Abstract

El Tari Air Force Base Hospital (RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari) is one of the health facilities in Kupang City, NTT Province with the status of a Class D Pratama Hospital. RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari has general medical services, emergency services, nursing services, primary laboratory services, radiology services and pharmacy services. However, according to the monthly report from March 2022 to March 2023, the total number of outpatient visits at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari was only 843 visits. In fact, in BPJS capitation, family register card that registered at RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari reached 997 families. In this regard, the researcher wants to know more about the influence of the marketing mix on the loyalty of outpatients at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari. The research variables include product, place, people, promotion, price, process and physical evidence. The population in this study were 843 outpatient polyclinic patients visiting the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari in 2022 - 2023. Data was collected through a validated questionnaire that performed using the SPSS Test. The results of this research are: product, process and physical evidence have a significant relationship with patient loyalty to outpatient services at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari. Meanwhile, place, people, promotion and price do not have a significant relationship with patient loyalty in outpatient services at the RS TNI AU Lanud El Tari.

Abstract

Human resources (HR) have an important role in the sustainability of a company. Good HR management is needed in order to prevent, reduce, and overcome problems which often occur in companies, such as high turnover rates. Employee turnover is usually initiated by a group of symptoms of desire to leave the company, which is called turnover intention. Turnover intention is influenced by many factors, such as workload, compensation, and employee engagement. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of workload and compensation on turnover intention with employee engagement as moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method which tests the relationship between several variables through hypothesis testing. The sample used in this research was 40 subjects using questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The statistical instruments used are multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis with partial t test as hypothesis testing. The research results show that there is a significant positive effect of workload (<0.001) and a significant negative effect of compensation (<0.001) on turnover intention. The results also show that workload (0.000) and compensation (0.005) have a significant effect on turnover intention with employee engagement as a moderator.

Abstract

Corruption in the public procurement system is a significant challenge in many developing countries, including Indonesia. Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology offers innovative solutions for strengthening internal oversight and early detection of fraudulent activities. This article presents a systematic review of the literature that discusses the application of AI in internal control, focusing on fraud prevention in public procurement in Indonesia. Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with PRISMA guidelines, this article compiles, identifies, and synthesises relevant research to evaluate the effectiveness of AI and the challenges in its application. The study results show that although AI has great potential to improve accuracy and efficiency in detecting complex fraud patterns, significant barriers related to implementation costs, limited technology infrastructure, and low readiness of human resources in Indonesia are still significant challenges. Policy recommendations include accelerating AI adoption by developing supportive regulations and improving technological competence in the public sector.

Abstract

The creative economy has become one of the main drivers of economic growth in various cities in Indonesia. This study aims to analyse the role of the creative economy sector in improving local competitiveness, focusing on creative cities in Indonesia. Through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach using the PRISMA method, this article evaluates research results from various academic sources and relevant reports. The study results show that creative cities can increase local competitiveness by encouraging innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and the creation of more sustainable job opportunities. The creative economy also strengthens local cultural identity, which is a selling point in the global market. However, challenges remain, including more digital infrastructure and adequate regulatory support. This article concludes that synergy between the government, the private sector, and the creative community is urgently needed to strengthen the creative economy ecosystem. The results of this study are expected to be the foundation for policymakers and creative industry players in designing more effective strategies to increase local competitiveness.

Abstract

Pada dasarnya, tujuan pendirian perusahaan adalah untuk maksimal pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Keberhasilan perusahaan sangat bergantung pada kepuasan pelanggan, yang harus menggambarkan langkah-langkah yang jelas dan terukur untuk memanfaatkan peluang di pasar sasaran. UD. Tunas Baru Gunungsitoli menggunakan strategi pemasaran untuk menambah jumlah konsumen, mempertahankan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan penjualan, sehingga mampu menghasilkan laba yang mendukung kelangsungan perusahaan dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di UD. Tunas Baru Gunungsitoli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan riset kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data melalui angket, pengamatan dan dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini seluruh pimpinan, karyawan, dan pelanggan UD. Tunas Baru Gunungsitoli sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis ternyata variabel kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang sangat penting terhadap meningatkan Kepuasan Pelanggan. Sebab t hitung > t tabel yaitu 8,7213 > 1,6772, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa kualitas produk dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan pada UD. Tunas Baru Gunungsitoli. Dengan demikian hipotesis (Ha) diterima yaitu “Ada Pengaruh Kualitas Produk Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di UD. Tunas Baru Gunungsitoli”.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) were experiencing an increasing trend in the productivity of their craftsmen. This study investigated the impact of work-life balance and competence on productivity, with job satisfaction serving as a moderating variable. The sample size was 133, and the study population was 200. Probability sampling techniques were employed using SmartPLS 3.0. The study's findings indicated that productivity was significantly and positively impacted by work-life balance and competence. The relationship between competence and productivity was bolstered by job satisfaction, while the relationship between work-life balance and the productivity of Mawar Ketak craftsmen was weakened.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Manajemen strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi dan dampak strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi santri dan masyarakat di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Al-Mujaddid Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat. Jenis Penlitian yang digunakan adalah dekriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survey. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan dan analisa data didapatkan bahwa strategi pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan terhadap santri dan masyarakat lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Pesantren Al-Mujaddid Kabupaten Tulang Bawang Barat adalah dengan didirikannya KOPPONTREN AUSATH yang terdiri dari berbagai jenis usaha dan program ekstrakulikuer yang dapat melatih minat, bakat dan kemampuan wirausaha santri dan membantu perekonomian masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Jasa Raharja is a government agency engaged in public insurance. The duties and responsibilities are to collect funds through compulsory contributions and donations to be channeled back through compensation services raharja to victims or heirs of victims of traffic accidents on the highway. In the implementation of the provision of compensation funds, many people do not know the requirements for claiming compensation funds at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero). In addition, the provision of compensation for accident victims is still not appropriate, namely irregular services in handling claims. This happened because PT. Jasa Raharja works closely with partners, namely the police and the hospital. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in conducting research on the Quality of Service for Highway Traffic Accident Insurance Claims at the PT. Jasa Raharja. This research was conducted at the office of PT Jasa Raharja, Pematang Siantar City. The method used in this research is quantitative method, by using a questionnaire as a means of measuring data. The results showed that all data from the answers of all respondents were in the "Good Enough" answer category with the total average of the total number of respondents who gave the answer was 16 people in the community or if the percentage reached 53% of the total number of respondents or where the percentage reaches 100% of respondents. As for the inhibiting factors experienced by pt. raharja services in improving the quality of services in the field of traffic accident insurance claims in the city of Pematang Siantar is PT. Jasa Raharja did not get any information related to accidents that occurred, Lack of public awareness of orderly traffic and Lack of public awareness regarding the importance of carrying out accident insurance.

Abstract

Digital transformation in MSMEs refers to the use of information and communication technology to increase efficiency, productivity and business competitiveness. Pancor Mas Written Batik from Bucor Kulon Village, Pakuniran District, Probolinggo Regency is one of Indonesian cultural products that has great potential to be developed. Digital business transformation is an important strategy in increasing the competitiveness of the MSME market. By adopting digital technology, it is hoped that Written Batik MSMEs can expand their market reach, increase operational efficiency, and provide added value to their products. The aim of this research is to identify challenges in the adoption of digital technology by the Batik Tulis Pancor Emas MSMEs in Bucor Kulon Village. This research uses a qualitative approach by taking primary data sources in the form of interviews, secondary data in the form of literature studies. The qualitative research paradigm is research that places humans as research subjects. The findings in this research show that the majority of Pancor Emas Batik Tulis MSME owners show a good understanding of the importance of digitalization, they realize that digital technology helps in marketing, inventory management, and communication with customers. The business has been running for more than 10 years, the number of employees is 7 people, the business owner's latest education is high school. From the level of adoption of digital technology, Batik Tulis Pancor Emas MSMEs still do not use e-commerce but use conventional marketing using outlets or kiosks spread across several places. MSMEs do not use E-Commerce in their sales so they do not experience significant sales, while MSMEs that have used E-Commerce have experienced an increase in sales.
