Abstract

When conducting intrusion with other parties in everyday life, humans always engage in communication activities. In addition to needing communication with fellow creatures, humans also have communication needs with the Creator, namely Allah SWT. This study aims to review the study of prayer and worship as transcendental communication between humans and God from the perspective of Harold Lasswell. This research used the library research method. Any data supporting this study are reviewed descriptively. This research shows that the model of transcendental communication between man and God in the prayer service of Harold Lasswell's perspective can be summed up as follows: First, the communicator. In prayer activities, every Muslim who establishes salat is a communicator who is carrying out transcendental communication activities. Second, Message. Readings are included in every movement of prayer, whether the pillars or the sunnah. These readings are communication messages from Allah SWT's servants. Third, Media. In prayer activities, the medium is the prayer movement itself. Prayer activities that begin with takbir and close with greetings are gestures that can be referred to as channels. Fourth, communicants. In prayer activities, the communicant is Allah SWT; God Almighty hears all the communication messages conveyed by His servants throughout the universe. Fifth, Effect. In the context of prayer worship, the effect is how the reply or reward given by Allah SWT as a communicant in the process of transcendental communication in prayer worship is received. People of faith deserve to be convinced or believe wholeheartedly that every good deed, such as prayer service, must get a good reward on the side of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy or method used to build the independence of prayer for children with disabilities and the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for the implementation of religious guidance and counseling to build the independence of prayer for children with disabilities. The type of research used is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary data sources in this study were observations and interviews with principals, classroom teachers, and parents of students. Furthermore, secondary data sources in this study were obtained through documentation in the form of photos of student activities and books or literature related to religious guidance strategies and children with disabilities in schools. Data analysis in this study includes data reduction, data display, and verification of data findings, as well as drawing research conclusions. Furthermore, checking the validity of the data through source triangulation and technique triangulation The results showed that the strategy of religious guidance and counseling in building the independence of prayer for children with disabilities that was applied by teachers in schools did not have a special strategy and that in its implementation it followed the abilities of students and was carried out flexibly. In religious guidance and counseling for children with disabilities, the classroom teacher uses the lecture method, the demonstration method, and individual learning methods. Then, the inhibiting factors in building the independence of prayer for children with disabilities are the lack of teachers and the disturbances that students have. While the supporting factors are adequate facilities and infrastructure and support from parents and guardians of students, no less important is the enthusiasm of children to learn.

Abstract

This article discusses the shift in the image of robes from Muslim clothing (sacred or religious) to casual clothing (profane or everyday). In the context of this article, the robes produced by Zaafer Indonesia represent a change in the orientation of Indonesian Muslim OOTD from initially tending to be conservative to becoming fashionable and stylish. In this research, clothing is considered a complex sign system. On a piece of clothing, there is a message that the wearer wants to convey. By using the Saussurean semiology paradigm, this article understands that in clothing there is a system of signifiers and signifieds. Clothing is a language (language of fashion) that is built from the language and parole system. The research results show several semiotics in the robes of Zaafer Indonesia products. There is Saussure's synchronic linguistic concept, which is related to several dichotomies, such as signifier, signified, parole, and langue
