Urban flooding is a significant challenge in many developing cities, adversely impacting community resilience and infrastructure stability. This study investigates the use of permeable pavements as a sustainable solution for urban flood mitigation and enhancement of community resilience. The research focuses on the engineering design and drainage efficiency of permeable pavements, evaluating their effectiveness in reducing surface runoff and preventing waterlogging. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from hydrological simulations and qualitative insights from stakeholder interviews. The findings reveal that permeable pavements significantly reduce surface runoff, thereby mitigating urban flooding and enhancing drainage efficiency. Additionally, the study highlights the community benefits, including improved water quality, reduced heat island effect, and enhanced aesthetic value of urban spaces. Despite the initial higher costs and maintenance requirements, the long-term benefits of permeable pavements make them a viable solution for sustainable urban development. This research provides actionable recommendations for urban planners, engineers, and policymakers to incorporate permeable pavements into urban infrastructure projects, promoting resilience and sustainability in urban communities.

Various studies show that the crime rate against Commercial Sex Workers is very high. However, official data often shows that crimes against Commercial Sex Workers are low. This phenomenon was also found in the Central Jakarta Metro Police area. Various vulnerabilities that afflict Commercial Sex Workers in the region have been found. The evaluation was conducted to measure awareness of protection against commercial sex workers by members of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, identify reasons for underreporting of crimes by online sex workers, assess protection against online commercial sex workers, and the involvement of commercial sex workers in law enforcement. This study uses an intelligence-led policing approach based on intelligence analysis with a qualitative approach. The results show that increasing awareness of protection is still very much needed in the Central Jakarta Metro Police environment. In addition, there are still obstacles to reporting crimes by commercial sex workers. Protection against online sex workers needs to be improved, but it needs to be supported by better cooperation. It is recommended to continue to evaluate and enhance weaknesses to improve the response and protection of online sex workers.

Indonesia is a developing country with a low health index, one of which is indicated by the high prevalence of stunting. Stunting is a growth disorder in children due to chronic malnutrition that has an impact on long-term physical and cognitive health. This study aims to explore the messages in the short film "Nutritious Consumption Makes You Glowing" produced by the DIY Health Service in improving adolescent health literacy related to preventing stunting through the consumption of nutritious food and blood-boosting supplements. Using a qualitative approach, this study analyzed the content of the film and relevant literature. The results showed that this film succeeded in conveying health literacy effectively through direct socialization carried out by Bu Bidan. Messages about the importance of balanced nutrition and blood supplementation are conveyed in a way that is easy for adolescents to understand and accept. Scenes in the film depict changes in healthy lifestyles that are starting to be adopted by adolescents, showing that education through audiovisual media can influence people's nutritional behavior and awareness. Thus, this short film is an effective educational tool in improving health literacy and preventing stunting among adolescents.

The focus of this study delves into the intricate dynamics among service innovation, service quality metrics, customer satisfaction levels, and the resultant loyalty patterns observed within the Indonesian Classification Bureau. The study investigates the direct impact of service innovation on service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty, while also exploring how service quality and satisfaction act as mediators in these relationships. Through rigorous regression and mediation analyses, the research reveals that service innovation enhances service quality but does not directly affect satisfaction or loyalty. Notably, improved service quality significantly correlates with higher levels of satisfaction and loyalty, with satisfaction playing a pivotal role in strengthening loyalty. These findings underscore the mediating roles of service quality and satisfaction in shaping the impact of service innovation on customer loyalty. The study advocates prioritizing initiatives to enhance service quality and implement effective loyalty programs. Furthermore, it recommends future investigations into specific types of service innovations and additional mediating factors that influence customer loyalty dynamics.
