Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model assisted by Canva and the use of rewards on students’ learning outcomes in the Office Communication Equipment subject for Grade XI OTKP students at SMK Swasta Budi Satrya Medan in the 2024/2025 academic year. The research used a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of one purposively selected XI OTKP class. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments. Based on statistical analysis and hypothesis testing using the Paired Sample t-Test, the results showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.001 < 0.05 and a t-value of -7.733, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores. Students’ average scores increased from 45.71 to 88.57 after the implementation of the learning model. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of PjBL assisted by Canva and rewards has a meaningful and positive impact on students’ academic achievement. The research hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Organisasi sangat memahami betapa pentingnya untuk menjaga agar karyawan tetap tinggal karena keberhasilan suatu organisasi sangat bergantung pada retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Fleksibilitas Jam Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Retensi Karyawan menurut Perspektif Bisnis Islam. Dengan populasi dan sampel yang berjumlah 173 karyawan pada PT. Cahaya Multazam data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner dan diuji pada aplikasi SmartPls3 yang menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Fleksibililtas Jam Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan, kemudian Pengembangan Karir Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Retensi Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Perspektif Bisnis Islam agar ada kesimbangan antara tujuan duniawi dan ukhrowi. Dalam penerapnnya PT. Cahaya Multazam membangun lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan memperhatikan kesejahteraan tiap karyawan dengan menerapkan jam kerja yang fleksibel dan pengembangan karir yang adil pada karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Live streaming shopping, Flash sale dan Gratis ongkir berpengaruh terhadap Impulse buying pada Aplikasi Shopee di kalangan Generasi Z. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Fakultas Ekonomi. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada bulan April 2025 hingga Mei 2025. Populasi yang menjadi sasaran adalah Generasi Z yang berusia 13-28, populasi penelitian berjumlah 3069 Mahasiswa dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebesar 99 reponden. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui studi pustaka dan angket dengan skla pengukuran Likert. Uji instrument penelitian melalui Uji Validasi dan Uji Reabilitas. Teknik analisis data melalui Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa Live streaming berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying aplikasi shopee pada Gen Z. Flash sale berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying aplikasi shopee pada Gen Z. Gratis ongkir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying aplikasi shopee pada Gen Z. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Work From Home (WFH) and Work-Life Balance on employee performance at PT Buana Bara Sejahtera. As remote work becomes increasingly common, understanding its implications for individual performance and personal well-being has become essential for human resource management. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 employees who have experienced remote work. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that both WFH and Work-Life Balance have a significant and positive impact on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These findings suggest that flexible working arrangements, when supported by a healthy balance between professional and personal life, contribute meaningfully to improved employee outcomes. The study highlights the importance of organizational support in implementing effective remote work policies and fostering a work environment that prioritizes employee well-being.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Inovasi Produk dan Implementasi Strategi Promosi Terhadap Daya Saing UMKM Tenun Ulos Di Kota Pematangsiantar. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 140 orang dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara cluster random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara inovasi produk dan daya saing; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara implementasi strategi promosi terhadap daya saing; (3) secara simultan inovasi produk dan implementasi strategi promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap daya saing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 46,2 % daya saing UMKM Tenun Ulos di Kota Pematangsiantar dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel inovasi produk dan implementasi strategi promosi, sedangkan 53,8 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

The research aims to identify and analyze the influence of service quality consisting of physical tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on service quality to customer satisfaction on User of Ranking Deli Serdang Tutoring Service. The population in this research is high school students who use Ranking Deli Serdang Tutoring Service totaling 218 customers. The sample in this observation was 70 respondents. The collecting of primary data is done by using questionare which is means measured by Likert Scale. Secondary data was obtained from books related to the observation. Hypothesis testing is done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that service quality that includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy is positive and significant impact to customer satisfaction on User of Ranking Deli Serdang Tutoring Service. The result of partial significance test shows that physical evidence, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have positive and significant effect to customer satisfaction, while reliability has positive and insignificant effect to customer satisfaction on User of Ranking Deli Serdang Tutoring Service. And the F test results are Ftable = 2.36, where Fcount > Ftable (63.263 > 2.36) which means that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of the independent variables namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy on the dependent variable on student satisfaction in Deli Serdang Ranking Tutoring.

Abstract

Pegadaian is a non-bank financial institution that officially has a permit to carry out its operational activities in the form of credit financing to the community in the form of distributing funds in relatively small or large amounts on the basis of pawn, as well as deposit services, appraisal services. The pawned goods must have economic value so that they can be used as an appraisal value by the pawnbroker. This study focuses on determining the effect of non-cash transactions (cashless) on customer convenience in transacting at PT Pegadaian UPC Sudirman, Pematangsiantar. The results of this study are that non-cash variables (cashless) have a positive and significant effect on customer convenience. This can be proven through the results of the t-test statistical test obtained a sig. value of 0.00 <0.05. The comparison of t-count 5.611> t-table 2.001. so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that cashless transactions (X) have a positive and significant influence on customer convenience (Y) of PT Pegadaian UPC Sudirman Pematangsiantar.

Jenis pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya hidup dan sikap konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna jasa ekspedisi JNE. Abstract

The era of globalization and the rapid development of the beauty industry demands the need for professional human resources in beauty clinics to be very important. The professionalism of human resources in beauty clinics includes aspects such as technical skills, knowledge of beauty procedures, communication skills, service ethics, and compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of the training model and handling of obstacles to improve the professionalism of human resources at the Rafa Beauty Clinic. The research design was descriptive qualitative. Participants in this study were the leaders and employees of the Rafa Beauty Clinic. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Rafa Beauty Clinic chose the Kirkpatrik Training Model training model. The obstacles faced in training were the small training budget and the slowness of employees in understanding the training material. Efforts to overcome obstacles include increasing the allocation of training budget and periodic evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh rasio utang terhadap ekuitas dan laba per saham terhadap harga saham pada PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk selama periode 2014 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui hubungan antara indikator kinerja keuangan dengan pergerakan harga saham. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan selama sepuluh tahun. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio utang terhadap ekuitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan laba per saham berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Model yang digunakan telah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik, meliputi normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa laba per saham merupakan indikator yang lebih andal dalam mengevaluasi kinerja saham pada konteks penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi investor dan analis keuangan dalam menilai laporan keuangan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan investasi saham.
