Abstract

Purpose: to find out: (1) whether management has a positive effect on customer loyalty, (2) whether promotion has a positive effect on customer loyalty, (3) whether service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty, (4) whether fund management, promotion, service quality together -the same has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach: descriptive and verification method. Findings: The results of this analysis indicate that the effect of price on customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect. The effect of promotion on customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect. The effect of service quality on customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect. The effect of price, promotion, and service quality on customer loyalty has a positive and significant effect. Research limitations/implications: There are four variables considered in this paper: fund management, promotion, quality of service, and customer loyalty; Intervening variables are not considered and the sample for this study is 100 using a non-probability sampling method. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the perception of Unpatti Penjaskesrek study program students class 2018 and 2019 towards online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research method used is a survey. Survey research is used to collect information which is carried out by compiling a list of questions asked to respondents with a population of 2018 and 2019 Unpatti Penjaskesrek study program students. Sampling was carried out using probability sampling design. Then in the category of probability sampling technique the researcher used simple random technique. sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument using the product moment correlation and the reliability test using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of the study regarding the perception of Unpatti's Penjaskesrek study program students towards online learning during the Covid-19 Pandemic were in the high category with a percentage of 74% or as many as 48 students. The number who entered the medium category was 26% or as many as 17 students and there was no response for the very high, low and very low categories. The data shows that students' perceptions are in the high category of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Drug prevention programs implemented need to adhere to the policy in achieving the effectiveness to combat drug abuse among adolescents. Further action to improve the prevention program has to be implemented by the authorities to help the nation in countering the drug problems effectively. This study aims to review drug prevention programs implemented in various countries. The method used in this study will be using the four steps developed by Hamzehgardeshi, Shahhosseini, & Gelehkolaee (2015) that include recognizing the research question, searching methods to point out applicable studies, choosing the study, and lastly charting the information, summarizing, and detailing the results. Results show that there are different drug prevention methods implemented in Malaysia, India, China, Sweden, The United States, Brazil, and Australia. Each drug prevention program has its focuses, techniques, and also limitations. In a nutshell, drug prevention programs conducted in any form of methods need to be ensured their effectiveness in achieving desired objectives.

Abstract

The issue of Poverty that leads to food scarcity (hunger) has never occurred in the history of the Larat Tanimbar people. The determinant of food availability is guaranteed by a local adaptation system on Larat Island called Root Ralan. Root Ralan relates to two very basic aspects, namely: first: Simasali (cooperation), second: Duan Lolat's kinship system and third: traditional food storage system for farm produce. Simasali is a form of cooperation in opening new gardens to harvesting new garden products. Simasali is also internally a reinforcing force from various possible conflicts due to the consequences of rapid social change in this modern era. Duan Lolat implies 3 systems of social relations that show the kinship characteristics of the Larat Tanimbar people, namely: Yaan Warin, Ura Yanan and Kida Bela. The form and function of Root Ralan resembles 3 procedures for storing garden produce according to the form and purpose of storage. Root Ralan is also a reflection of the life system of the Larat Tanimbar people who continue to experience preservation in the midst of the challenges of modernity and globalization today.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the economic development in Indonesia which has developed towards a promising digital economy on industrial 4.0. The presence of a digital economy and easy access to the internet has increased people's interest to shop online. This research used a descriptive method, which collects research data by surveys, observations, and interviews several respondents related to this research. The results of this research show the conclusion on economic growth that influenced by the consumptive behavior of Indonesian people in online buying and selling transactions as well as factors that influence the progress of e-commerce in the industrial revolution 4.0. Hence, e-commerce in Indonesia has good potential for economic growth such as small businesses in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of Kpop (Korean Pop) had to create new business opportunities by utilizing available social media in Indonesia. The research used descriptive method by describing, explaining, and validating social phenomena through the distribution of online questionnaires based on existing data. Judging from the 58 data obtained, as many as 84.5% stated that business in the Kpop field could be seen as a promising business opportunity. This data was obtained from two types of respondents, namely Kpop fans and non-Kpop fans. This opportunity must be utilized as well as possibly one of the sources of funds for our businesses.

Abstract

Welfare in general is the dream of every human being who lives in the world. But not all humans feel well-being. There are still many people living in poverty. To support and reduce the poverty rate, the government issued a policy of the Family Hope Program. The Family Hope Program is a social protection program that provides cash assistance to Very Poor Households with certain conditions. Therefore, based on this, it is necessary to study the empowerment of the community through the family of hope program. The results of this study indicate that 1) the researcher found that the weak role of the Department of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment, and Child Protection in Morotai Island Regency was still in the passive category. because in some roles, involvement or escorting the implementation of the family of hope program is still waiting for the Regent's order, meaning that the implementation of escort by the Service is not his responsibility. 2) In the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Pandanga Village, researchers found that the implementation of the Family Hope Program did not work as it should, a number of problems were found, namely (1) recipients did not know which component category to receive PKH in, (2) there were a number of differences in the nominal amount of PKH, ( 3) PKH recipients in 2019 no longer receive in 2020, (4) the number of PKH 2020 recipients fluctuates according to the scheme set by the government. 3) the researcher found weak coordination between the Office and the assistants, even the village head. So that the problems that occur in the village are not known at all by the Department. Even when it was confirmed to the Office about the problems in the field, they handed over the coordination to the assistants.

Abstract

At this time the Covid-19 pandemic or known as the corona virus has been endemic in the world and has affected aspects of human life. To break the chain of transmission of the corona virus, the government has set various policies for the community, one of which is in the world of education. Social distancing and physical distancing policies to break the spread of the corona virus outbreak, forcing a change from formal education in school to learning from home using an online system on a national scale, this makes teachers required to be able to design the learning process creatively by using models, methods, and methods. media and learning strategies that are in accordance with the subject matter in order to stimulate motivation, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes and make students less likely to feel bored in participating in the online learning process. This study aims to examine the effect of biology teacher creativity on online learning to improve motivation, critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of class XI MIPA students at SMA Angkasa Lanud Pattimura Ambon, SMAN 3 Ambon and SMAN 7 Ambon. The data of this study were analyzed using multiple regression test. Through this research, it can be said that the creativity of biology teachers in carrying out online learning of the concept of the human reproductive system in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic in class XI students of SMA Angkasa Lanud Pattimura, SMAN 3 Ambon and SMAN 7 Ambon has a significant effect on motivation, critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low discipline of students in school. To overcome this, the factors that can affect student discipline are carried out. This study aims to determine the extent of reward and punishment on student discipline, especially in Teknomedika Plus Vocational High School. This research instrument uses documentary studies, observation, and questionnaires. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method with multiple linear analysis, with purposive sampling. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using f-table and table t-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the contribution of reward (X1) and punishment (X2) on student discipline (Y) was 82.4%, and the remaining 17.6% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Ha is accepted. It means reward and punishment together affect student discipline

Abstract

Speaking is the activity of issuing words or sounds in the form of expressions, ideas, information, which contain certain meanings. Learning to speak using thelearning model Think Pair Share gives students time to think and respond, encourage students to be more active in asking and expressing their opinions and creative in developing their ideas. During the learning process, students must be active and creative in expressing their opinions. Because speaking is the ability to convey messages in the form of thoughts, ideas, and feelings through spoken language to others (Mulyadi, et al 2000). The criteria that serve as guidelines are readability and suitability. Think Pair Share has an explicitly defined procedure to give students more time to think, ask questions, and express their opinions, and help each other (Eanes, 1997). At thestage Think, the teacher makes apperception, explains the learning objectives and submits questions or issues related to the lesson. In thestage Pair, the teacher organizes students into pairs and gives students the opportunity to discuss the answers they think are most correct. And at the final stage, namely Sharing , the teacher asks in pairs to share with other friends in the class what they have talked about.
