Abstract

The recommendation system has been implemented in digital marketing used in marketing products and services. The recommendation system is used to provide offers of goods and services in accordance with customer habits and interests in the proposed products and services, but in practice the right product offering for customers leads to the idea of developing a product recommendation system. Purchase data obtained from customers can be used to analyze customer needs and product preferences. In the recommendation system, Collaborative Filtering is one of the most commonly used algorithms. The purpose of this study is to find out how accurate the recommendation system is based on the purchase of similar goods between consumers using User-based Collaborative Filtering. Based on the results of the study, User-based Collaborative Filtering using Cosine Similarity calculations can be applied and produce 10 product recommendations with an RMSE value of 0.9.

Abstract

Project management is the activity of organizing, leading, and controlling company resources to achieve desired goals. PT. Sintech Berkah Abadi greatly needs such a system to support and improve services for the satisfaction of both employees and customers in their company's project activities. As a company operating in the software provider industry in the global market, offering business solutions with advanced technology, they face various challenges in data processing. These challenges include data errors or losses occurring in various stages such as application creation, data processing, approval processes, and project reporting. Therefore, PT. Sintech Berkah Abadi requires a web-based project management system application. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, interviews, and literature review, while the analysis method used is SWOT. The implementation of this project management system application can provide a solution for the company, making work processes more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Examinations in the school are still carried out conventionally, in a written method using a computer answer sheet. The development of a Computer Assisted Test (CAT) application website to replace the current exam implementation process is a problem for users who are not proficient in using computers. Users must understand new features and go through a long process of exam preparation stages. This research aims to design user experience, for the appearance of the Computer Assisted Test (CAT) application website, using the five planes framework. This method has elements that are done in stages from the lowest level to the top, starting from the strategy plane, scope plane, structure plane, skeleton plane, and surface plane. The result of this research is a user interface design prototype to be implemented on the CAT application website at a later time. The selection of the Five Planes framework with systematic stages is appropriate for designing user experience, starting from identifying the analysis of stakeholders business needs and objectives, directing the planning of a structured system function flow to create a website menu, to designing interfaces with attention to usability and aesthetics that are guided by design guidelines in selecting and displaying each visual element.

Abstract

Remo Dance is one of Indonesia’s traditional dance that originated from East Java and need to be preserved. The preservation act from collaboration of the Goventment and the Society started with a mass Remo Dance at Surabaya city on the year of 2022 that successfully granted a MURI record. This research is meant to support all the effort by calculating balance of the movements as one of the aspect of biomechanics. Biomechanics it self is a branch of study that learns about movement mechanism of living organism. The calculation of balance as an ability to keep a posistion on the change of movements is aim to analyze which movements has the most difficulty in balance and which one is the most stable from the chunk of motion capture data. Computation is done with high-level matrix/array language and the data form is a biovision hierarchy file (BVH). The Visualization of data shows that ‘ucek-ucek’ motion is the most stable movements, while 360 degree spin motion is a difficult movements and require great balance.

Abstract

Informatics learning in class VII at SMPN 2 Bukittinggi experiences problems, namely students feel bored and waste time because they write too much material. so learning media such as learning videos are needed. This video was developed using powtoon. The research method used is Research and development (R&D) with the Planning, Production, Evaluation (PPE) development model. The results of this research produced a product in the form of a learning video created using Powtoon and accessed via the Linktree platform. The product test results show that the validity test involving 5 experts produced a score of 0.80 in the "valid" category. The practicality test involving 3 respondents produced a score of 0.94 in the "very high" category. The effectiveness test involving 1 teacher and 28 students produced a score of 0.86 in the "high effectiveness" category. This shows that learning video products created using Powtoon and distributed via Linktree are considered to have high validity, practicality and effectiveness in the learning process.

Abstract

Mitra Rakyat Wlingi Cooperative is still facing problems in managing customer data. The problem occurs because data management is split into two media, namely Microsoft Excel and books, which results in data duplication. Difficulties arise when searching for a list of customers who have made transactions or simply making monthly reports carried out by cooperative officers. This occurs due to unsynchronized data storage, which also affects the efficiency of service to customers. To overcome this problem, the author built an integrated system for cooperative officers in accordance with their roles in order to minimize data duplication and provide accurate information. The Research and Development (R&D) type research method uses the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which applies a development approach using a prototype model. The application was created using a website-based bootstrap framework. The application is tested using the black box method which focuses on evaluating and observing the input and output results of the application so that it suits user needs, so as to improve the quality of cooperative management and the image of service to customers.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) poses a challenge to the role of educators in the field of education, with the potential of being replaced by AI, which may reduce the relevance and sustainability of educators' roles. This research focuses on innovative solutions by implementing the Role Play Model and Project-Based Learning. The methodology employs systematic literature review with the assistance of biblioshiny. The results indicate that the implementation of the Role Play Model and Project-Based Learning by educators can mitigate the risk of replacement by AI. The active interaction and guidance provided by educators significantly contribute to students' understanding and skills, aspects that cannot be fully replaced by artificial intelligence. This study offers valuable insights to ensure the sustainability of educators' roles in the era of AI and digital transformation.

Abstract

NoSQL Injection is one type of attack on the NoSQL Database management system (DBMS). This attack exploits a vulnerability that allows the attacker to send arbitrary requests to the server. If the server responds to an error query or an invalid query, the attacker will manipulate the query. The process of doing Blind NoSQL Injection is complicated. As a result, Pentester often takes a long time to be able to obtain information and penetrate the database server. Based on these problems, this research will provide a solution by developing a tool to automate Blind NoSQL Injection attacks. The results of this research indicate that the development of an exploit tool can enhance performance and efficiency. The binary search algorithm demonstrates a shorter runtime compared to linear search, making it a more effective choice. Additionally, the mitigation approach involving sanitization and validation of input for each key object has proven to be effective in preventing NoSQL Injection attacks.

Abstract

All business actors compete to find as many customers as possible and of course provide the best service, one of which is by considering the level of customer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to understand the level of customer satisfaction more effectively and provide valuable information for Jaya Fotocopy in making decisions to improve service quality in more detail. By grouping customer satisfaction into appropriate categories, customer management based on purchasing patterns, time of visit, and service received can identify areas that require improvement to ensure better customer satisfaction using the K-means algorithm. The results of this research classify customer satisfaction with dimensions of responsiveness of 76.32%, reliability of 91.10%, empathy of 90.11%, guarantee of 92.09%, and real evidence of 93.08%. Meanwhile, the specificity test of the K- Means algorithm method can classify customer dissatisfaction with the dimensions of responsiveness 27.17%, reliability 19.11%, empathy 19.00%, guarantee 19.50%, and real evidence 20.29%. From the results of the data obtained, Jaya Fotocopy must increase the dimension of responsiveness to only reach 27.17%. Jaya Photocopy needs to ensure that customer service is more responsive to customer needs and requests. This could include improvements in response times to customer questions or complaints and improving the ability to resolve customer issues quickly. Apart from that, Jaya Photocopy must also carry out further analysis to understand the causes of customer dissatisfaction in the dimensions of responsiveness, reliability, empathy, guarantees and concrete evidence. With a deeper understanding of the problem, more specific remedial steps can be taken. Jaya Photocopy can also improve communication with customers to hear their input and feedback regularly to find out what customers expect.
