Abstract

Education is one of the learning methods provided by educators to students, be it formal or non-formal education. The history of education in rejang lebong is certainly inseparable from the community in it and is supported by the existence of available educational institutions, such as madrasahs, islamic boarding schools or Islamic universities. The entry of Islam in Rejang Lebong occurred before the 17th century, namely before the biksus came to Rejang Lebong to broadcast Hinduism/Buddhism. The center of Islamic teachings in Rejang Lebong is located in Sawah Hamlet, where at that time the Sawah Hamlet area was referred to as a small Mecca. So called because at that time Sawah Hamlet became a religious center, when someone was going to take the Hajj, then the center of their association before leaving, namely in Sawah Hamlet. The purpose of this study was to find out how Islam and Islamic education in the land of Rejang, as for the method used, namely the historical method is to help to obtain research results in the form of systematic and objective reconstruction of the past at an understandable level.

Abstract

This study discusses the multiculturalism education contained in Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13 which contains concepts, values, and their application in Islamic religious education, with the formulation of the problem: (1) How is the concept of multiculturalism education contained in Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13? (2) What are the educational values of multiculturalism contained in Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13?, (3) How is the application of multiculturalism education contained in Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13 on Islamic religious education? This research is a qualitative research that uses a descriptive analysis approach. Then the data analysis uses data reduction and content analysis regarding the sources taken, and the achievement is assisted by the supervisors. The research analysis explains that: the concept of multicultural education contained in Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13 is the creation of humans of the same kind and in pairs, humans are created as nations and tribes, know each other, and have piety. The values contained in the Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13 humans must recognize gender equality and equality, know each other, be pious, and tolerate. While its application in Islamic religious education is to apply the concepts and values of multiculturalism education contained in Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 13 in daily life, mutual respect and respect among others despite different beliefs, getting to know each other so that they can share experiences and learning, complement each other, and be kind. This is all done so that the Indonesian state can produce a generation that is multicultural and cultured and upholds the value of diversity.

Abstract

The paper analyzed Ismail Raji al-Faruqi’s (1921-1986) ideas on Islamization of knowledge and his critical contribution in articulating modern Islamic worldview and expounding its progressive and inclusive outlook. It discusses his deeply significant framework and methodology in articulating the ideas of Islamization of knowledge and propounding major doctrine of tawhid in the light of his works such as Islamization of Knowledge: General Principles and Work Plan, Al-Tawhid: Its Implications for Thought and Life dan etc. The study is based on library research using qualitative approaches by documenting sources derived from some major works of al-Faruqi and other relevant materials. The data was analyzed using descriptive, analytical, and comparative method. The study concluded that al-Faruqi has bring forth universal Islamic worldview that propounded transcendental religious and philosophical outlook based on his rational and universal premises. His philosophical ideal was founded on critical methodology of tawhid that was instrumental in projecting his Islamization of knowledge movement and in propounding its scientific and rational outlook in order to revived the spirit of reform and reconstructing ijtihad and reclaiming the universal and creative ummatic world order.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the accentuation of Divine values ​​in the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative research library study, while the research approach is socio-historical. The results of the study explain where the Divine values ​​in Covid-19 (which are divided into three kinds of core values, including the values ​​of faith, the values ​​of trust and the values ​​of patience) are important to be transformed for students to believe in and practice in everyday life during this pandemic. And several hadiths of the Prophet also strengthen the existence of efforts to deal with epidemics that occurred in ancient times.

Abstract

This research is about the role carried out by educators on adolescent sex education in an Islamic perspective at SMK Al-Ghozaly Siwatu Bumiroso Watumalang Wonosobo, with the formulation of the problem: (1) What is the concept of sex education at SMK Al-Ghozaly? , (2) How is the Implementation of adolescent sex in SMK Al-Ghozaly?, (3) What is the Role of Educators as role models of sex education at SMK Al-Ghozaly? This research uses a qualitative, descriptive approach conducted at SMK Al-Ghozaly using a case study design. The data collection methods used include: observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. Informants are selected using a series of processes of data collection, reduction, presentation and verification of data as well as analysis in case (within analysis). The credibility of the data will be checked by checking the adequacy of the reference. Meanwhile, dependability and confirmability are achieved through auditing by supervisors. The results showed that: The concept of sex education at SMK Al-Ghozaly is a real effort to provide understanding to every student about knowledge about sex appropriately and in the presence of Allah SWT. So that noble morals or customs will be embedded in every aspect of life and the implementation of sex education at SMK Al-Ghozaly is presented in an integrated manner into the subject of Islamic Religious Education, and educators also agree to insert lessons on sex education at every opportunity. In addition to schools presenting sex education through integrated materials in Islamic Religious Education learning, they also support through special activities, namely studies that are carried out every two weeks on Thursdays after Dhuhur. In addition, the school also entered into a cooperation agreement with the Watumalang sub-district health office, which in this case is a puskesmas and also cooperates with the pesantren to provide the study of the book of fiqh, such as the recitation of the book of safinatun naja, Risalatul mahidh, I'anatun nisa', 'Uqud al-lijain, Qurrotul 'Uyun. The role of educators towards sex education at SMK Al-Ghozaly is that teachers as teachers, teachers as mentors, teachers as mediators, and teachers as evaluators.

Abstract

This study aims to determine 1). parents' perceptions of strengthening digital literacy based on Islamic education for children in Sokanandi Village RT 02 RW 02 Banjarnegara Regency, 2). knowing parents' strategies in strengthening digital literacy based on Islamic education for children, and 3). find out what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for parents in strengthening digital literacy based on Islamic education for children. This type of research is field research or field research with a qualitative approach. The data sources used came from the heads of sub-districts, heads of RTs, parents, children, and data from Sokanandi Village, RT 02 RW 02, Banjarnegara Regency. To obtain the necessary data the authors use documentation techniques, in-depth interviews and participant observation. Data analysis was carried out through the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research analysis show 1). some parents' perceptions about strengthening digital literacy based on Islamic education for children, namely the internet and digital media helping Islamic religious subjects; planting Islamic education through digital literacy becomes more effective and easier; guidance on digital literacy based on Islamic education is considered important so that children can choose educational sites and applications; the use of digital media must be limited so that it is not excessive and becomes addictive; and many emerging trends of new language that is less polite. 2). The parent assistance strategy is carried out by accessing references to Islamic religious subjects on the internet; watching Islamic content with children; interactive dialogue during digital media use and after; gadget usage time management; civilized control of conversational language on social media. 3). Factors supporting parents in strengthening digital literacy based on Islamic education are children's skills that are responsive and easy to develop; lots of Islamic educational content available on the internet; awareness, concern, and responsibility of parents in educating children; cooperation between both parents; exemplary parents in communicating in the family. While the inhibiting factors are limited time and parental knowledge about digital literacy and Islamic education; wasteful internet quota; the older the child, the more difficult it is to be directed because they tend to want to be independent; and children's circle of friends, not all of which are good.

Abstract

Efforts to build character are not limited to transferring good values. But reaching out to how to make these values embedded and integrated in the totality of thoughts and actions. The trick is through the habituation of religious activities and social activities such as the Dirosah MA Fathul Ulum activity which trains students to live in a good society. This activity is like KKN activities in lectures but with a short time. In this study the author uses the type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. For the data analysis technique, the writer uses the Milles and Hubberman model which consists of 3 stages, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. Dirosah is carried out by class XII students by giving assignments in groups to serve in the community for 15 days by implementing PAI subjects obtained while studying at MA Fathul Ulum. Such as teaching TPQ / Madin, Kultum, congregational prayers, Tadarus, Simaan, Khataman, Majlis Taklim (Yasinan, Tahlilan, Manaqiban and Barzanji), cleaning villages, cleaning mosques / prayer rooms and distributing takjil. This activity forms a religious character, honesty, tolerance, hard work, creative, friendly/communicative, responsible, environmental and social care.

Abstract

The focus of this study is based on the author's anxiety about sexual violence against children which often occurs recently. This is very contrary to Islam and also humanity. The violence that recently occurred in Islamic boarding schools and also in educational institutions has made the word takdzim the mainstay of the perpetrator's weapon so that the victim will do things that are not wanted. PAI plays an important role in overcoming sexual violence, because educators must have a good attitude and humanize humans.

Abstract

Against the background of the importance of the figure of educators for the success of learning and realizing the goals of national education, the empowerment of human resources, especially educators, is fundamental. One of the efforts to improve the quality or competence of educators is through training and development programs for educators. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative with the research approach used is: phenomenology. The data sources of this research are the Head of Madrasah and Educators. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data processing and analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) The training and development program for educators at MTs Andalusia Banjarnegara included: upgrading skills, microteaching, article writing, MGMP, webinars, further education and book study activities. (2) The process of implementing the training for educators at MTs Andalusia has been regularly scheduled, it's just that internal training is still limited to a less intense time and external training is limited to confirmation of invitations and waiting for the appointment of the madrasa head. Meanwhile, the education staff development program is still not optimal in terms of program support and needs analysis. (3) The impact of training and development of educators in improving the professionalism of educators are: Improving information technology skills and modernizing educators; Improve classroom management and public speaking skills; Improve literacy skills and analysis learning; Improve the optimization of mastery of learning materials; Increase knowledge of global insight and networking; Career advancement; Personality enhancement is commendable.

Abstract

This research is based on the use of inappropriate methods in learning which can cause learning outcomes to be less than optimal. One of them is in learning the Qur'an. The tilawati method is a method that focuses on improving the ability to read, write, and memorize the Koran, the strategy used is to combine a classical approach and an individual approach with a reading and listening technique that uses songs (song rost). This study uses a qualitative approach. Then the method of interview, observation and documentation as the main method in data collection. Data analysis techniques using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study stated that the first classical approach had been applied well and was able to help schools in improving students' reading, writing, and memorizing Al-Quran skills. Both individual approaches with reading listening techniques help teachers to find out in more detail the ability to read, write, and memorize the Al-Quran of each student because at the time of individual approach with reading techniques the teacher evaluates each student. The three inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the implementation of the tilawati method in improving the ability to read, write, and memorize the Al-Quran at SD Al Madina Wonosobo.
