Roundabouts with traffic signals at the Kadipaten intersection are one of the centers of activity in this area, with traditional markets, shops, and terminals. The rapid development in this area has caused the traffic volume at the intersection to increase, resulting in various traffic problems, including congestion and chaos. The Traffic Signaling Tool's function has yet to provide a solution to congestion and chaos, especially during rush hour. Especially with the roundabout in the middle of the intersection, which adds to the obstacle. The research method is a qualitative method, which is carried out directly or through surveys in the field that refer to IHCM 1997. This research aims to analyze the performance of traffic that occurs at the signalized roundabouts at the Kadipaten intersection. The study results show that the Duchy intersection's performance is less than optimal when using roundabouts. Interchange performance will be more optimal if the roundabout is eliminated. The decrease in intersection performance is indicated by the higher degree of saturation (DS) and delay (DT). Degree saturation at the Duchy of Interchange is currently 1.54, with the highest delay time reaching 392 seconds.

Commuter Railways (KRL) is one of Indonesia's modes of mass transportation, especially in the Jabodetabek area. The existence of KRL makes it easier for people to travel, so it is necessary to emphasize service quality in following its users' wishes. This paper aims to increase KRL user satisfaction with KRL services and schedules. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents at the station and on the KRL. The data analysis method used is the Importance Performance Analysis method which is processed using Microsoft Excel. From the analysis results, nine variables are considered essential but still need to meet the expectations of KRL users, so they become the top priority. Then, seven variables are considered essential and have met expectations, so these variables must be improved. Based on the research results on the level of passenger interest in the Citayam-Tebet KRL route, an average value of 4.60 is obtained with an average level of performance of 4.11, which means that the variable is still not as expected and does not meet the satisfaction of KRL passengers.

The growth of road infrastructure has an essential role in economic growth in Indonesia. However, in its development, there needs to be more growth of vehicles and roads within the city. Road development is relatively slower than vehicle growth. One of the areas that experience congestion due to the imbalance of vehicle and road growth is the Campaka - Wanaraja road section. In this paper, a geometric design of the Campaka – Wanaraja road using the AutoCAD® Civil 3D method. The geometric design of this road is in the form of horizontal and vertical alignment. The geometric design of the Campaka – Wanaraja road aims to be safe and streamline the travel time of road users. The Result of the geometric design of the Campaka – Wanaraja road with a plan speed (VD) of 40 Km / h and the assumption of flat terrain is a horizontal alignment that has a curved radius plan (Rc) of 120 m and uses superelevation (e max ) 8%. This horizontal alignment consists of two horizontal plan arches, one full circle arch, and one Spiral-Circle-Spiral arch. In addition to horizontal alignment, a vertical alignment with an arch radius (L) of 200 m is also planned. Vertical alignment consists of a convex arch of seven pieces and a concave arch of six. In addition, the results of the calculation of the cut volume of 30,300,563.31 m3 and the fill volume of 255,154.40 m3 were obtained.

The project to upgrade the access road to the Cisokan hydroelectric power plant and handle landslides is known as the Upper Cisokan Hydroelectric Power Plant Access Road Project. This access road has been a plan and completed build by PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk in 2019. There are several geometric alignments of the road with sharp curves. In this paper, the author intends to make a geometric plan for a new road in an area of STA. 3+000 – STA. 4+800. Planning is carried out using the AutoCAD® Civil 3D application for more effective and efficient results. The research method used is the Qualitative Method. The data source is obtained from the project data of the contractor, an access road to the Upper Cisokan hydroelectric power plant, and a reference to the Road Geometric Design Guidelines in 2021. Contour data is obtained from Google Earth® and processed using the Global Mapper® application. Planning is carried out by determining the design criteria of the road under review. Then the design criteria are used as a reference in making horizontal alignments, vertical alignments, superelevation, road assemblies, and corridor planning. The results of the planning obtained seven curves of horizontal and five curves of vertical. Furthermore, the AutoCAD® Civil 3D application is more effective and efficient because the process is relatively fast and easy, and changes to an item can be directly connected to all items.

The Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) is one of the leading indicators in a service business. Customer satisfaction assessment in Indonesian Airports is carried out with a survey by the INACA team. The purpose of this analysis study is to know the reason ups and downs of customer satisfaction and also give suggestions to increase the score. This study uses data from INACA's survey. CSI of Pattimura Airport in the last five years (2017-2022) has been going through ups and downs. From 2018 to 2019, a Terminal Building Expansion and Beautification project impacted the existing facilities, resulting in reduced passenger comfort. However, the significant increase in CSI score in 2020 indicates that the project was successful. In 2021, the CSI of Pattimura Airport reached 4.63 with the interpretation that the passenger was very satisfied. The lowest score is 4.60, which is the aspect of shopping facilities, restaurants, and cafes, so it can be concluded that this aspect needs to be improved to increase customer satisfaction.

Smooth traffic conditions can improve population mobility services and other supporting resources for economic growth. However, traffic jams often occur in a densely populated city like Batam, which stress road users, improve economic speed, and waste much time. Therefore, it is necessary to check the steering performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Barelang junction roundabout is effective in the traffic situation prevailing in the area. In this study, a traffic survey was conducted on the Barelang Junction Batam road to determine the number of vehicles passing through Barelang Junction. The reference used in this research is the Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual (IHCM) 1997, where road capacity, traffic density, and saturation level are analyzed. The results obtained from SP Plaza to the road to Muka Kuning have a saturation value of 0.72. The saturation level of the route from Muka Kuning to SP Plaza is 0.57. Based on IHCM 1997, it was determined that the value of the saturation level of a road section should not be more than 0.75, so it can be concluded that the two roads located at the Barelang T-junction are classified as efficient. The results of this study can be used as a benchmark to improve transportation performance.

In today's globalized world, much software is developed to make work easier to implement. This software is demonstrated using AutoCAD Civil 3D® to demonstrate how geometric road design can be completed briefly. In this case, the purpose of geometric planning is to evaluate the effectiveness of manual geometric planning using AutoCAD Civil 3D®. This journal's geometric road planning implements qualitative methods. The geometric planning of the road that became the subject of this journal's research is located on Jalan Kertawangunan - Kadugede, with a road plan length of 9.3 km as an additional alternative to Kuningan Regency's new outer ring road. The calculation of horizontal alignment required the minimum bend (Rmin) and transition arch (Ls) values. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the assembly ahead of time before planning the corridor. The corridor's function is to determine the location of cut and fill based on road planning. As a result, planning a path with AutoCAD Civil 3D® is more effective and efficient, and it can retrieve the necessary data quickly. There are four points of interest with different types of curves in road traffic planning. The plan speed (Vr) was set to 60 km/h, the maximum superelevation slope (e-maks) was set to 0.08, and the transverse friction coefficient (f) was set to 0.153. The average excavation volume obtained from this planning is approximately 1,900,000 m3.

Jalan K.H Abdul Halim is one of the urban streets located in the center of Majalengka city, this road their several activity centers in Majalengka city. This area is growing so that traffic flow along this road is increasing, causing various traffic problems such as traffic jams. The development of highway construction is increasing rapidly In Indonesia, along with the rapid use of private vehicles. Road infrastructure development can be in the form of widening the shoulder of the road to minimize congestion. Data collection techniques in this study use Primary and Secondary methods. Peak currents on this road occur in the afternoon or at intervals of 17:15-17:30. Jalan K.H. Abdul Halim type is 4/2 UD or 4 Lanes 2 Directions are undivided. The capacity of Jalan K.H Abdul Halim is 1147 with DS 0,85 in the morning until noon, and 1,02 in the afternoon. The degree of saturation on this road is obtained, namely Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon 0.85, while on Sunday afternoon, it reaches 1.02. The results showed that LoS in the morning and afternoon was C and changed to F in the afternoon. LoS with an F value in the afternoon is quite surprising because a city with a large population is experiencing extraordinary traffic jams.

Traffic congestion is a major unresolved problem and a joint task of the community and the government. A high level of mobility will be directly proportional to traffic congestion, and public transportation is an efficient solution for dealing with this problem. This research aims to determine the public's perception of choosing public transportation along the Depok-Jakarta route. The data collection method will be carried out by distributing questionnaires online through social media. Respondent data processing is presented using a spider chart in Microsoft Excel. The results indicate that most public transportation users are millennials and women. This generation prefers the Commuter Line (KRL) compared to other transportation. Schedule accuracy, level of comfort and security, disability friendliness, adequate facilities, infrastructure, and affordable costs are considerations in choosing public transportation. The KRL is highly interested in using it and has a positive service perception.
