The purpose of this study was to find out and describe how the effect of the application of the Jarimatika method on the multiplication ability of high-grade students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using data recording with permanent products. Data retrieval using data recording with permanent products, observation and documentation with the research sample consisting of one student aged 4th grade. Data analysis used visual analysis method which consisted of visual analysis of graphs, analysis under conditions and analysis between conditions. The results of this study indicate that the multiplication arithmetic ability of students during the four phases is affected by the use of the Jarimatika method. This can be seen from the results obtained in the Baseline 1 phase, students got the highest score = 40, the Intervention phase 1 = 80, the Baseline 2 phase = 80, and the Intervention phase 2 = 100. The ability of students to count multiplications in the baseline phase is sufficient. good, in the intervention phase very good.

The aim to find out from this research: (1) Lesson Planning for Online Thematic Subject for Class I at MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. (2) Implementation of Online Thematic Subjects Class I at MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. (3) Evaluation of Implementation Online Thematic Learning Class I at MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. The research method used I this research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and disumentation. The results obtained indicate that the Analisysis Implemnentation of the Online Thematic subject Class I at MI Pembangunan UIN Jakarta at the planning stage of online thematic learning, a set of activities has been arranged such as interactive power points and learning videos the prepartion of simple lesoon plans before conductnig the onlie learing prosess according to has met the 2013 curriculum standrads which emphasize the scientific approach and madrasah curriculum guidelines during the pandemic issued by the Direct General of Islamic Education,No.2791. At the Implementation stage of learning shows that teachers are able to carry out thematic learning whit a scientific approach and pay attention to the condition of students. At the Evaluation stage of learning outcomes, teacher can carry out good assessements in various aspescts including the assessments that became the standard for 2013 evaluation and assessement of learning outcomesin the emergency period.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share di kelas IV-A MI Nurul Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan model Kurt Lewin yang terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Penelitian dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri dari dua pertemuan. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 34 siswa kelas IV-A MI Nurul Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa memperoleh rata-rata nilai dari 75 menjadi 80. Hasil tes belajar siswa memperoleh rata-rata nilai dari 70,25 menjadi 80,56. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan hasil tes belajar (posttest) yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think pair share mampu meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV-A.

This study aims to determine the increase in learning outcomes of mathematics, the subject of estimation and rounding in IV grade students of SDN in the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles and four stages. The data collection technique used was observation while students were participating in the learning process and using tests in the form of questions carried out at the end of the cycle as well as documentation during learning activities.The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in students' mathematics learning outcomes using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in each cycle. In the first cycle, student learning outcomes reached 53% of 32 students and only 17 students completed. Furthermore, in cycle II there was an increase with learning outcomes reaching 91% completeness and only 3 students who did not complete. The conclusion of this study is that efforts to use the Project Based Learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes for IV grade students at SDN .

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah sangat berpengaruh bahkan sangat menentukan terhadap kemajuan sekolah. Untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan maka kepala sekolah menerapkan prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan dan prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan kualitas total yang mendukung peningkatan mutu. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mencapai mutu pendidikan yang diharapkan bukanlah merupakan hasil dan ditentukan oleh karya perseorangan, namun justru merupakan karya dari team work yang cerdas. Untuk itu, kepala sekolah dituntut memiliki kemampuan manajerial yang baik serta mampu mendorong seluruh bawahan untuk dapat memberdayakan dirinya. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dalm meningkatkan mutu pendidikan khususnya di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif serta kajian pustaka. Hasilnya yaitu ada beberapa strategi yang harus dilakukan kepala sekolah terkait dengan peningkatan mutu yaitu 1) menyusun perencanaan dan pengembangan sekolah dengan merumuskan visi, misi, dan tujuan jangka pendek. 2) pelaksanaan strategi dengan meningkatkan kedisiplinan 3) meningkatkan hasil ujian di setiap tahunnya 4) senantiasa menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik dengan komite, wali murid, alumni dan lembaga-lembaga pemerintah terdekat 5) evaluasi pelaksanaan program.

Merangsang kreativitas matematika sangat penting bagi perkembangan kognitif siswa. Sayangnya, pendekatan kelas konvensional untuk merangsang kreativitas matematis siswa belum efektif secara memuaskan. Namun, pendekatan prospektif untuk merangsang kreativitas matematis dapat diterapkan melalui perangkat pengajaran yang mengintegrasikan masalah terbuka dengan hal-hal menarik, seperti melibatkan siswa dalam suasana membaca cerita dongeng. Dalam penelitian ini, buku dongeng sainsmatika (Sainsmatika Fairy Book atau SFB) digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk meningkatkan kreativitas matematika siswa. Sebuah desain eksperimen kelompok kontrol pretest-posttest digunakan untuk menyelidiki efektivitas SFB untuk mengembangkan kreativitas matematika siswa kelas empat. Peserta terdiri dari delapan puluh siswa kelas empat di salah satu kabupaten di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan dari observasi aktivitas siswa. Berdasarkan analisis statistik one-way ANOVA diperoleh bahwa perbandingan skor kreativitas matematis antara kelompok eksperimen 1 dan 2 = 0,961 > 0,05, kelompok eksperimen 2 dan 3 = 0,011 < 0,05, serta kelompok eksperimen 1 dan 3 0,024 < 0,05. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan SFB efektif secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas matematis siswa.Kata Kunci: Masalah Terbuka, Buku Dongeng, Kreativitas Matematika

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of the project based learning model to improve students' higher-order thinking skills in social science material in social sciences. The method used in this study is a qualitative survey method with a total of 22 students. The instruments used in this research are observation and documentation. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. Qualitative data analysis is used to provide information that describes the improvement in the results of teacher performance and student activities by using a project_based learning model that is applied during the implementation of learning by using observation sheets. This shows that from the first meeting to the end of four meetings the teacher's performance from 70% to 100% and student activity from 60% to 100%. The conclusion in this study is that students' high-level thinking in social studies can be improved by implementing a project based learning model for class VB students at SDN.

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana hasil belajar siswa pada materi Pancasila menggunakan media pembelajaran Zoom dan Adakah pengaruh media pembelajaran Zoom terhadap hasil belajar aspek pengetahuan pada materi Pancasila. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Al-Wathoniyah 43 Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan September. Metode penelitian ini digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan disain Nonequivalent control Group Design. Sampel yang diambil adalah kelas IVA dengan jumlah 10 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan instrumen tes berupa soal pilihan ganda dan non-tes berupa angket. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil belajar siswa PPKn. Dengan hasil hipotesis terhadap data postest menunjukan pengolahan data menggunakan pengujian hipotesis (uji-t) menggunakan program SPSS yang memperoleh nilai-niali (sig.2-tailed) dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05). Hasil pengujian hipotesis (uji-t) tersebut menunjukan hasil akhir bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media pembelajaran zoom lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata hasil belajar tanpa menggunakan media pembelajaran zoom. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis data nontes berdasarkan respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran zoom dengan nilai persentase 86%

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between tutoring and student learning outcomes in mathematics in grade IV Elementary School, how much contribution is given and whether it has significance or not. This research was conducted in July-August at SDN Sumobito III. The research method used is correlational research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire and documentation of students' math scores. While the correlation technique used is the product moment. The results found in this study that there is a significant relationship between tutoring and student learning outcomes in mathematics. The results showed that the rcount or Pearson correlation was 0.923 and was included in the very strong category. While the value of the coefficient of determination in this study shows the figure of 85.2%. Thus, there is a very strong and significant relationship between tutoring and mathematics learning outcomes at SDN Sumobito III.Keywords: Tutoring, Mathematics Learning Outcomesutcomes

This study aims to improve the understanding of the concept of arithmetic operations of addition and subtraction of integers in class IV at SDN Jampang 03 through the use of colored stick media. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), adapting the Kemmis and Mc.Taggart. Subjects in this study consisted of 29 students in class IV at SDN Jampang 03. The results of this study showed that there was an increase in students' conceptual understanding after the application of colored stick learning media in mathematics subjects for arithmetic operations on addition and subtraction of integers. This can be seen from the increase in the average score of the research instrument in the first cycle of 72.45% which increased in the second cycle to 94.36%. The conclusion of this study is that the use of colored stick media can improve the understanding of the concept of arithmetic operations of addition and subtraction of integers in class IV at SDN Jampang 03.Keywords : Colored Stick Learning Media, Concept Understanding, Operation Counting Addition and Subtraction of Integer
