Abstract

This research is based on late payment data from UD Delta customers which affect all production processes that occur in UD Delta. The purpose of this study is to predict the character of the customer as a basis for analyzing the delay in the payment process that hinders the company's production. The datasets tested were 30% of the 600 data, which were divided into 1 id, 7 attributes and for the prediction classes 'No Problem', 'Slightly Problematic', and 'Very Problematic'. This study collects data by means of non-participant observation, namely data on UD Delta's bookkeeping. The process stage is processed using the python programming language with classification methods and naive bayes algorithms. The results obtained from this study are in the form of calculations that state the number of customers grouped into 3 categories, namely with correct predictions as much as 51%, incorrect predictions as much as 49%. From the results obtained, it will be taken into consideration by the company in processing the existing processes within the company as a step to develop the business carried out so that it is more optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the bending strength of the weld in the connection process with Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) to the 5083 series aluminum (Al) plate 6 mm thick, the welding was carried out with various current strength treatments, namely 130 A, 140 A, 150 A. and Argon gas discharge of 5 lt/minute, 10 lt/minute, 15 lt/minute in each welding process, and also to find out the defects in the weld area after the bending test was carried out. The method used in this study is the analytical method, which is the method used to test by adding different treatments of current and gas discharge variations during the specimen welding process, so that later on we will get a different welding strength difference in each specimen. From the results obtained from the research on this sample, welding using Argon gas discharge which is

Abstract

In the technology industry, metal raw materials such as steel and aluminum have an important role in the production process, as so far there is no metal that cannot be joined by welding. Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding method is a gas arc welding that uses a welding wire as well as an electrode. In the Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding process, the heat from this welding process is generated by a welding arc formed between the wire electrode and the workpiece. The purpose of this study was to determine the tensile strength of the welding results in the connection process with Metal Inert Gas (MIG) against aluminum (Al) 5083 series 6 mm thick, the welding was carried out with various current strength treatments, namely 120 A, 130 A, 140 A. and Argon gas discharge 5 lt/minute, 10 lt/minute, 15 lt/minute in each welding process. This research is useful to know and understand about the analysis of the welding process on aluminum 5083 with a thickness of 6 mm with Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding process using vertical (3 grove) welding techniques. The method used in this study is the analytical method, which is a method for testing by adding different treatments of current and discharge variations of Argon gas during the welding process of the specimen, so that different welding strengths will be obtained in each specimen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Intrinsic Motivation and Cultural Diversity in increasing Knowledge Sharing Intention with Employee Engagement as an Intervening Variable in the owners of IKM KAMPUNG PIA GEMPOL PASURUAN. The population used is all owners of IKM KAMPUNG PIA GEMPOL PASURUAN, totaling 100 people, and in this study 100 people were sampled. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample. Data collection is done through the distribution of questionnaires. To test the hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient (R), multiple determination coefficient (R2), classical assumption test, F test and t test with the help of SPSS statistics 18.0, as well as validity and reliability tests. The results of the validity test and reliability test showed that all items in the questionnaire were valid and reliable because the value of rcount was greater than the value of rtable. The results of this study proved that intrinsic motivation (X1) affects knowledge sharing intention (Y), cultural diversity (X2) also has an effect on knowledge sharing intention (Y), employee engagement (Z) has an effect on knowledge sharing intention (Y), besides that intrinsic motives (X1), cultural diversity (X2), and employee engagement (Z) have direct and indirect effects on knowledge sharing intention (Y).

Abstract

Important information for investors in making investment decisions is reflected in the financial statements. Investors certainly expect a high rate of return from the funds invested in the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital disclosure on financial performance and firm value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2019. Through the criteria in the purposive sampling method, a sample of 14 banking companies was obtained. The panel data regression analysis technique is Partial Least Square (PLS) regression analysis. The panel data will be analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). And obtained the results that (1) Intellectual Capital Disclosure has an effect on Financial Performance, (2) Intellectual Capital Disclosure has an effect on Firm Value.

Abstract

Development is an increase in the ability of the structure, function of the body to be more complex in a regular pattern. Based on initial data obtained at PAUD Muslimat in Petung Village in January 2020 by conducting the KPSP test as many as 7 out of 10 children the results were dubious. The research design is descriptive, the population and samples of all mothers who have children aged 3-4 years are 35 people. The data are presented in the form of frequency distribution tables and cross tabulations and then analyzed descriptively without statistical tests using research data and supporting theories. The results showed that most (60%) mother's knowledge was good, most (57.2%) child development was doubtful, appropriate child development (86.7%) was more in mothers who had good and sufficient knowledge than those with less knowledge ( 60%) questionable child development. The conclusion of appropriate child development is more in mothers who have good and sufficient knowledge than those with less knowledge.

Abstract

Prolonged labor is labor that lasts more than 24 hours in primi and more than 18 hours in multigravida. The incidence of prolonged labor in KB Karunia in 2019-2020 is (79.36%). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anemia and the incidence of prolonged labor in the Karunia family. The population studied were 100 patients and found (79.36%) mothers who had anemia and prolonged labor and (40.54%) mothers who were not anemic experienced normal first stage labor. The research design used in this article is cross-sectional, in which only observations and measurements of variables are carried out at one particular moment. The instruments used are medical records and patient partographs or use secondary data by applying the purposive sampling method. The results showed that the results of the chi square test showed P value of 0.056 > 0.05 which indicated that there was a relationship between the length of the first stage and the incidence of anemia. This shows that anemia in pregnancy has a relationship with the length of the 1st stage. The conclusions mostly show that there is a relationship between anemia and the incidence of the duration of the 1st stage of birth. Family Planning Karunia in 2019-2020.

Abstract

DNA isolation is a basic technique in molecular biology where DNA is separated from various unnecessary components. There are various methods of DNA isolation but the most commonly used methods are column and resin methods. The purpose of this study was to compare the results of PCR using DNA template isolated by column and resin methods. The research method used in this research is descriptive experimental using 8 whole blood samples. Samples were tested quantitatively with UV-VIS spectrophotometer and qualitatively using PCR. This research was conducted from February to April 2021. The results showed that based on quantitative DNA testing, DNA samples isolated using the column method had higher purity than the resin isolation method, which means that the resin method contained a lot of contamination. However, in terms of concentration, the resin method had a higher concentration than the column method and there was no significant difference in the purity and concentration of DNA if the sample was isolated using the column method and the resin method (r=0.169, r=0.252) after the dependent T test was performed. . In the analysis using PCR, samples isolated by the column method showed a fairly clear band compared to the resin method.
