Abstract

The kitab kuning is a traditional book that contains Islamic religious lessons that are applied in islamic boarding schools, usually also called bare books, so called because they have no harakat at all. Therefore, to be able to understand the content of the text of the kitab kuning, a certain method is needed, including the Arabic pegon method. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the Arabic pegon method in understanding the text of the kitab kuning, the achievements achieved and the advantages and disadvantages of the method. This research uses a qualitative method where the data obtained comes from research documents, interviews, observation results and documentation. Data analysis techniques take three steps which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the Arabic pegon method in the Tsanawiyah class was divided into three stages, namely the introduction stage, the preparation stage and the learning stage. 2) The achievements that this method applies include academic and non-academic achievements. 3) The advantages of this method include that students are easier to understand the content of the kitab kuning text because it uses the local language, while the drawbacks if there is no deep understanding of Arabic grammar will spend a long time to understand the kitab kuning

Abstract

This research aims to increase the activity and learning outcomes of class VIII H students on the material of the human respiratory organs. When learning shows that there are still many students who think that this material is not important, resulting in low learning outcome. One effort to improve learning outcomes is to evaluate the learning model that has been used so far. Furthermore, researchers apply the Mind Map learning model which is expected to increase learning activities and learning outcomes. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with the subject of class VIII H students as many as 31 students. The results showed that learning activities in the aspect of asking questions increased by 65.32% to 82.26%, the active aspect of discussing with groups by 76.61% increased to 85.48%, the aspect of summarizing teacher explanations was 68.54% increased to 83.06%, aspects in writing discussion results by 68.54% increased to 91.12, aspects in drawing mind mapping by 79.03% increased to 83.87%. So that there is an increase in the percentage of student learning activities from cycle I to cycle II.

Abstract

This researcher aimed to design media for reading skill for Islamic Senior High School. The research procedure uses research and development by using ADDIE’S method. ADDIE’S method has five steps. They are analysis, design, development, and implementation. This learning media in this research was designing REACTION (Reading Easy Application) media of reading skills for Islamic Senior High School. Sampling using product validation techniques with media experts, Material experts. Based on the results of validations and trials on multimedia using Hyperlink products, it can be reported validation of the material shows a percentage of 76 % which mean the media into good category. Based on the media validation shows a percentage of 72 % which mean the media into good category. Based on the tried out or implantation with students, the researcher got 88,28% of its mean include to the category of strongly agree. It can be concluded that the use of media-based Hyperlinks was valid and effective when implemented in English language learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of the CORE learning model in improving mathematical literacy of students grade 8th. This research uses pre-experimental design research method with the type of method is one-group pretest-posttest design, the research approach used is quantitative. The research instrument uses tests and non-tests. Test instruments in the form of pretest and post-test were used to measure students' mathematical literacy before and after applying CORE learning model. The non-test instrument used was an interview with a grade 8thmathematics teacher to determine the implementation of learning carried out in the classroom. The subject is class VIII D MTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Bandung. The data analysis technique used is the paired sample t test. Based on the calculation of the paired sample t test, the resulting significance value is 0.000. The significance value shows 0.000 < 0.05 error level, so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. This acceptance of Ha means that there are differences in the level of mathematical literacy of grade 8thMTs Salafiyah Syafiiyah Bandung before and after applying CORE learning model. This means that the CORE learning model is effective for improving students' mathematical literacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Madrasah diniyah education on Fiqh learning achievement in Class VII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah PPAI Darun Najah Ngijo Karangploso Malang. This type of research is quantitative research with statistical analysis methods, namely one sample t test. The objects in this research are students who are involved in learning in Madrasah Diniyah and learning Fiqh Subjects. Secondary data is data used in research that takes from existing sources. One sample t test is used to determine the effect of a treatment. Based on the results of the analysis using a one-sample t-test, the results obtained a significant value of 0.000 < alpha (0.05) this indicates that there is an influence of Madrasah Diniyah education on Fiqh learning achievement in class VII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah PPAI Darun Najah Ngijo Karangploso Malang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas siswa, dan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII G SMPN 1 Gondang Mojokerto. Hasil belajar yang didapat sebelumnya masih jauh dari Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal dan tidak sesuai dengan kompetensi yang diharapkan. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Masing-masing siklus meliputi empat langkah yaitu : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi, lembar soal tes. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa pada pembelajaran siklus I sebesar 60%, dan mengalami peningkatan pada pembelajaran siklus II menjadi 80%. Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 70,1 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 62,07%. Sedangkan pada pembelajaran siklus II diperoleh rata-rata 82,69 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 86,21%. Dengan demikian pembelajaran menggunakan discovery-inquiry learning pada materi pokok fungsi kuadrat dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas VII G SMPN 1 Gondang Mojokerto. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar IPA pada pokok bahasan Interaksi Makhluk Hidup Dengan Lingkungan. Berdasarkan pengamatan, peneliti menemukan bahwa siswa cenderung kurang termotivasi, kurang semangat dan pasif dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran dikarenakan masih belum bisa memahami pentingnya pembelajaran IPA. Sehingga, hal ini berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa yang kurang maksimal. Peneliti mencoba dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Project Base Learning (PjBL) yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaiakan masalah tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan subyek siswa kelas VII B sebanyak 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas belajar Pada siklus I rata-rata sebesar 69,14% meningkat menjadi 82,29% pada siklus II. Sedangkan hasil belajar menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pada siklus I mencapai 69,37 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 62,5% pada siklus II meningkat rata-rata hasil belajar menjadi 83,34 dengan ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 84%. Terlihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan persentase aktivitas belajar siswa dari siklus I ke siklus II. Kata Kunci: aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, project base learning

Abstract

In this global era, many people use English as a media of communication and make it people who come from different countries to be easier in interacting and communicating. As the one of international language in the world English in education that covers four language skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Writing is skill is one of language skill that is important so that it must be mastered by English learners. The purpose of this research is to develop product SOI as instructional media in writing skill for XI grade. This research was conducted at MA’ Maarif 1 Jombang in XI grade. There are nine students who participated in this research. The method used in this study is research and development by adapting ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. Based on the validation result of the experts by getting score of 88% and 83% that was good respectively with feasible and usable and the result of data analysis got score 85% respectively which proper criteria

Abstract

Pembelajaran Kitab Kuning pada mata pelajaran Fikih merupakan pembelajaran yang sebenarnya dilekatkan pada kitab-kitab warisan abad pertengahan Islam yang masih dipergunakan di Pesantren. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses dan efektivitas pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis Kitab Kuning pada mata pelajaran Fikih di MTs Darun Najah Karangploso Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi kelas VIII E yang berjumlah 29 siswi. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 29 siswi, karena populasi berjumlah kurang dari 100. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis Kitab Kuning pada mata pelajaran Fikih di MTs Darun Najah Karangploso Malang menurut teori yang telah dikemukakan oleh Slavin berjalan efektif (2) Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik, tingkat keefektifan pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran Fikih di MTs Darun Najah Karangploso Malang, ditunjukkan dari hasil angket dengan menggunakan rumus percentage of agreement, didapatkan persentase sebesar 73% yang termasuk dalam kategori efektif. Maka dari itu, pelaksanaan pembelajaran berbasis Kitab Kuning pada mata pelajaran Fikih di MTs Darun Najah Karangploso Malang berjalan efektif

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the sorogan method in improving the mindset of students at PPAI Darun Najah Ngijo Karangploso Malang and to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for this implementation. This study used a qualitative method where the data obtained came from research documents, interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis techniques take three steps which include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. . The results of the study show that: 1) the implementation of the sorogan method is very important and effective in improving the thinking patterns of students in the current era. 2) Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for the sorogan method are sometimes internal and external as follows: 1) Supporting factors sometimes include internal factors including the strong self-interest of the students, motivation of the students, seriousness of the students and the physical condition of the students and external factors including caregivers, competence of the teacher, students seniors, peers, environment, residence and time. 2) Inhibiting factors are sometimes internal factors including laziness, compulsion of students, not learning and illness and external factors including the absence of teachers, supervision and attention of senior students, peers and difficulty discussing.
