ABSTRACTThis study aimed to examine the effect of leadership style, on the commitment of the organization, and how dapak on job satisfaction and employee performance. Questionnaires were used to test the independent variables, the intervening variables and the dependent variable based on the researcher compiled theoretical study. Statements in the questionnaire has proven its validity. Respondents are all employees of Islamic Hospital numbering as many as 125 employees. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents as many as 125 copies and all questionnaires were returned and filled in correctly so it is worth to be processed. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is that there is a positive influence between the style of leadership of the Organizational Commitment. Thus the leadership style variable test results (X1) on organizational commitment (Z) proved there is not significant positive effect between kulaitas service (X1) on organizational commitment (Z). In the second hypothesis shows that there is a positive influence between Organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Thus the test results variable organizational commitment (Z) to job satisfaction (Y1) proved no significant positive effect of organizational commitment (Z) to job satisfaction (Y1). While in the third hypothesis there is a positive relationship between leadership style on job satisfaction. Thus the results of testing leadership style variable (X) to job satisfaction (Y1) proved no significant positive effect of leadership style (X) to job satisfaction (Y1). Proof fourth hypothesis indicates that there is a positive influence between organizational commitment to employee performance. Thus the test results variable organizational commitment (Z) on the performance (Y2) proved positive influence is not significant organizational commitment (Z) on the performance (Y2). While in the fifth hypothesis that there is a positive influence among the leadership on employee performance. Thus the results of testing leadership style variable (X) on the performance (Y2) proved no significant positive influence leadership style (X) on the performance (Y2).Key Words: Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Regresi Poisson merupakan salah satu metode regresi untuk menganalisis apabila variabel terikat berupa data diskrit. Asumsi bahwa nilai rata-rata dan nilai varian dari variabel terikat harus sama terpenuhi akan menghasilkan kesimpulan yang valid. Kasus overdispersi terjadi jika nilai varian lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata sedangkan nilai varian kurang dari nilai rata-rata disebut underdispersi. Pada penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data jumlah kematian bayi di Kabupaten Jombang Tahun 2018. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kematian bayi. Model yang digunakan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah kematian bayi adalah model Negative Binomial Regression. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa model Negative Binomial Regression yang terbentuk bahwa variabel bebas yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan yaitu variabel persentase ibu hamil mendapatkan tablet Fe3, variabel persentase komplikasi kebidanan yang ditangani, variabel persentase ibu hamil melaksanakan program K4 dan persentase Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR).

This study is conducted in the context of the expectation that graduates of today's curricula would possess advanced critical thinking abilities. Indonesia is attempting to address this by putting HOTS-based learning into practice. As a matter of fact, not all educational institutions have successfully incorporated High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) as high-level/critical thinking skills due to a number of factors, including the availability of both natural and human resources at various levels and institutions. Therefore, this study aims to determine students' critical thinking skills in learning Islamic Religious Education and to determine the effect of Islamic Religious Education learning based on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) on students' critical thinking attitudes in Class X SMA PGRI 1 Jombang. This study uses a quantitative type methodology with data instruments through the provision of tests and questionnaires. in class X SMA PGRI 1 Jombang, with a total study population of 310 students and a sample of 72 students. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive analysis, classical assumptions include data normality tests, homogeneity tests, linearity tests and measuring hypotheses with a simple linear regression test. The results of this study can be concluded that the critical attitude ability of SMA PGRI 1 Jombang in Islamic Religious Education subjects is in the High category because it has an average score of 77.27. there is a significant influence between HOTS Islamic Religious Education Learning and the critical attitude of SMA PGRI 1 Jombang students, due to data analysis from the test results of the calculation coefficient of determination R = 0.332 and R² = 0.110. It can be interpreted that social support plays a role in resilience by 11% and the rest are other variables not mentioned in this study.

Regresi Poisson merupakan metode regresi yang digunakan untuk menganalisis variabel respon berupa data diskrit. Asumsi yang harus dipenuhi yaitu rata-rata dan ragam dari variabel respon harus sama. Apabila asumsi tidak terpenuhi akan menghasilkan kesimpulan yang tidak valid. Pelanggaran asumsi terjadi jika nilai ragam lebih besar daripada nilai rata-rata disebut overdispersi sedangkan nilai ragam kurang dari nilai rata-rata disebut underdispersi. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah data kematian bayi dan kematian ibu di Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2013. Tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap jumlah kematian bayi dan jumlah kematian ibu melalui pendekatan BGPR (BGPR). Pendugaan parameter BGPR menggunakan metode Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode Maximum Likelihood Ratio Test (MLRT). Penerapan model BGPR terbentuk variabel prediktor yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah kasus kematian bayi adalah adalah variabel persentase persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan, persentase ibu hamil mendapatkan tablet Fe3, persentase wanita kawin dengan umur perkawinan pertama dibawah usia 17 tahun dan persentase ibu hamil melaksanakan program K4. Sedangkan model BGPR terbentuk variabel prediktor yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap jumlah kasus kematian ibu adalah variabel persentase komplikasi kebidanan yang ditangani dan persentase wanita kawin dengan umur perkawinan pertama dibawah usia 17 tahun.

Data deret waktu sering dipengaruhi oleh peristiwa yang tidak terduga disebut pencilan. Pencilan mengakibatkan parameter menjadi bias. IHK adalah indeks yang menghitung rata-rata perubahan harga barang dan jasa yang dikonsumsi oleh penduduk dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Berdasarkan data IHK Kota Malang pada Juni 2008 sampai Juli 2013 diketahui data deret waktu memiliki trend naik dan terdeteksi ada dua pencilan Additive Outlier (AO). Setelah dilakukan pemodelan didapatkan model yang sudah layak yaitu ARIMA(0,1,1). Berdasarkan nilai Q* dan plot sisaan ACF, model ARIMA(0,1,1) yang mengandung pencilan layak digunakan. Peramalan model ARIMA ini hanya dapat dilakukan satu periode kedepan.

Path analysis was developed by Sewall Wright in 1934 which aims to explain the direct and indirect effects of a set causal variable (exogenous variables) on a set of variables (endogenous variables). Primary data used in this study. The total population is 70538 Public Elementary School students in Jombang district. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, and 270 samples were taken from the population. The purpose of this study was to determine the structural relationship between exogenous variables (parent motivation, teacher motivation) on endogenous variables (students' understanding of money and saving and motivation to save). The results showed that the variable Y2 (motivation of students saving) had direct and indirect influenced on variables X1 (parent) and X2 (teacher).

Path Analysis was developed by Sewall Wright in 1934 which aims to explain the direct and indirect effects of a set of causal variables (exogenous variables) on a set of effect variables (endogenous variables). Primary data is used in this study. The population is 421 students of the Islamic Religious Education study program at KH A Wahab Hasbullah University. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, and from the calculation results obtained 75 samples taken from the population. The analysis method used in this study uses path analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the structural relationship between exogenous variables (parent motivation, lecturer motivation, student's personal needs and savings program in campus) to endogenous variables (student understanding of money and saving and saving motivation). The results showed that the Y2 variable (students' interest in saving ) had a direct or indirect influence from the variables X1 (parents) and X2 (lecturers). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran generatif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi lingkaran. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksperimen. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI A MA Bahrul Ulum tambak beras Jombang sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas XI B MA Bahrul Ulum Tambak Beras Jombang sebagai kelas eksperimen. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan uji t (Separeted Varians). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah hasil belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran generatif pada materi lingkaran mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik daripada tanpa menggunakan model pembelajaran generatif, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan perhitungan uji t. Pada perhitungan uji t disimpulkan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, yang artinya ada pengaruh pembelajaran generatif terhadap hasil belajar matematika pada materi lingkaran peserta didik di MA Bahrul Ulum Tambak Beras Jombang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran generatif terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi lingkaran. Factors are things, circumstances, or events that play a role and influence things that will happen. The level of student achievement depends on the factors that influence it. There are two factors that can influence, including factors contained within students (internal factors) and factors that exist from outside students (external factors). This study aims to determine the factors that influence the learning achievement of class XI MAPK Al-Hidayah Baron Nganjuk students. This research is quantitative, the research design uses multiple regression analysis. Collecting data through documentation, questionnaires or questionnaires and report cards. The result of this research is a regression analysis model formed by predictor variables that have a significant influence on student learning outcomes, namely physical variables, interest variables, motivation variables and family environment variables. Variables that do not have a significant effect on the model are the IQ variable, the school environment variable and the community environment variable. The conclusion of the study is that the factors that affect the learning outcomes of class XI students at XI MAPK Al-Hidayah Baron Nganjuk are IQ factors, physical factors, motivational factors, family environmental factors, school environmental factors.

Parent is the closest people to their children and who have the most influence on their children's education. There are five factors that influence the roles of parents, include of parents educational background, parents types of work, parents economic level, available time and the number of family members. This research conducted by quantitative which use a correlation analysis approach and aims to determine the relationship between students family condition variables X class MAUWH Tambakberas Jombang. The data collection in this study use a questionnaire by taken 60 students in X class from three class which are MIPA 2, IIS 2 and AGAMA 2 as the respondents. Based on the results of the study, the results of the validity test and reliability test for the questionnaire were valid and reliable. For the correlation test between variables, it is known that all the variables has a correlation and the significant can be proven by the value of r count > r table. It was concluded that the factors of parents' educational background, type of parent's occupation, parents' economic level, available time and number of family members were the family conditions that influenced the role of the parents students X class MAUWH Jombang.
