Abstract

The study investigates consumptive behavior among college students, focusing on the influence of promotions and transaction convenience on decision-making, specifically regarding the use of SPaylater. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Results indicate that consumptive behavior significantly affects students' decisions to use SPaylater, with a regression coefficient of 0.220 and a t-value of 2.122 (p < 0.05). Transaction convenience, however, showed insignificant influence, with a regression coefficient of 0.149 and a t-value of 0.805 (p > 0.05). Promotions, particularly those offered by Shopee, significantly influence students' decisions, with a regression coefficient of 0.690 and a t-value of 2.478 (p < 0.05). This highlights the importance of attractive promotions in influencing students' choices. Overall, the study underscores the significance of understanding consumer behavior and promotional strategies in shaping students' decisions regarding SPaylater usage.

Abstract

Personal protective equipment (PPE) refers to gear utilized to safeguard individuals from hazards, accidents, and work-related illnesses. It is typically employed in environments where there is a heightened risk of harm to workers and those around them. This equipment encompasses garments and accessories designed to shield workers from hazardous substances, processes, machinery/tools, facilities, and surroundings, thereby reducing the likelihood of accidents and illnesses. PPE should be comfortable to wear and should not impede work in order to provide effective protection. Its primary objective is to prevent work-related diseases. The use of PPE is not limited to workers alone but extends to anyone entering and interacting with the work environment. PPE is intertwined with occupational safety and health (OSH) because it contributes to maintaining OSH standards. OSH, as mandated by labor laws, revolves around ensuring the physical and mental well-being of the workforce, with a focus on accident and illness prevention and management in the workplace.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out how to understand the formulation of the problem above. To realize this goal, data collection techniques are carried out by means of distributing questionnaires, observation and documentation. This thesis uses a type of quantitative research based on questionnaires in processing data, so that the data obtained is more accurate. The results of this research are a) From the results of the validity test, it was found that each question item used in the questionnaire was declared valid. Where the value obtained from the results of data analysis is the calculated r value > the rt table value. The results of the reliability test show that the Croanbachalpha value for each variable has a Croanbach alpha value > 0.60. So it can be concluded that the measuring instrument used is a reliable measuring instrument. The results of the simple linear regression test showed that the significance level was 0.000 < 0.05. Which indicates that standard operational procedures can influence Employee Performance in Technical Operational Preparation for Public Order and Community Peace in the Civil Service Police Unit of North Nias Regency. From the results of the T test calculations it was found that t count > t table or 7.515 > 1.697, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted is ha where there is an influence of standard operational procedures on Employee Performance in Technical Operational Preparation for Public Order and Community Peace in the Civil Service Police Unit of North Nias Regency. Standard operating procedures support or influence Employee Performance in Technical Operational Preparation for Public Order and Community Peace in the North Nias Regency Civil Service Police Unit with an influence of 71.1% while the remaining 28.9% is influenced by other factors that are not involved. examined in this research. Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) To find out whether there is an influence of HR planning on employee performance. 2) To find out how much influence HR planning has on employee performance. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method. The research results and conclusions are: (1) This research produces valid and reliable data, as proven by the results of the Validity Test with a Sig. less than 0.05 and Cronbach's Alpha Reliability Test with a value of more than 0.6. Apart from that, the data also shows a normal distribution based on the results of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test with Asymp values. Sig. of 0.151. (2) The absence of autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity problems in the data, which is proven through Test Runs and scatterplot patterns, strengthens the reliability of statistical analysis. The Determination Coefficient (R Square) of 0.700 indicates that around 70% of the variation in Employee Performance can be explained by HR Planning Variables. The other 30% is influenced by other factors that have not been examined in this study. (3) The results of the t test show that there is a significant influence of HR Planning on Employee Performance, with a significance value (0.000) smaller than 0.05 which indicates the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This is also supported by the results of a simple linear regression test which shows that the regression model used is valid for predicting the effect of HR Planning on Employee Performance.
