Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of customer experience, customer satisfaction, and word of mouth intention on customer loyalty in the banking sector, specifically among customers of Bank BCA. A quantitative method was used, and data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 105 respondents using purposive sampling. Descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were conducted using SPSS and AMOS. The results showed that customer experience and word of mouth intention had a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction did not show a significant effect. This indicates that a positive customer experience such as responsive service and effective problem-solving can increase emotional bonds and loyalty. Furthermore, customers who intend to recommend the bank tend to be more loyal. However, satisfaction alone was not sufficient to foster loyalty without strong customer engagement or emotional connection.

Abstract

Public awareness of fulfilling daily needs in this difficult era is increasing, it is hoped that people will not only be able to rely fully on the government, both the central government, provincial government and government at the district/city level but will be more active in processing existing resources. All the needs that we need in our daily lives should be able to be fulfilled optimally so as not to cause problems in the future. Micro, small and medium enterprises are the first step and of course can provide solutions to us personally and can also contribute to the community around us, rather than always relying on the government. There are many things we can actually do, as long as we want to, the choices are also clearly visible. This research is a qualitative research, direct questions are asked when used to collect data. The non-probability sampling method is used to select respondents from a population. The results of this study are Improving Community Welfare through UMKM. This research is expected to be input and a reference for the author personally and the author's environment, that fulfilling daily needs is mandatory, not only depending on the government but we must be able to survive in the face of reality in the midst of a difficult economy.

This study was conducted at the Mandor Puskesmas, located in Landak Regency, West Kalimantan Province. This study used a qualitative approach with an instrumental case study method. In this study, the researcher involved five main subjects who had important roles in the implementation of Electronic Medical Records in the inpatient unit of the Mandor Puskesmas. The data analysis process consisted of several stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, there were several factors that hindered the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in Inpatient Services at the Mandor Puskesmas, West Kalimantan. These factors includeMan; Machine; Method; Material;as well asMoney. Some of the proposed strategies are the addition of medical and IT personnel who have competence in the field of RMIK and health information technology, routine training for medical personnel, improving the quality of internet networks and server maintenance, procuring new computers that meet specifications, and preparing clear and detailed SOPs regarding the implementation of RME.

Abstract

Background: Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) integration faces complex challenges that require a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. A comprehensive theoretical approach is needed to identify determinants of successful implementation. Objective: To analyze the determinants of the success of SIMRS integration using a multi-theoretical organizational framework including Systems Theory, Contingency Theory, Technology Acceptance Model, and Organizational Learning Theory. Method: Qualitative research with a case study approach in three type B hospitals in Indonesia. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 45 respondents, participant observation, and document analysis. Data analysis used thematic analysis with a theoretical framework as a guide. Results: Identification of 12 main determinants of SIMRS integration success categorized into four theoretical dimensions: (1) Systems integration complexity (5 factors), (2) Organizational contingency factors (3 factors), (3) Technology acceptance drivers (2 factors), and (4) Learning capability factors (2 factors). Leadership commitment and user engagement factors are the most significant determinants. Conclusion: The success of SIMRS integration requires a holistic approach that integrates multi-theoretical perspectives of the organization. The developed framework can be a practical guide for hospital management in optimizing SIMRS implementation.

Abstract

The strategy for developing a health information system at the Gimpu Health Center, Sigi Regency aims to improve efficiency in managing patient service information, which has so far been done conventionally. The recording process that has not been computerized often causes duplication of information and takes a long time to process information. In addition, the manual recording system also has risks to information security, because it is prone to loss or damage. The information system designed in this study is in the form of a software application equipped with an information base (database), which functions as a center for storing information and a tool for entering, processing, and accelerating the preparation of reports. The forms available in the system are designed according to user needs to make them easier to use. Not only does it increase ease of operation, this system is also designed with a high level of security to ensure the accuracy and protection of patient information. The design of this system was developed by implementing the stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The implementation of this information system is expected to be a solution to various obstacles faced by the Gimpu Health Center, Sigi Regency in the service process, especially related to recording and managing patient information. The information recorded in the system includes patient visit information, such as date of visit, patient identity (name, place and date of birth, name of head of family), gender, level of education, occupation, domicile area (district/city, sub-district, address/hamlet), and payment method for health services.
