Various types of curriculum development are used by the Indonesian government in achieving the ideals of the nation which is to educate the nation's life and produce the next generation of people who have morality and noble character. The selection of a curriculum development model is not only based on strengths and benefits and the possibility of achieving optimal results, but also needs to be adjusted to the educational management system adopted and the educational concepts used. Curriculum organization is an arrangement of experience and knowledge that must be delivered and carried out by students to achieve the desired goals or competencies. The intended experience is divided into direct experience and indirect experience gained or received by students during the learning process. While the knowledge in question is the standard knowledge that is possible to develop in accordance with the times. This paper uses a method in the form of theoretical study of curriculum development models and curriculum organization. These theories are summarized and searched for the common thread so that discussion can be put forward regarding the development model and curriculum organization.

The purpose of this research was to determine the role of teacher competence in shaping student learning motivation through online learning at SMAN 2 Kampar.To obtain data, facts and information that will reveal and explain problems, researchers use a descriptive approach. The data and instruments in this study are primary data. The data collection instruments were observation, documentation and interviews. As for the comparisons we can get from previous research that is relevant to the title of this study is the lack of ways teachers develop interest in learning at SMA N 2 Kampar by giving gifts, making approaches, encouraging learning, directing learning activities and giving praise to students. So it can be concluded that in shaping student learning motivation cannot be implemented by teachers based on their competencies, this is because the learning system is carried out online.

The ideal learning process is a student-oriented and not boring learning process. The problems identified in history learning are the low active participation of students to be involved in learning activities and the stigma of students stating that history learning tends to be boring. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the application of collaborative discussion and question and answer methods in learning compared to the lecture method. This research is a quasi-experimental research. This research was conducted at the Bahlum Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Siak in July 2020. The subjects of this research were female class XI students as experimental class students and female class XII students as control classes. The data collection instrument used was an observation sheet for learning activities. The results of this study indicate that collaborative discussion and question and answer methods are more effective in increasing student participation in the learning process than the lecture method. Â

Covid-19 is a virus that spreads very quickly. One of the government's ways to decide the spread of Covid-19 is that learning in schools is carried out online. One of the platforms that can support the implementation of online learning is the Google Classroom service. The implementation of learning cannot be separated from the assessment of learning outcomes. Assessment of learning outcomes in the Covid-19 era is also carried out online. An online application that can be used for online assessment is Google Form. MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru is one of the schools that uses Google Classroom as a learning medium and Google Form as a science knowledge assessment platform as well as a means of recording student attendance. The purpose of this article research is to describe the implementation of science learning activities using Google Classroom and to describe the implementation of science knowledge assessment activities at MTs Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by using data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that the use of Google Classroom as a learning platform has been implemented well. Assessment can be easily done by teachers with Google Forms. However, there are still students who are constrained by internet access in implementing online learning. Â Â

The rapid spread of Covid-19 has disrupted several aspects of life, especially in the field of education. In order to inhibit the spread of Covid-19, schools are prohibited from conducting face-to-face learning processes in educational units so that learning activities are carried out at home through online learning. The purpose of this study was to see student responses related to learning achievements and online learning assessments during the Covid-19 pandemic at Junior High School 1 Dumai. The research was conducted at Junior High School on October 5 - December 15, 2020. The research method used was a survey. The instrument used is a questionnaire using gogogleform. The results of this study indicate that online learning is considered more difficult for students to understand and related to online learning assessment 43.8% of students like online learning provided by the teacher, 37.5% are ordinary and only 18.8% do not agree with the online learning provided. teacher. The causes of student difficulties in online learning can be caused by several things, including the varied learning styles of children. Students who have an auditory learning style, a model in which a person absorbs information more quickly through what they listen to, find it difficult to learn online, as well as students who have a kinesthetic learning style, students who absorb information through various physical movements. Another obstacle is the slow internet signal and the cost of the quota that must be provided for online learning. Â Â

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various sectors of life, especially in the field of education. During this pandemic, there have been several changes in the learning process and this has become a challenge for all educational institutions. Motivation has an important role in improving the quality of student learning, for that researchers are interested in examining the strategies used by SDN 02 Artificial I teachers in activating students' learning motivation during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data collection technique used by the researcher is an interview technique with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results showed that the form of the teacher's strategy to revive student learning motivation in the Study From Home (SFH) policy in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic was by giving students' dream cards. This is proven to be able to turn on the learning motivation of SDN 02 Artificial I students. The Covid-19 pandemic requires teachers to continue to monitor and evaluate student competencies. This study aims to see how the competence of teachers is able to evaluate the tasks given in online or online-based learning by teachers of Junior High School 1 Kuantan Hilir Seberang. With the implementation of online learning, of course, there will be different treatments carried out by teachers in evaluating student performance to ensure that students can understand the material well. This study uses a descriptive method with data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and documentation. In Junior High School 1 Kuantan downstream across, the author looks at how teachers perform their role in evaluating student learning outcomes. Starting from giving assignments, assessing and then evaluating where the students' weaknesses lie, especially regarding understanding and attitudes. The teacher continuously evaluates student learning outcomes by paying close attention to student understanding. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that teacher competence was needed to find the weaknesses and obstacles experienced by students when the teacher gave assignments, especially learning assignments during the pandemic. Through this activity, weaknesses related to students' understanding and attitudes can be identified. Weaknesses in terms of understanding the material are corrected through giving material back via zoom/whatsapp video calls, while weaknesses in the attitude of not doing the job well are done through advice.

 The research was carried out at SD Negeri 018 Sei Arang using the STAD type cooperative learning model in Mathematics. This research was conducted from March to April in the second semester of 2020. This research was conducted because of the frequent occurrence of problems in the learning process carried out by teachers in planning and implementing the learning process. Therefore, the study took the STAD cooperative learning model with the aim that students in learning were interested in the material. served. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SD Negeri 018 Sei Arang with 26 students. The research procedure was in the form of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The initial data were the results of the pre-cycle, post-test cycle I and post-test cycle II. the result of learning completeness is 42.30%. While the learning outcomes in the first cycle showed the percentage of learning completeness reached 62% then the post-test learning outcomes in the second cycle the percentage of learning completeness was 80.76%.

This research is motivated by the problem of the lack of mathematics learning that uses examples of local culture, for example learning Transformation Geometry through the Tanah Liek batik motif in Minangkabau. As a result, students tend to feel bored because the activities carried out are monotonous just sitting, listening and copying. The aim of this research is to find out the topic of geometric transformation in the Tanah Liek batik culture in Minangkabau and to find out the use of the Tanah Liek batik context in Geometry Transformation learning. This type of research is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Which uses data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies. Which is located at the Tanah Liek Batik House and Loempo Batik House. The theoretical basis for this research is the ethnomathematics of Minangkabau typical Tanah Liek batik on Geometry Transformation material for class XI SMA/MA. The results and discussion of this research relate the material of Geometric Transformation. Which is associated with the typical Minangkabau Tanah Liek batik pattern. In accordance with previous relevant research that ethnomathematics has a relationship with mathematics learning materials. Thus, this research can produce an initial study on the ethnomathematics of Minangkabau typical Tanah Liek batik on Geometry Transformation material for class XI SMA/MA.

Masa pandemi covid-19 menuntut perubahan pada sistem pembelajaran di dunia pendidikan. Pada umumnya sistem pembelajaran pada masa pandemi ini yang dilakukan yaitu menggunakan model pembelajaran daring. Namun tidak semua wilayah memiliki jaringan internet yang memadai. Salah satunya adalah daerah di sekitar SDN 02 Buatan I khususnya Dusun Kuala Mandau. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode luring pada masa pandemi covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa PLP FKIP UNRI 2020 angkatan 2017 bersama guru pamong dan dosen pembimbing. Artikel ini ditulis berdasarkan observasi dan dokumentasi yang diambil secara langsung dengan melakukan pengamatan terjun langsung ke lapangan. Proses pembelajaran melalui metode luring, guru menyampaikan materi sekaligus mengantarkan dan menjemput tugas siswa dengan cara diantar dari rumah ke rumah yang dilakukan dalam tiga kali seminggu untuk guru wali kelas, dan sekali dalam seminggu untuk guru mata pelajaran. Kelebihan dari pembelajaran luring seperti ini yaitu tidak bergantung pada kualitas jaringan, dapat terjalinnya keakrabatan dan silahturahmi antara guru, siswa, dan wali murid, dan tidak membebani orang tua untuk menyediakan handphone atau laptop dan tanpa harus mengeluarkan biaya dalam membeli paket data. Kekurangan dari pembelajaran luring ini yaitu dapat menguras tenaga, biaya, dan waktu yg lama karena harus mendatangi rumah siswa, guru harus memperbanyak materi agar kebutuhan siswa semua dapat terpenuhi.
