JAHR is dedicated to publishing results of research and literature review from different areas of public health, which includes the study of Administration & Policy Health, Health Promotion and Behavior, Biostatistics, Public Health Epidemiology, Environmental Health, Public Health Nutrition, and Health & Safety work and others related determinants of illness. A valid and accepted scientific methodology must be applied. Journal of Aafiyah Health Research (JAHR) is published by the Postgraduate Program in Public Health, Universitas Muslim Indonesia. The publication is issued twice a year (June and December). JAHR encourages the submission of studies from developing countries, as research publication from developing countries is underrepresented in international journals. We welcome all of the students, experts, practitioners, and academicians who are interested in JAHR to submit their articles. The authors can submit articles by following the scheduled publication of JAHR. Articles are written in English or Bahasa Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pelayanan kegawatdaruratan merupakan bagian integral dari layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Pelayanan ini dilakukan terutama oleh Instalasi Gawat Darurat. Sebagai garda terdepan sebuah rumah sakit, pelayanan kegawatdaruratan di rumah sakit haruslah cepat, bermutu dan efektif. Oleh karena demikian, dibutuhkan sesuai standar pelayanan yang menjadi acuan tiap unit yang bekerja pada layanan kegawatdaruratan ini. Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. 47 tahun 2018 merupakan kebijakan yang dibuat sebagai acuan standar pelayanan. Peraturan ini berisikan standarisasi pada komponen input, proses, dan output. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat implementasi permenkes No 47 tahun 2018 pada pelayanan kegawatdaruratan di RSUD Batara Siang. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan data primer didapatkan dari pengamatan langsung dan wawancara mendalam berbagai informan serta data sekunder yang didapatkan dari telaaah dokumen rumah sakit dan jurnal yang berhubungan dengan kualitas SDM. Hasil: Terdapat beberapa komponen yang belum memenuhi standarisasi sesuai kebijakan yang ada, yakni belum meratanya pengetahuan mengenai kebijakan yang menjadi acuan standar pelayanan di rumah sakit, kualitas sumber daya manusia yang tidak merata, belum lengkapnya beberapa sarana dan prasarana, proses pelayanan kegawatdaruratan yang terimplementasi sebagian, dan angka kematian yang masih tinggi di IGD. Kesimpulan: Permenkes No 47 tahun 2018 belum diterapkan secara menyeluruh di IGD RSUD Batara Siang. ABSTRACT Background: Emergency care is an integral part of healthcare system in the Hospital. This type of care is performed by emergency department (IGD). As a frontline of the hospital, the emergency room should be fast, excellent, and effective in service. Therefore, it is needed to create a standarization that becomes reference for all the unit involved in emergency care. Peraturan Menteri kesehatan No 47 tahun 2018 was established as the reference for emergency care standarization. This policy contains of input, process, and output components of standarization. Objective: This research is conducted to look the implementation of the peraturan Menteri kesehatan No 47 tahun 2018 in Batara Siang General Hospital. Method: This study is a qualitative research which data is collected as primary and secondary. Primarily, the data is collected by direct observation and in depth interviews of the selected informants. Secondarily, the data is processed by document or journal reviews. Results: there are some of the standarizaion components that did not met the requirements listed in the policy. The components that substandard are the undistributed knowledge about emergency care standarization policy, the human resource qualities, The partially available medical facilities and infrastructures, the partially implementation of emergency care process, and the high of emergency room mortality. Conclusion: Permenkes No 47 tahun 2018 in Batara Siang General Hospital is not yet completely implemented.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Pencegahan dan pengendalian HAIs merupakan pelayanan yang wajib diselenggarakan oleh rumah sakit. Budaya masyarakat Indonesia berinteraksi dengan pasien tidak hanya tenaga kesehatan, namun juga keluarga sebagai penjaga pasien. Untuk itu program pencegahan pengendalian infeksi seharusnya tidak hanya dilakukan oleh tenaga kesehatan namun juga oleh keluarga atau penjaga pasien di tempat pelayanan kesehatan. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripstif korelasi dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling sebanyak 54 responden. Analisis data menggunakan perhitungan analisis koefisien korelasi pearson. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh implementasi continuous quality improvement personal hygiene dalam program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi (Pvalue0,003); terdapat pengaruh implementasi continuous quality improvement luka tidak terawat dalam program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi (Pvalue0,001); dan terdapat pengaruh implementasi continuous quality improvement perawatan luka dalam program pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi (Pvalue0,005). Kesimpulan: Disarankan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan perawat pelaksana mengenai pencegahan HAI dengan melaksanakan kegiatan seminar, workshop dan pelatihan mengenai pencegahan infeksi serta meningkatkan kegiatan supervisi ke ruangan rawat inap agar perawat pelaksana tidak lalai dalam tindakan keperawatan pencegahan HAI. ABSTRACT Background: Prevention and control of HAIs is a service that must be provided by hospitals. The Indonesian culture of interacting with patients is not only health workers, but also families as patient guardians. For this reason, infection control prevention programs should not only be carried out by health workers but also by the patient's family or guardians in health care settings. Method: This type of research is descriptive correlation research using a cross-sectional research design. Samples were taken using Purposive Sampling as many as 54 respondents. Data analysis uses Pearson correlation coefficient analysis. Results: The results of the study showed that there was an effect of implementing continuous quality improvement personal hygiene in the infection prevention and control program (Pvalue0.003); there is an effect of implementing continuous quality improvement on untreated wounds in the infection prevention and control program (Pvalue0.001); and there is an influence of the implementation of continuous quality improvement in wound care in the infection prevention and control program (Pvalue0.005). Conclusion: It is recommended to increase the knowledge of implementing nurses regarding HAI prevention by carrying out seminars, workshops and training activities regarding infection prevention as well as increasing supervision activities in inpatient rooms so that implementing nurses are not negligent in HAI prevention nursing actions.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Data kasus SMA Swasta Al- Ihsan Lekopancing Maros terkait penyimpangan seksual menemukan sering kali orang tua menolak melakukan edukasi terkait permasalahan tersebut sehingga remaja kemudian mencari alternatif sumber informasi lain seperti media sosial padahal hal tersebut membuat remaja rentan disuguhi video pornografi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Perilaku Penyimpangan Seksual pada Remaja. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case control study yang terdiri dari 140 sampel dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling Hasil: Tidak ada pengaruh penggunaan sosial media sosial (ρ =1,000) dimana penggunaan sosial media bukan sebagai faktor risiko perilaku penyimpangan seksual (exp B=0,239 < 1,000); Ada pengaruh frekuensi penggunaan sosial media (ρ=0,000) dimana risiko kemungkinan frekuensi sering adalah 8,902 kali lebih tinggi perilaku penyimpangan seksualnya dibandingkan dengan yang frekuensi jarang (exp B= 8,902 > 1,000); Ada pengaruh paparan pornografi (ρ=1,000) terhadap perilaku penyimpangan seksual dimana risiko kemungkinan kategori terpapar untuk melakukan penyimpangan seksual adalah 31,606 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang kategori tidak terpapar pornografi (exp B= 31,606 > 1,000)  pada remaja di SMA Swasta Al- Ihsan Lekopancing Kabupaten Maros Sulawesi Selatan Kesimpulan: Pihak sekolah perlu melakukan kolaborasi dengan orang tua atau pihak keluarga dalam melalukan pengawasan terhadap remaja setiap kali ingin mengakses kebutuhan internet/sosial media secara wajar   ABSTRACT Background: Case data from Al-Ihsan Lekopancing Maros Private High School related to sexual deviance found that often parents refuse to educate about the problem so that adolescents then look for alternative sources of information such as social media even though it makes adolescents vulnerable to being treated to pornographic videos. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Social Media Use on Sexual Deviant Behavior in Adolescents. Method: The type of research used is quantitative with a case control study approach consistingof 140 samples with a sampling technique, namely total sampling. Results: The results found no  influence of social media use (ρ= 1,000) where social media use was not a risk factor for sexual deviant behavior (exp B = 0.239 < 1,000); There was an effect on the frequency of social media use (ρ= 0.000) where the risk of possible frequency often was 8.902 times higher sexual deviant behavior compared to the frequency of infrequent (exp B = 8.902 > 1.000); There is an effect of  exposure to pornography (ρ= 1,000) on sexual deviant behavior where ρ the risk of possible categories of exposure to sexual deviance is 31,606 times higher than those in the category of not exposed to pornography (exp B = 31,606 > 1,000)  in adolescents at Al-Ihsan Lekopancing Private High School, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi. Conclusion: The school needs to collaborate with parents or families in supervising adolescents every time they want to access internet/social media needs reasonably.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar belakang: Meskipun insinerator telah tersedia, penggunaannya masih terbatas karena masalah perizinan dan dampak lingkungan. Pengelolaan limbah medis harus dilakukan secara aman dan sesuai standar untuk mencegah pencemaran dan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. K3 penting dalam proses pengelolaan limbah medis untuk memastikan keselamatan staf dan masyarakat serta mematuhi peraturan lingkungan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk memahami penerapan K3 dalam pengelolaan limbah medis di RSUD Sinjai. Tujuan: Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan informasi dan menganalisis secara mendalam mengenai penerapan K3 pengelolaan limbah medis padat di RSUD Sinjai. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan metode fenomenologi dengan teknik pengolahan data menggunakan editing dan keabsahan data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informan sebanyak 15 orang, yang terdiri dari 1 orang informan kunci dan 14 orang informan biasa. Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengolahan limbah medis yang dilakukan di RSUD Sinjai masih sama dengan pengolahan limbah medis biasa, dimana proses pengolahan limbah dimulai dari pemilahan, pewadahan, pengangkutan, penyimpanan sementara dan kemudian ke tempat pembuangan akhir. Selain itu, penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dalam pengelolaan limbah medis di RSUD Sinjai masih perlu ditingkatkan terutama dalam penggunaan alat pelindung diri yang tidak boleh ditinggalkan di sembarang tempat setelah digunakan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran dalam menerapkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terutama dalam pengangkutan limbah medis padat. Kesimpulan: Pemilahan, pewadahan, pengangkutan, TPS dan TPA di RSUD mengenai penerapan K3 dalam pengelolaan limbah medis padat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diharapkan RSUD lebih meningkatkan penerapan K3 dalam mengelola limbah medis agar terhindar dari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan. ABSTRACT Background: Although incinerators are available, their use is limited due to permitting issues and environmental impacts. It is necessary to manage medical waste safely and according to standards to prevent pollution and negative impacts on public health. K3 is important in the medical waste management process to ensure the safety of staff and the public and comply with environmental regulations. Further research is needed to understand the implementation of K3 in medical waste management at Sinjai Regional Hospital. Objective: The general aim of this research is to obtain information and analyze in depth regarding the implementation of K3 solid medical waste management at Sinjai Regional Hospital. Method: This research uses descriptive qualitative approach using a phenomenological method with data processing techniques using editing and the validity of data obtained from observations, in-depth interviews and documentation. The number of informants was 15 people, consisting of 1 key informant and 14 regular informants. Result: From the results of the research, it was found that the processing of medical waste carried out at Sinjai Regional Hospital is still the same as ordinary medical waste processing, where the waste processing process starts from sorting, containerization, transportation, temporary storage and then to the final disposal site. Apart from that, the implementation of occupational safety and health in Medical waste management at Sinjai Hospital still needs to be improved, especially in the use of personal protective equipment which must not be left in random places after use, and increasing awareness in implementing occupational safety and health, especially in transporting solid medical waste. Conclusion: sorting, containerization, transportation, TPS and TPA at RSUD regarding the application of K3 in managing solid medical waste. Based on this, it is hoped that RSUD will further improve the implementation of K3 in managing medical waste in order to avoid things that are not objectionable.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Gangguan pendengaran akibat bising mengacu pada penurunan sensitivitas terhadap bunyi dari yang ringan sampai berat tergantung pada tingkat kerusakan sel pada satu maupun kedua telinga. Hilangnya daya dengar terjadi secara bertahap. Pekerja seringkali tidak menyadari hal tersebut dan mengabaikan gangguan yang dialami sehingga ketulian sementara dapat berakumulasi menjadi ketulian menetap. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebisingan terhadap gangguan auditori dan non auditori karyawan PT PLN Persero Halmahera Barat. Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan cross sectional study yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dinamika pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 103 responden yaitu karyawan yang bekerja di PT. PLN Perseor Halmahera Barat dan Karyawan yang berdampak langsung terhadap kebisingan yang terjadi perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri observasi, kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebisingan terhadap dampak yang ditimbulkan sesuai dengan variabel yang telah ditentukan. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa uji statistic chi-square diperoleh nilai P Value= 0.000 (P<0.05) maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh kebisingan secara parsial terhadap gangguan pendengaran, komunikasi, psikologis, gangguan produktivitas kerja dan fisiologis pada Karyawan PT. PLN Persero Halmahera Barat. Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh kebisingan terhadap gangguan pendengaran, gangguan komunikasi, gangguan psikologis, gangguan produktivitas, dan gangguan fisiologis pada Karyawan PT. PLN Persero Halmahera Barat. ABSTRACT Background: Noise-induced hearing loss refers to a decrease in sensitivity to sound from mild to severe depending on the level of cell damage in one or both ears. Hearing loss occurs gradually. Workers often do not realize this and ignore the disturbances they experience so that temporary deafness can accumulate into permanent deafness. Objective: This research aims to analyze the effect of noise on auditory and non-auditory disturbances of PT PLN Persero West Halmahera employees. Method: The type of research used is a cross sectional study approach which is intended to determine the dynamics of the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The sample in this research was 103 respondents, namely employees who worked at PT. PLN Perseor West Halmahera and employees who have a direct impact on the noise that occurs at the company. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses a regression test to determine the effect of noise on the impacts caused by predetermined variables. Results: Show that the the chi-square statistical test obtained a P value = 0.000 (P<0.05), so Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which means that there is a partial influence of noise on hearing, communication, psychological disorders, work productivity and physiological disorders in PT employees. PLN Persero West Halmahera. Conclusion: There is an effect of noise on hearing loss, communication disorders, psychological disorders, productivity disorders, and physiological disorders in employees of PT PLN Persero West Halmahera.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Labuang Baji dari hasil pengamatan awal yang telah dilakukan peneliti dimana kinerja dari karyawan maupun tenaga Kesehatan di RSUD Labuang Baji mengalami penurunan sebagai contoh masih banyaknya karyawan terkhusus perawat tidak tetap ataupun tenaga kesehatan yang datang terlambat dari jam kerjanya mengakibatkan terlambatnya dimulai jam pelayanan kepada pasien sehingga terjadi antrean di pelayanan pasien di RSUD Labuang Baji dan dengan adanya tenaga kesehatan yang datang terlambat akan berdampak pada karyawan lainnya yang harus merangkap jabatan. Hal ini tentu akan berdampak pada ketidakefektivitasan pegawai dalam bekerja. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Quality of Work Life (QWL) terhadap Kinerja Perawat Pegawai Tidak Tetap Melalui Kepuasan Kerja di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Labuang Baji Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat pegawai tidak tetap dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 responden. Pengumpulan data primer dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat tidak tetap melalui Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,210, nilai t-statistic sebesar 3,840, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. Quality of Work Life (QWL) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat tidak tetap melalui Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,561, nilai t-statistic sebesar 9,335, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. Serta Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Quality of Work Life (QWL) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja perawat tidak tetap melalui Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. This will certainly have an impact on the ineffectiveness of employees at work. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) on Non-Permanent Employee Nurse Performance through Job Satisfaction at Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital, South Sulawesi Province. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research. The population in this study were non-permanent employee nurses with a sample size of 83 respondents. Primary data collection in this study used a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression. Results: Shows that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant influence on the performance of non-permanent nurses through Job Satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.210, a t-statistic value of 3.840, and a p-value of 0.000. Quality of Work Life (QWL) has a significant influence on the performance of non-permanent nurses through Job Satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.561, a t-statistic value of 9.335, and a p-value of 0.000. And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Quality of Work Life (QWL) simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of non-permanent nurses through Job Satisfaction with a p-value of 0.000.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Motivasi seseorang muncul karena adanya keinginan untuk memnuhi kebutuhan dan motivasi juga dapat dijadikan kekuatan untuk mendorong seseorang dalam mencapai tujuan dengan cara yang mereka hendaki. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Tamaoana. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 119 pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 92 pasien yang dipilih dengan cara random sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil: Hasil analisis uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial menunjukkan ada pengaruh motivasi kerja (p=0,014) terhadap kinerja pegawai, secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (F=0,000). Kesimpulan: Ada pengaruh signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di puskesmas Tamaoana dengan nilai signifikansi 0.014 (p<0.05). Direkomendasikan kepada puskesmas untuk setiap pegawai agar tetap mempertahankan disipplin kerja agar motivasi dalam diri setiap karyawan tetap terjaga sehingga target kinerja dapat terpenuhi. ABSTRACT Background: A person's motivation arises because of the desire to fulfill needs and motivation can also be used as a force to encourage someone to achieve goals in the way they want. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Tamaoana Health Center. Method: This type of research is a survey method with a cross sectional study design. The population of this study were 119 employees and a sample of 92 patients selected by random sampling. The collected data were analyzed with multiple linear regression tests. Results: The results of the chi square test analysis show that there is a relationship between work motivation and employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that work motivation affects employee performance. Partially shows there is an effect of work motivation (p=0.014) on employee performance, simultaneously affects employee performance (F=0.000). Conclusion: There is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Tamaoana health center with a significance value of 0.014 (p <0.05). It is recommended to the health center for each employee to maintain work discipline so that the motivation within each employee is maintained so that performance targets can be met.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Data Puskesmas Tana Lili Luwu Utara menemukan sepanjang tahun 2021, 2022 hingga 2023 jumlah distribusi dan konsumsi TTD pada rematri tidak pernah mencapai 100,0%. Terlebih pada pertengahan tahun 2023 ditemukan adanya penurunan jumlah capaian konsumsi TTD dalam agenda posyandu remaja. Hasil observasi juga menemukan ketterbatasan akan media promosi dalam memberikan edukasi padahal sebenarnya perubahan sikap remaja putri tentang anemia bisa didapat dari edukasi menggunakan media promosi kesehatan yang mumpuni. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh edukasi media leaflet terhadap sikap remaja putri dalam mengkonsumsi TTD di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tana Lili Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi experiment yang terdiri dari 63 sampel dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Hasil: Ada pengaruh antara edukasi media leaflet terhadap sikap remaja putri dalam konsumsi TTD di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tana Lili Kabupaten Luwu Utara Kesimpulan: Pihak puskesmas perlu memberdayakan kader posyandu melalui pembekalan dalam peningkatkan pengetahuan dan mendukung adanya media promosi Kesehatan agar edukasi remaja putri dalam merubah sikap dalam konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan dan kader yang menjadi fasilitator dalam pelaksanaannya khsusnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tana Lili Kabupaten Luwu Utara.   ABSTRACT Background: Data from the Tana Lili Luwu Utara Health Center found that throughout 2021, 2022 to 2023, the amount of TTD distribution and consumption in rheumatri never reached 100.0%. Moreover, in mid-2023, it was found that there was a decrease in the number of TTD consumption achievements in the youth posyandu agenda. The observations also found limited promotional media in providing education, when in fact changes in adolescent girls' attitudes about anemia can be obtained from education using qualified health promotion media. Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of media education leaflets on the attitudes of adolescent girls in consuming TTD in the working area of Tana Lili Health Center, North Luwu Regency. Method: This study used a quasi-experiment design consisting of 63 samples with a sampling technique, namely total sampling. Results: There is an influence between media education leaflets on young women's attitudes in TTD consumption in the working area of Tana Lili Health Center, North Luwu Regency. Conclusion: The puskesmas needs to empower posyandu cadres through debriefing in increasing knowledge and supporting the existence of health promotion media so that education of adolescent girls in changing attitudes in the consumption of Blood Added Tablets (TTD) can be carried out sustainably and cadres who become facilitators in its implementation, especially in the working area of Tana Lili Health Center, North Luwu Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Masa nifas (postpartum) merupakan masa yang dihitung setelah hari pertama seorang ibu melahirkan hingga 6 minggu atau sekitar 42 hari. Ini menjadi tahapan kritis bagi kesehatan fisik dan mental sang ibu. Karena ibu akan mengalami berbagai perubahan fisik dan mental ketika mengandung bayi dan mengalami stres ketika melahirkan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Perbedaan Pengaruh Tradisi Ba’ukup dan Tidak Ba’ukup Terhadap Tekanan Darah Ibu Postpartum di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Luhu. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi komparatif. Populasi sebanyak 160 ibu postpartum di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Luhu. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 ibu postpartum yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Luhu yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh tradisi Ba’ukup dan tidak Ba’ukup terhadap tekanan darah ibu postpartum pada kunjungan pertama (α=0,000). terdapat perbedaan pengaruh tradisi Ba’ukup dan tidak Ba’ukup terhadap tekanan darah ibu postpartum pada kunjungan kedua (α=0,000). Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh tradisi Ba’ukup tidak Ba’ukup terhadap tekanan darahi ibu postpartum pada kunjungan ketiga (α=0, 0,000). Kesimpulan: Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat memetakan ibu nifas yang melahirkan dengan riwayat komplikasi, resiko tinggi, ataupun persalinan dengan tindakan seksio caesar dan jahitan luka perineum dan melakukan pendampingan bagi ibu postpartum yang melaksanakan tradisi Ba’ukup.   ABSTRACT Background: The postpartum period (postpartum) is the period calculated after the first day a mother gives birth, up to 6 weeks or around 42 days. This is a critical stage for the mother's physical and mental health. Because mothers will experience various physical and mental changes when carrying a baby and experience stress when giving birth. Method: Type of quantitative research with a comparative study approach. The population is 160 postpartum mothers in the Luhu Community Health Center working area. The total research sample was 32 postpartum mothers in the Luhu Community Health Center working area, taken using the Accidental Sampling method. Results: The results of this study show that there is a difference in the influence of Ba'ukup and non-Ba'ukup traditions on postpartum maternal blood pressure at the first visit (α=0.000). There is a difference in the influence of Ba'ukup and non-Ba'ukup traditions on postpartum maternal blood pressure at the second visit (α=0.000). There is a difference in the influence of the Ba'ukup and Ba'ukup traditions on postpartum mothers' blood pressure at the third visit (α=0, 0.000). Conclusion: It is hoped that health workers will be able to map postpartum mothers who give birth with a history of complications, high risk, or give birth by caesarean section and perineal wound sutures and provide assistance to postpartum mothers who carry out the Ba'ukup tradition.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Strategi pemasaran adalah memilih dan menganalisa pasar sasaran yang merupakan suatu kelompok orang yang ingin dicapai oleh perusahaan dan menciptakan suatu bauran pemasaran yang cocok dan yang dapat memuaskan pasar sasaran tersebut. Bauran pemasaran adalah strategi produk, promosi, dan penentuan harga yang bersifat unik serta dirancang untuk menghasilkan pertukaran yang saling menguntungkan dengan pasar yang dituju. Namun kini hal tersebut semakin berkembang tidak hanya dalam hal product, promotion, dan price. Namun juga mengenai place, people, process, dan physical evidence. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan bauran pemasaran jasa dengan loyalitas peserta pada kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Sulawesi Barat. Metode: Jenis penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode Cross Sectional. Populasi sebanyak 797 peserta kunjungan pada kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 86 peserta yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode Probability Sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan bauran pemasaran jasa meliputi produk, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence dan process dengan loyalitas konsumen pada Ketenagakerjaan Provinsi Sulawesi Barat dengan nilai p = 0,000. Kesimpulan: Diharapkan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dapat melakukan evaluasi mendalam terhadap strategi promosi yang telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efektivitasnya. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan mendorong inovasi produk dengan menambahkan fitur atau layanan yang belum ada. Fokus pada pengembangan produk unggulan yang dapat menjadi ciri khas organisasi. ABSTRACT Background: Marketing strategy is selecting and analyzing the target market which is a group of people that the company wants to reach and creating a marketing mix that is suitable and that can satisfy the target market. The marketing mix is ​​a unique product, promotion and pricing strategy designed to produce mutually beneficial exchanges with the target market. But now this is increasingly developing not only in terms of product, promotion and price. But also about place, people, process, and physical evidence. Objective: This research aims to determine the relationship between the service marketing mix and participant loyalty at the BPJS Employment West Sulawesi. Method: This type of descriptive quantitative research uses the Cross Sectional method. A population of 797 participants visited the BPJS Employment Office, West Sulawesi Province Branch. The total research sample was 86 participants taken using the Probability Sampling method. Results: The research results showed that there was a relationship between the service marketing mix including product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence and process with consumer loyalty in West Sulawesi Province Employment with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: It is hoped that BPJS Employment can carry out an in-depth evaluation of the promotional strategies that have been carried out to increase their effectiveness. BPJS Employment encourages product innovation by adding features or services that do not yet exist. Focus on developing superior products that can become a characteristic of the organization.
