Abstract

Performance improvement is a fundamental aspect in company management to achieve organizational goals, maintain survival, and maintain existence in the midst of increasingly competitive business competition. This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work stress, and workload on employee performance at PT Permata Hijau Palm Oleo KIM II. The research method used is quantitative descriptive research using primary and secondary data obtained directly from related companies. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression statistical tests to measure the relationship between independent variables (work discipline, work stress, and workload) on the dependent variable (employee performance). The results showed that work discipline has no significant effect on employee performance, with a tcount value of 0.452 smaller than the ttable 1.984 (0.452 < 1.984) and a significance value of 0.653 which is greater than 0.05 (0.653 > 0.05). Conversely, work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the tcount value of 5.584 which is greater than the ttable 1.984 (5.584 > 1.984) and a significance value of 0.000 which is less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). In addition, workload also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a tcount value of 2.317 which is greater than the t table 1.984 (2.317 > 1.984) and a significance value of 0.023 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.023 < 0.05). Based on these findings, it can be concluded that work stress and workload have a significant influence on improving employee performance, while work discipline does not have a significant impact. The implication of this study indicates the need for the management of PT Permata Hijau Palm Oleo KIM II to pay attention to stress and workload factors in order to increase the productivity and effectiveness of employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Flexible Human Resource Management (FHRM) and open innovation on organizational resilience, mediated by intellectual capital. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia in Jakarta, using a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 181 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to examine both direct and mediating relationships among variables. The results reveal that FHRM and open innovation significantly impact organizational resilience, both directly and through the mediating role of intellectual capital. Intellectual capital was found to be a critical factor in strengthening the influence of FHRM and open innovation on organizational resilience. These findings provide practical implications for companies in designing human resource management and innovation strategies to enhance adaptability and organizational sustainability in the face of dynamic business environment challenges.

Abstract

Occupational safety and health (K3) is something that needs to be considered by companies because it can affect the increasing effectiveness and productivity and can prevent things that can be detrimental from work accidents. Workers as one of the main resources in the running of the manufacturing industry, often experience health risks and occupational hazards such as minor accidents, and so on. At PT IMS itself, employees are very likely to experience work accidents that cause workers to be injured and production work time is reduced to lost due to these accidents because they are directly related to machines for production. By using the HIRARC method, it can be seen that of the 7 activities that have been identified in the metal production process at PT INKA Multi Solusi, there are 2 activities that fall into the moderate category, 2 activities that fall into the high category, and 3 activities that fall into the extreme category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh modal usaha dan financial technology terhadap keberlangsungan usaha pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) di wilayah Jawa Tengah. Sampel ditujukan kepada 130 pelaku UMKM. Pemilihan sampling ini dilakukan secara purposive. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan usaha. Sedangkan financial technology memberikan pengaruh signifikan bagi keberlangsungan usaha UMKM. Temuan penelitian ini menggambarkan seberapa penting bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan adopsi financial technology dalam meningkatkan daya saing dunia bisnis yang makin ketat. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan financial technology dapat menjadi salah satu strategi yang digunakan untuk menjaga keberlangsungan usaha UMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keterbukaan informasi keberlanjutan (Skor KK) dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi POJK (Skor POJK) terhadap kualitas Sustainability Report (SR) perusahaan publik di Indonesia selama periode 2020 hingga 2022. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa SR memiliki potensi strategis dalam mendukung efisiensi manajemen, peningkatan tata kelola, serta penguatan keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan. Data yang digunakan berasal dari penilaian pihak ketiga atas lebih dari 100 laporan keberlanjutan perusahaan selama tiga tahun. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan regresi Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), disertai uji asumsi klasik, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa baik keterbukaan informasi maupun kepatuhan terhadap regulasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas SR. Model regresi menunjukkan tingkat penjelasan sebesar 89%, dan lolos uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, serta autokorelasi. Temuan ini memperkuat stakeholder theory dan legitimacy theory dalam konteks akuntansi pelaporan berkelanjutan serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi penguatan tata kelola informasi dan peningkatan transparansi ESG di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in empowering the village economy in the western and northern regions of East Sumba Regency. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach to analyze how BUMDes carry out their functions through various business units, including poultry farming, agriculture, savings and loan services, clean water provision, tourism, and rental services. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, documentation, and literature review. The results show that these BUMDes have made significant contributions to increasing local income, creating job opportunities, and reducing dependency on external markets. Socially, BUMDes also fosters community participation and solidarity by involving youth and women in the economic process. However, several challenges were identified, including low public awareness, lack of competent human resources, weak organizational structure, and limited infrastructure. Strengthening BUMDes requires continuous capacity building, better institutional governance, and improved infrastructure to support sustainable village development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management, Service Quality and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. The research approach used in this study is an associative approach. In determining the research sample, the author uses the lemeshow formula which automatically obtains 100 samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability and processed using SPSS 26. Based on the results of the partial test, the Customer Relationship Management variable has no significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Grand Inna Medan hotel, a value of T count of 1.887 <1.985 T table was obtained, then the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, a value of T count of 2.817> 1.985 T table was obtained, and the facility variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a value of T count of 9.504> 1.985 T table. The results of simultaneous testing show that the variables Customer Relationship Management (X1), Service Quality (X2) and facilities (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Grand Inna Medan hotel.

Abstract

Ethical leadership is a form of leadership that emphasizes moral values such as integrity, honesty, and responsibility in every action and decision made by a leader. Meanwhile, employee performance can be defined as the outcome of work or activities carried out by individuals based on ethics and applicable rules within an organization. This study employed a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees working in various local government institutions within the West Nias region. The collected data were then analyzed using simple linear regression to determine the extent to which ethical leadership influences employee performance. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that ethical leadership has a positive impact and contributes to improving employee performance. These findings indicate that the implementation of ethical principles in leadership plays a significant role in enhancing the quality of work among employees in the West Nias government environment. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that leaders in local government institutions in West Nias continue to uphold ethical leadership principles to achieve better organizational performance.

Abstract

PT. Jasa Raharja is a government agency engaged in public insurance. The duties and responsibilities are to collect funds through mandatory contributions and donations to be channeled back through compensation services raharja to victims or heirs of victims of traffic accidents on the highway. In the implementation of the provision of compensation funds, many people do not know the requirements for claiming compensation funds at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero). In addition, the provision of compensation for accident victims is still not appropriate, namely irregular services in handling claims. This happened because PT. Jasa Raharja works closely with partners, namely the police and the hospital. Based on these problems, researchers are interested in conducting research on the Quality of Service for Highway Traffic Accident Insurance Claims at the PT. Raharja Services. This research was conducted at the office of PT Jasa Raharja, Pematang Siantar City. The method used in this research is quantitative method, by using a questionnaire as a means of measuring data. The results showed that all data from the answers of all respondents were in the "Good Enough" answer category with the total average of the total number of respondents who gave the answer was 16 people in the community or if the percentage reached 53% of the total number of respondents or where the percentage reached 100% of respondents. As for the inhibiting factors experienced by pt. raharja services in improving the quality of services in the field of traffic accident insurance claims in the city of Pematang Siantar is PT. Jasa Raharja did not get any information related to accidents that occurred, Lack of public awareness of orderly traffic and Lack of public awareness regarding the importance of carrying out accident insurance.

Abstract

Quality and affordable delivery services are key to reducing maternal and infant mortality rates. This study aims to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, distance, cost, and tangible quality on mothers' decisions regarding the choice of delivery location at the Bonebakal Health Center in Central Sulawesi. The study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, involving 35 pregnant women as respondents who were selected purposively. Data analysis was carried out using the chi-square test and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that age, education, distance, and tangible quality had a significant influence on the decision to choose a place of delivery (p <0.05). Tangible was the most dominant factor with an OR value of 5.783. In contrast, occupation, income, and cost did not have a significant effect in the final model. The regression model was proven valid and explained 74.5% of the variation in decisions (Nagelkerke R² = 0.745). These results highlight the importance of enhancing the physical quality of delivery facilities and education tailored to maternal characteristics, in order to support the selection of a safe and standardized place of delivery.
