Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the company PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. With the financial ratio analysis method consisting of liquidity ratios including, current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio, solvency ratio includes debt ratio and debt to equity, activity ratio includes receivable turn over, inventory turn over, fixed assets turn over and total asset turn over, and profitability ratios include gross profit margin ratio, net profit margin ratio, return of equity and return of assets. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data collection techniques using library techniques and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis and discussions that have been carried out at PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. 2015-2019, it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. when viewed from the liquidity ratio of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk. which has been measured using CR and QR is non-liquid, while the Cash Ratio is liquid. The solvency ratio that has been measured using DAR and DER is not good. The activity ratio that has been measured using RTO, ITO, FATO, and TATO is not good. The profitability ratios that have been measured using GPM, NPM, ROE, and ROA are very good and efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the STAD (type of cooperative learning modelStudent Teams Achievement Division) in improving sociology learning outcomes in grade X IPS 2 students at SMA Negeri 3 Buru Selatan. This research is classified as ClassroomAction Research. This study refers to the Spiral Model of Kemmis and Taggrat. The results showed that thetype of cooperative learning model STAD can improve learning outcomes of sociology of social interaction material concepts in class X-iis2 SMA Negeri 3 Buru Selatan. From these results it can be concluded that in the first cycle the students have not reached the criteria of completeness and in the second cycle they have achieved the KKM results very well. And thus do not continue in the next cycle

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of thelearning model everyone is a teacher here on the learning outcomes of sociology in class XI students of SMA Negeri 3 Buru Selatan. The type of research used in this study is a quasi-experimental or (research quasi-experimental). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the learning outcomes of sociology in Class X Social1 students through the Sciences Contextual Teching Learning model at SMA Negeri 12 West Seram District, West Seram Regency. The type of research used is classroom action research (Classroom Action Research). This study refers to the Spiral Model of Kemmis and Tagrat. The results showed that in the first cycle the students had not achieved many of the criteria for completeness and in the second cycle they had achieved the KKM results very well. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how students perceive the learning system in the network/online in the subject of sociology. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative approach with percentage analysis in which the measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The results of this study show indicators of perspective, facilities, acceptance, attitudes and understanding which can be shown in student responses with answers strongly agree as much as 14.48%, agree as much as 34.72%, doubt as much as 14.48%, disagree as much as 14.48% and disagree as much as 20.48%. Which means that students' perceptions of the online/network learning system in this sociology subject show that in doing learning students can still accept the material given even though there are few obstacles on the network

Abstract

This study aims to (1) examine the differences in learning outcomes of understanding sociological concepts between groups of students who are taught withlearning strategies expository and learning strategy Problem based learning (2) Testing the difference in learning outcomes of understanding the concept of sociology between groups of students who have high and low achievement motivation (3) Testing the significance of the interaction between learning strategies and achievement motivation on learning outcomes of understanding the concept of sociology. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a 2 x 2 factorial. This study concludes that the first. there is a significant difference in learning outcomes of understanding sociological concepts between groups of students who are taught with problem based learning learning strategies andlearning strategies expository as evidenced by the average problem based learning learning strategy is = 81 and the averagelearning strategy expository = 70 while F testcount = 113.48 > 4.02 Ftable at the confidence level = 0.05. Second. There is a significant difference in learning outcomes of sociology concepts between groups of students who have high and low achievement motivation as evidenced by the average learning outcomes of high achievement motivation groups = 76.59 and learning outcomes of understanding sociological concepts in students who have low achievement motivation is = 74.46. With the results of theF testcalculated = 4.36 > 4.02 Ftable at the confidence level = 0.05

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the psychological component of the Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT) approach to sexual misconduct at the Women's Protection Center. The case study approach was employed in this investigation, with seven study participants and four extra informants recruited using a purposive sample methodology. The data were gathered through interviews, document analysis, and observation. The study took place in women's shelters. The data were analyzed using textual analysis tools. The study's findings show that the psychological element of adolescents that is most required is love, whereas power is less needed. The consequences of this study were to serve as a reference and guide for counselors and researchers interested in assisting persons using the CTRT.

Abstract

The various challenges in education today require that the instructors should employ technology to make teaching English more appealing. Technology can serve as an alternative way to help students in learning English vocabulary. Vocabulary is one of the essential things for helping students in rich reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills. Nevertheless, there is a teacher who cannot use technology to support the teaching and learning process. This article aims to discuss and review previous studies about using the Duolingo application as one of the applications that supported students in English vocabulary. This article also provides information about the previous student perception of the Duolingo application to help students learn English vocabulary.

Abstract

This article explores students’ speaking tasks, in the form of video presentation, employed by the teacher to facilitate students’ speaking skills during the online learning process. This paper also intends to describe students’ achievements resulted from the speaking task. An English teacher and her 11 students were chosen as the participants in conducting this study. This study applied a qualitative case study in which there are two kinds of the instrument to collect the data namely observation and questionnaires. The result showed that the students found some difficulties in conducting the task; however, their speaking skills increased, especially their vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.

Abstract

The aimed of this study is to determine gratitude index on secondary school students who study in Ambon during pandemic COVID-19. Gratitude in this article described as an emotion, moral factor and virtue in person (Emmons & McCullough, 2003). This research was administered among 185 students from eleven Secondary School in Ambon, used adaptation of 6 item The Gratitude Questionnaire-Six-Item Form (GQ-6). The result showed that students in secondary school scored low in Gratitude scale. Furthermore, the scale showed that the students have higher score on affective traits, meanwhile scored low on emphatic skills
