya. Oleh karena itu, pendekatan multikultural yang menghargai perbedaan dianggap cocok dalam mengembangkan pendidikan seksual yang dapat diterapkan pada semua jenjang usia, jenis kelamin, suku, agama dan kepercayaan yang ada di Indonesia. Pendidikan seksual berbasis multikultural mengakomodasi perbedaan segala pandangan tentang cara mendidik, informasi yang layak diberikan dan siapa yang memberikan informasi

Abstract

Learning mathematics in the digital era demands innovation that is able to integrate technology and pedagogical approaches that suit the needs of the 21st century. One of the rapidly growing approaches is blended learning, which is a learning model that combines the advantages of face-to-face learning with online learning. This article aims to analyze the implementation of blended learning in mathematics education through a literature study approach. The results show that blended learning can improve students' concept understanding, learning motivation, and mathematical literacy. An effective blended learning design includes interactive face-to-face components, self-directed online learning, and technology-based formative assessment. However, the implementation of blended learning also faces challenges, such as teacher readiness and student discipline. Therefore, blended learning innovation needs to be implemented systematically with the support of education policy, teacher training, and adequate digital infrastructure. This research contributes to formulating the design direction of mathematics learning that is more flexible, participatory, and contextual in the future.
