Abstract

This journal manuscript is the result of a literature review analyzing approaches to evaluating regional government financial performance in Indonesia before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses a systematic literature review method with a sample of 20 articles. The results of the analysis show that the independence, efficiency and effectiveness ratios are the main ratios used in evaluating regional government financial performance. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on financial performance with the majority of studies recording a decline in performance in 2020, although some cases experienced an increase. Further research is needed to understand the long-term impact of the pandemic on the financial performance of local governments in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research focuses on describing and discovering a model for developing the Islamic boarding school curriculum at the junior high school level in integrated Islamic schools, where the presence of Islamic boarding schools is an integral part of the education model. Initially, as a full-day school, the concept of boarding school or Islamic boarding school emerged. In facing the expansion and development of Islamic schools, developing a curriculum model based on current products and the education market is essential. Education actors must be wise in preparing curriculum composition or structure that can adapt to recent developments. Actors in Islamic religious education and science will contribute maximally to determining curriculum content so that the Islamic Boarding School curriculum becomes at the forefront. This research aims to explore the integrated Islamic school model starting from the philosophical roots of the curriculum. By taking the example of the Ibnu Salam Nurul Fikri Boarding School in Serang, Banten, as a pioneer of integrated Islamic school-based Islamic boarding schools, it was found that the curriculum structure always refers to the national curriculum. Educational institutions' religious and scientific camps have become an unavoidable dualistic reality. This research seeks to develop the Islamic Boarding School curriculum structure at integrated Islamic schools at the junior high school level. The field study results show that the Islamic boarding school continues to prioritize science (dikes) as its curriculum philosophy, intending to produce quality graduates for state universities. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study and interviews as procedures, creating descriptive data from participants in written and oral form.

Abstract

The idealism of the nation and state is often reduced by political behavior that does not reflect maturity and statesmanship. Both by politicians and officials as well as by the community and the people. This can be seen in people's lives when approaching general elections that consider there is no problem with the practice of Money Politics. This study aims to determine the concept of constitutional political education from an Islamic perspective, its implementation in Formal, Informal and Non-formal Education that applies the Tadabbur Methodology and Thematic Interpretation of Constitutional Political Education from an Islamic Perspective. The results of the research that the author finds are the concept of political education, constitutional education in an Islamic perspective associated with Bloom's theory, that education can be felt and produced cognitively, affectively and psychomotorly. If political education can be realized in this picture, the success of political education can affect the world of education, both formal, informal and non-formal. In conclusion, the idealism of nation and state is often threatened by political behavior that does not reflect maturity and statesmanship, both on the part of politicians and officials as well as the community and the people.

Abstract

This research details efforts to analyze the adoption and diffusion of agricultural technology innovations through the Integrated Participatory Development Management of Irrigation Program (IPDMIP) Field School Program in Kedungreja District, Cilacap Regency. In the background, the urgency of agriculture as the primary sector in development is illustrated, with technology adoption being the key to increasing productivity and farmer welfare. The IPDMIP program emphasizes the involvement of farmers in irrigation management and implementing modern technology to optimize agricultural yields. However, there has not been much in-depth research on the factors that influence the successful adoption and diffusion of technological innovations in the context of this program. This research aims to identify the factors that influence the adoption and diffusion of agricultural technology innovations in the IPDMIP Field School while measuring the adoption and diffusion of these innovations in the Kedungreja District. The quantitative research method uses a survey approach and statistical data analysis. The research instrument includes variables such as cultivated area, farmer age, education level, innovation characteristics, characteristics of potential users, decision-making, communication channels, and instructor qualifications. Data was collected from 100 respondents who were members of farmer groups receiving IPDMIP Field School activities through questionnaires. Data analysis shows that the IPDMIP Field School Program effectively increases the adoption and diffusion of agricultural technology innovations in the Kedungreja District. Factors such as farmer age, characteristics of the innovation, characteristics of potential users, and communication channels play a significant role in the successful adoption and diffusion of the innovation. The research results provide an in-depth picture of the effectiveness of this program in bringing positive change among farmers. This conclusion can be a basis for formulating further policies to support sustainable agricultural development and improve farmer welfare.

Abstract

A notary is a public official with the authority to do authentic deeds. In Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notaries, article 17 paragraph (1) states that Notaries are prohibited from holding the same position as Advocates. However, there have been cases of notaries holding concurrent positions as advocates. This research further examines violations of notaries who hold concurrent positions as advocates based on a sharia perspective. This research uses a normative juridical research method. The data used in this research is secondary data. Secondary data includes primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The primary material used is regulations, while the secondary material used is literature related to this research. In this research, the author used qualitative data analysis to produce descriptive data. Based on the research results, notaries cannot violate the established code of ethics in their positions. This is because if a notary violates the professional code of ethics, it means that the Notary is violating the oath in Islam called the karat oath. Violations of the Code of Ethics for Notaries with Multiple Positions in the view of Islamic law are prohibited to avoid conflicts of interest or conflicts of interest. In the Islamic religion, it is also said that every profession must be carried out diligently (Putin). The prohibition on holding multiple positions for notaries also aligns with independence (al-istiqlaliyah) in the legal field. This independence can only be captured in other professions within the notary public. Apart from that, this is also in line with the principle of professionalism, in which the concept of Sharia is referred to as al-qowiy.

Abstract

The aim of writing this article is to obtain an overview of the role of madrasah supervisors in implementing the independent learning curriculum. Implementation of the Independent Curriculum is voluntary, gradual according to ability, and depends on the readiness of each educational unit. In its implementation it is certainly not easy, especially raising awareness of each madrasah (educator) in implementing the independent learning curriculum, so madrasah supervisors have a strategic role in influencing, encouraging, directing, guiding and mobilizing madrasah residents, therefore the role of supervisors is as regulated in GTK Director General Regulation No. 4831 of 2023 The Role of School Supervisors in the Independent Learning Policy, is the basis on which a supervisor plays his role in implementing the independent learning curriculum in educational units. The conclusion of writing this article shows that: (1) Madrasah supervisors carry out the role of supervisors and leaders of change in their educational institutions, (2) The independent learning curriculum is student-centered educational program planning, where educational units have autonomy in developing their curriculum, (3 ) Madrasah supervisors have a strategic role in the curriculum development process.
