Abstract

This research aims to explore the importance of digital literacy for society, especially MSMEs, to encourage a national business resilience program to enhance the national economy concerned by the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is qualitative research which utilizes official literature sources. The outcomes of this research found that in the digital economy era, consumer caution in choosing goods and services has increased, especially in line with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which limits direct consumer activities. It reduces consumer confidence in the products and services offered by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). To overcome this challenge, MSMEs need to improve the quality of their products and increase the types of services offered to consumers, such as product delivery services via online media. Additionally, improvements in service standards, including product cleanliness and effective online communication, are also required to rebuild consumer trust. With improved product and service quality, it is hoped that consumer satisfaction will increase, which in turn will support the recovery and growth of MSME businesses in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the legal protection of personal data in e-commerce transactions, which is an important aspect in maintaining security and trust in the digital economy. The author employs a normative legal research method. The results of the research indicate that in an era where electronic commerce increasingly dominates business activities, the protection of personal data becomes a primary foundation to ensure consumer trust and the sustainable development of the digital economy. Through appropriate policies and regulations, states and relevant stakeholders can establish a legal framework that effectively governs the collection, use, and protection of personal data in the context of e-commerce. These measures help create a safe and trusted business environment where consumers feel comfortable conducting online transactions without concerns about the misuse of their personal data. Thus, legal protection of personal data in e-commerce transactions not only secures individuals' interests in safeguarding their privacy but also supports national economic growth through the establishment of a secure and trustworthy digital economy.

Abstract

The pharmaceutical distribution industry in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly with the increasing number of Large Pharmaceutical Companies (PBF), both state-owned companies, private companies and foreign companies that acquire private companies. The number of large pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia according to BPOM data in 2018 is 2,232 PBFs. This makes competition and competition tighter to get distribution appointments from drug principals or manufacturers and to become distribution companies that become market leaders. Another impetus is the increasingly tight distribution margin pressure caused by the government's lower pricing for BPJS products so that drug principals or manufacturers reduce distribution fees to distributors and there is competition for lower distribution fees. Some of these factors make large pharmaceutical companies must be able to manage company operations properly and have a competitive advantage in order to survive and become the distributor of choice for principals and customers. Currently, there are quite a number of large pharmaceutical companies that cannot withstand the pressure of the distribution fee margin and have resulted in the pharmaceutical company going out of business.

Abstract

When it comes to meeting the requirements and desires of individuals and groups, service quality is everything that they hope for. Stated differently, service quality is primarily determined by two factors: the perceived and expected level of service. When the level of service provided satisfies expectations, it is considered to be of an ideal or good quality. On the other hand, a service's perceived quality is negatively impacted if it falls short of expectations. As a result, the ability of the service provider to continuously satisfy client expectations determines the quality of the service. People become unhappy when service delivery falls short of their expectations. If the services live up to expectations, people will be happier. The purpose of the study is to determine the degree to which community satisfaction at the Tumori Village Office, West Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, is influenced by service quality, as well as the relationship between the two. Based on the research that has been conducted, it is concluded that service quality influences community satisfaction and shows that service quality has a positive influence on community satisfaction. The results of the research indicate that community satisfaction is positively impacted by service quality, and that service quality itself influences community contentment.
