Abstract

The activity of the community of herbal medicine manunggal in Cimahi city, as the main partner, is to guide the processing of traditional medicines and the herbal medicine business. The proposing team held an initial meeting and socialization for members of the Jamu Manunggal community in the city of Cimahi on December 25, 2021, regarding counseling on planting, post-harvest processing, and the benefits of the cat's whiskers plant. From the results of these activities, several problems were identified: the raw materials for traditional medicines in the Jamu Manunggal Association needed to be better standardized. This activity aims to improve the quality of traditional medicinal products through standardization. The results of the drying shrinkage testing of the five medicinal raw materials met the standards in the Indonesian Herbal Pharmacopoeia. In testing the water-soluble ash content, the levels obtained were not too large illustrating the potential for minor contamination of traditional medicinal raw materials. The general conclusion is that the raw materials for traditional medicine in the Jamu Manunggal Association of Cimahi City have good quality.

Abstract

In 2020, Indonesia is ranked as the fifth largest waste producing country in the world after Brazil, India, America, and China. Poor waste management, especially by allowing it to accumulate without proper handling, can cause various problems such as health problems resulting from the presence of hazardous materials and chemicals in waste. Providing knowledge about how to sort and process waste, especially to village communities, is quite important because it is to preserve the environment, especially in villages, to solve waste problems in villages. The purpose of this KKN activity is to raise public awareness of the environment. The method of implementing the activity is in the form of observation to look for problems in Mengok Village and carrying out socialization activities on waste sorting and processing with the waste bank.

Abstract

A student-centered approach has become a priority in efforts to improve the quality of education at various levels. Community service activities are carried out with the main purpose of improving the quality of education at Lot 3 of Lhokseumawe City Mobilization School. Through a series of structured steps, the author has identified educational challenges, developed teachers' pedagogical skills, and deepened liberal learning. Study program. Working closely with schools helps design educational programs that are more relevant, enjoyable, and tailored to the needs of students. Close monitoring and evaluation of these programs provides a clear picture of changes taking place and allows for necessary adjustments. As a result, the student-centered approach has succeeded in creating positive changes in the education system of Lhokseumawe City Mobilization School, Lot 3. Teachers and students are well equipped. This success has resulted in a more holistic learning environment, regardless of the level of learning. cultural background or personal circumstances. In addition, this activity contributes to the formation of more capable future leaders in the educational context through the Phase 3 driver's learning program. Abstract

The problems that exist in partners are: 1). Lack of knowledge and skills of partners in producing dryer innovation, 2). Lack of knowledge about good quality management, 3). Not understanding the concept of product packaging, 4). Not yet understanding how to market online and professionally, 5). Not yet understanding the business management system and correct bookkeeping administration. Implementation activities will begin with the coordination and outreach stage with partners for implementing activities, then continue with the provision of drying oven machines and training on their use. Followed by good quality management training by introducing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SSOP (Sanitation standard operating procedures). Furthermore, partners will be facilitated in creating a marketing platform and training in its use to make the marketing process easier. The final activity is providing counseling regarding correct business management, administration and bookkeeping as well as evaluating the activities that have been carried out. The conclusions of the implementation of community service activities in Lampulo Village, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City are: (1) Availability of drying equipment (ovens) using LPG fuel, as well as an increase in woodfish production, especially during the rainy season, by 30%. (2) Increased knowledge, skills, and abilities of partners in applying GMP and SSOP (100%). (3) Increasing partners' knowledge, skills, and abilities regarding product packaging manufacturing (Pakcakging). (4) Availability of a marketing platform that can be used by partners (100%). (5) There is an increase in knowledge, skills and abilities in understanding business management and ways to develop it (100%).

Abstract

The lack of public knowledge about Legal Aid and guarantees of public understanding regarding the Procedures for Obtaining Legal Aid that can be received free of charge by underprivileged people causes losses for the community. The aim of this writing is to obtain a clear picture of the reallife system of society, explore understanding of the law and legal problems that exist in society, and help the public obtain free understanding and assistance in resolving legal problems experienced in everyday life. The method in this writing uses empirical legal research methods. So, in this writing we found important steps to increase public awareness about people's rights and how to get access to the free legal assistance they need. Legal education about free legal aid can help people who are unable to understand people's rights and how people can take advantage of free legal aid to overcome the legal problems they are experiencing.

Abstract

Hydroponics can be an alternative program for elementary or early childhood education as a form of effort to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in agriculture. In addition to raising the theme of hydroponics in community service, we display Go Green material, namely the use and management of plastic waste as a support in Hydroponics activities. Many benefits of the Hydroponics program and the utilization of plastic waste in schools are as follows. Introducing this hydroponic planting system as a new knowledge for students, increasing students' knowledge and insight about the use of plastic waste, and instilling the spirit of farming from an early age. The indicators of the achievement of community service activities are the active participation of SD Pejagan students during the activity and the last achievement is that students practice at their respective homes.

Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge and training in writing children's literature to PGMI IAIN Palangka Raya students. This community service was carried out in 5 meetings using lecture and writing workshop methods. Activities were held on May 29, 2023, May 31, 2023, June 6, 2023, June 12, 2023, and June 14, 2023, with 28 participants participating. The results obtained from this service show that using local wisdom ideas in the immediate environment is one way to develop writing skills. The result of this activity is the publication of an anthology/collection of children's literature stories by PGMI IAIN Palangka Raya students. Several types of local wisdom are raised, such as beliefs/myths that exist in Central Kalimantan society, community traditions, traditional games, traditional food, and traditional handicrafts. With this activity, it is hoped that it can improve students' writing skills, especially in writing fiction.

Abstract

The urgency of this activity is that Islamic Boarding School financial reports have not been recorded based on the provisions of Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). The aim of the service activities is to increase accountability in the preparation of financial reports and financial management as well as the implementation of Islamic boarding school accounting applications (SANTRI). It is hoped that by holding training or provision, it will be able to provide adequate knowledge so that it can be implemented in Islamic boarding schools so that they are able to prepare financial reports in accordance with the Accounting Standards rules that apply in Indonesia. At-Taqwa Al Islamiy Islamic Boarding School (Ponpes) is the target of this program activity. The Islamic boarding school is one of the Islamic boarding schools located in Borobudur District, Magelang Regency, Central Java. With quite a few students, the Islamic boarding school's financial management refers to the applicable PSAK ETAP so that existing financial reports can provide maximum information according to the detailed needs of funders and donors. It is hoped that the SANTRI software can help in carrying out financial records in accordance with Islamic boarding school needs.

Abstract

Information technology can improve the quality of information obtained by Gampong Reulet residents, especially in integrated public services and archives. Steps for Sustainable Information Technology Management in Improving Digital Village Development in the Field of Public Services and Archives include identifying village needs and potential, developing digital technology infrastructure, developing digital content and applications to support village needs in the archives sector. and public services, developing the skills and capacity of village communities in utilizing digital technology, as well as monitoring and evaluating the results of digital village development. The aim of the service is to provide Gampong Reuleut digital innovation to improve public services by utilizing technology to improve the performance of village officials and the efficiency of delivering information services. Second, digitizing archives can provide easy access and storage of information in several media so that the information is not lost. The results of this service increase administrative activities of gampong officials, provide comprehensive details about sustainable village operations, speed up services, and disseminate information related to gampong reulet including providing information services. Furthermore, the service has increased the development of digital villages, which shows that 90% and 10% of service participants feel quite satisfied with the implementation of service activities.

Abstract

The use of digital media by MSMEs, which is increasingly competitive and growing rapidly, requires Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to implement effective and efficient marketing strategies. The use of digital media is very important in marketing SME products in the digital era. However, the problem faced is the lack of knowledge and skills of Uteunkot village residents in utilizing digital media as a marketing tool. Meanwhile, training and mentoring are effective solutions for increasing the use of digital media to support the growth and success of SMEs. This service aims to empower SMEs in Uteunkot Village through digital media to support increased marketing of SME products. The training material covers the use of social media, both content creation and online advertising strategies. The results of the Digital Media Utilization Training and Assistance service showed that 88% and 12% of respondents were satisfied with implementing the service activities. Then, the results of the solution's suitability are expected by partners to increase their productivity and market access using digital technology and be able to compete better in an increasingly competitive market.
