Abstract

The ability and the same vision of each member spurs the growth of the arts space which can become a new platform and means of self-actualization. Communities can be the forerunner to the birth of creative and innovative human resources. The Formmisi-Yk community in ISI Yogyakarta is a model for creating creative people. How Formmisi-Yk maintains their creative process is a question that needs to be further investigated because it relates to efforts to maintain their existence. This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive method based on the theory of Vera L. Zolberg and Howard S. Becker which explains how the construction of art is influenced by various supporting agents. Things that are a factor in efforts to maintain the existence of Formmisi-Yk are a sense of kinship, similar educational backgrounds, work competence, establishing good relationships and embracing generations who will continue Formmisi-Yk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the income tax system in Indonesia and whether the collection of taxes for Tiktokers is in accordance with the concept of the benefit of the people in Siyasah Maliyah. The research method used is normative juridical by taking a direct approach to the law and a conceptual approach. The results of this study are that current arrangements regarding income tax for Tiktokers have not been explicitly regulated in existing laws. There is a different opinion regarding the activities of Tiktokers workers among the Directorate of Taxes which ends in legal uncertainty for the existence of the withdrawal of Tiktokers' income tax in Indonesia. However, the Tax Regulation Directorate Section I, the Tax Regulation Directorate II, and the PKP Directorate agree that Tiktokers are finally classified as KLU 90002. This opens the opportunity for the Tiktokers' income tax obligations to be guaranteed to be paid, calculated, and reported.

Abstract

This article explores the dynamics of the relationship between Egypt and the countries in the Nile River Basin, with a specific focus on the natural challenges Ethiopia faces in developing water projects. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with the aim of identifying Ethiopia's natural conditions and their impact on water infrastructure development. Data sources include secondary literature from official reports, case studies, and statistical data related to Ethiopia's water resources and climate. Data were collected through literature reviews and document analysis. The research findings indicate that Ethiopia faces various challenges such as uneven rainfall distribution, high evaporation rates, difficult topography, and rock types that do not support water storage. Data analysis was conducted using qualitative methods to evaluate the impact of natural conditions on Ethiopia's capacity to develop water projects. In conclusion, Ethiopia, despite being a major contributor to the Nile River's water, faces significant natural barriers that limit its ability to build large and stable water infrastructure.

Based on these results, researchers provide several suggestions. Islamic boarding schools are advised not to involve ustadzah too much in activities outside of Islamic boarding school activities so that they can focus more on increasing Islamic boarding school competency. Apart from that, Islamic boarding schools need to continue to improve the abilities of their ustadzahs through upskilling efforts in mastering Arabic books. Simultaneous follow-up to programs that have been implemented is also needed. If weaknesses are found in future program implementation, a review needs to be carried out using appropriate research methods. In this way, efforts to empower ustadzah can continue to develop and make a greater contribution to Islamic boarding school learning.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of divorce on the psychological, social, and academic conditions of children from an Islamic perspective and offers concrete solutions to reduce its negative impacts. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach with the literature study method, this study analyzes various sources, including academic journals, statistical reports, and fiqh books related to Islamic family law. Data were collected through literature review and analyzed with the concept of maqasid al-shariah to identify post-divorce child protection strategies. The results of the study show that divorce can cause emotional disturbances, anxiety, and decreased academic achievement in children. Therefore, support from parents, extended family, schools, and the community is very necessary. Islamic values-based mediation, post-divorce counseling, and an inclusive approach to education are key solutions in helping children cope with these changes. This research emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in dealing with the impact of divorce for the future well-being of children.

Abstract

This study examines the practice of money politics as a threat to the integrity of Indonesian democracy by using a descriptive qualitative approach. The data in this study was obtained from various secondary sources, including official documents, reports of survey institutions, scientific journals, and laws and regulations related to elections in Indonesia. The data collection method was carried out through a literature review, while the data analysis used a descriptive-analytical approach to explore the causative factors, forms of money politics practices, and their impact on the democratic system in Indonesia. The results of the study show that money politics contributes to low leadership quality, decreases public political participation, worsens political polarization, and strengthens the culture of corruption in government. To address this problem, a comprehensive strategy is needed, including firmer law enforcement, improved political education for the public, and reform of the electoral system and campaign financing. It is evident that collective efforts from the government, the community, and non-governmental organizations are needed to ensure the sustainability of a clean and integrity democracy in Indonesia.
