Abstract

A helpdesk is an area or department in a company that carries out the process of collecting data from various existing sources and must actively listen and respond to user needs. It is hoped that the development of the Helpdesk will be able to overcome various problems and provide extensive services for internal and operational problems, as well as problems related to information systems and technology. The Information Technology Helpdesk system at the Kospin Jasa Purbalingga Disaster Recovery Center currently only uses manual writing, telephone, and the Android application, namely WhatsApp. If a problem occurs related to IT devices, the user immediately contacts IT via telephone or WhatsApp. The Helpdesk application can reduce data processing time, reduce human error in the data recording process, and produce helpdesk reports quickly and accurately, to support the company's decision-making process. The research method used is the analytical method. The analysis used is problem identification, test scenario analysis, system requirements analysis, hardware requirements analysis, software requirements analysis, and HR requirements analysis.

Abstract

Professional internship is one of the compulsory courses that need to be taken by any student at STIKI as a requirement to graduate. STIKI offers two kind of program that can be taken to accomplish this course, namely PPK (Proyek PKL Kerjasama) and PPM (Proyek PKL Mandiri). Both submission and working processes of those programs are very different, as a result, the administration process of those two are resolved separately even when those programs are still called professional internship. There is another problem related to professional internship, mentoring for each program also cannot be done optimally due to many factors, as a result, lecturers can’t evaluate the result of each of their mentored teams optimally. To answer those problems, an information system can be used as one of the solutions. The system needs to be able to manage both submissions of those programs, manage the mentoring of each program, and also manage processes in final seminar submission and project completion for both programs. Since STIKI does not have this kind of system before, this system is expected to be able to fulfill the needs of field practice management at this college.

Abstract

Poultry Shop Blitar is stores that provides animal feed for the Blitar city area. The main activity of this business is the distribution of animal feed to the surrounding areas of Blitar city. Problems began to arise as the demand for animal feed delivery increased. This prompted the store to optimize delivery by finding the nearest route. In this study, the black box method was used to test the optimization of the application system for goods delivery. The research aimed to test the display of the goods delivery system application using black box testing and then determine the accuracy of the testing of the built application. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, literature studies, and documentation to effectively gather data. The subjects of this study were the employees involved in the goods delivery at Poultry Shop. The testing results for several application displays yielded a final testing accuracy percentage of 62.5%, with an average testing result of 75% for the main goods delivery form and 50% for the goods delivery form dated May 20th.

Abstract

The Darul Huda Blitar Islamic boarding school foundation is a boarding school that has many students. Currently data collection on students and dormitory management is still manual, there is no technology in the form of an information system so the boarding school administrators have difficulty controlling the number of students so that the ratio of the number of rooms and the number of students in each room is balanced. Website-based information systems are an option that is quite effective in making it easier for organizations or institutions to make data and decisions that are connected via the internet. This research aims to develop an information system for foundation boarding school management at the Darul Huda Blitar Islamic boarding school using the agile system development method. The agile method has the following stages starting from planning, analysis and design, implementation, testing, evaluation, completion and improvement. The results of this research are a web-based student dormitory management information system which is in line with expectations and with a few improvements to the appearance, this system will be very useful in assisting Islamic boarding school management.

Abstract

Rice is a staple crop in Indonesia. Most farmers choose rice as the main crop for agricultural land. Starting from the land to the tropical climate that occurs in Indonesia, it is very suitable for rice plants. Among these supports arise obstacles faced by farmers. Rice leaf diseases include Brownspot, Blas, Bacterial Leaf Blight (HDB). Classification of these diseases can be done using the CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) method. So far, the detection process for rice plant leaf diseases has been done manually. The CNN method can detect images from pixel to pixel so it is considered effective for detecting disease from images alone. This research uses a dataset of 1630 data which is divided into 3 disease classes. This research compares the number of epochs and uses the CNN InceptionV3 architecture. The results of this research show very good results with a lift of 98% with data that is not overfitting.

Abstract

In the current digital era, social media, especially Twitter, has become an important platform for people to share opinions, especially regarding political issues such as the 2024 Presidential Election (Pemilu) in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze public sentiment regarding the 2024 Election based on collected tweet data. By using an XLM-T based machine learning model, this research succeeded in classifying tweets into three sentiment categories: positive, negative and neutral with a model accuracy rate of 68%. The results show that tweets with positive and negative sentiments receive more interaction from the public compared to tweets with neutral sentiments, indicating the public's tendency to more actively interact with opinions that have a certain position or stance on an issue. In conclusion, sentiment analysis can provide deep insight into the public's views on the 2024 Election, which political stakeholders can utilize in designing their campaign strategies.

Abstract

STIKI Malang Library, as a library service manager, requires a capability level review, especially on IT risk aspects, a review of service policies, and the quality of human resources. This study aims to analyze the level of capability and provide recommendations using the COBIT 2019 framework. Data were collected through interviews with the Head of the Library and Staff of Information Systems and Information Technology at STIKI Malang and IT governance document analysis. APO12, BAI10, and DSS04 were chosen based on COBIT 2019 design factors. The results show that these three objectives are currently at level three, with a target of level four. STIKI Malang Library can achieve this target by improving IT risk management, regular reporting to the management, and identifying required resources for business continuity.

Abstract

Ayat is a sentence in the Qur'an, the verse is known as tauqifi (with the nash of the Messenger of Allah saw.), not qiasi (analogy). Since it counts (Alif Lam Mim) and (Alif Lam Mim Shod Nun) each as one verse but does not count (Alif Lam Mim) and (Kha Mim), (Alif Lam Mim Ra) and (Ya Syin) each count as one verse, but not so with (Tho Syin Mim), Ayat (Madahaa Mannaan) is one word, according to the agreement, invalid prayer by reading only half of the verse. In a verse some words make up a sentence, so to search for a desired sentence you have to look up 1 by 1 in the verse. Because the guidance of the life of Muslims is the holy book of the Qur'an, in which there are several letters and in the letter there are verses. From these conditions, in this study, a verse search engine was created to facilitate the search process using the cosine similarity method. The purpose of this study is to be able to help the search process quickly and easily, readers in the search for verses in the holy book of the Qur'an .

Abstract

An information system is a collection of elements that are interrelated and work together to process input to produce the desired output. It is hoped that the development of a web-based information system at the Bintang Village Office can help increase information updates and expand the reach of information that can be disseminated to the community. Implementation of System Management Design is an important part of the system implementation process, so that the system design process can be structured in a structured manner and avoid errors in design. Based on the research results, it was concluded that a website-based Bintang Village Information System had been built using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) system design method and the PHP programming language. From the test results using the Black Box method, it can be concluded that the development of the Bintang Village Information System is functionally running well and in line with expectations. The information system that was built has been able to provide convenience in obtaining effective and efficient information for the people of Bintang Village.

Abstract

Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are a part of artificial intelligence that applies the concept of how the biological neural network in humans operates. The primary advantage of ANNs lies in their ability to recognize specific patterns, such as the pattern notation of logic functions tested in this study using the McCulloch-Pitts model. Testing the pattern recognition of logic functions, involving AND, OR, and XOR operators, entails input variables: values X1, X2, and other input values (Xn), as well as target values (t) that match the truth table forms of each logic function. The test results indicate the alignment of the testing process using the concept of artificial neural networks with the patterns of logic functions. The implementation of the test is carried out using the Python programming language, which can produce conformity in the pattern forms of logic functions. The testing process is conducted by determining input values for each variable used in the logic functions, inputting weights (W) for each input value, and setting a threshold value directly to obtain results that align the output with the target.
