Abstract

Kemerosotan mutu lingkungan hidup dan kehutanan semakin dirasakan dampaknya dalam kehidupan manusia, oleh karena itu perlu upaya pencegahannya melalui penumbuhan kepedulian masyarakat termasuk generasi muda terhadap pelestarian alam dan lingkungan. Generasi mudaperlu mengambil bagian sebagai bagian dariadvokasi perubahan iklim atau krisis itu sendiri. Upaya penanggulangan perubahan iklim harus dimulai dari kesadaran bersama melalui proses penyadaran, pembentuk persepsi risiko, dan penyebaran pengetahuan. Tujuan artikel iniadalah mendeskripsikan peran yang dapatdiambil oleh generasi muda untuk berpartisipasidalam menumbuhkan kesadaran komunitas untukmerespon perubahan iklim. Di samping itu, artikel ini juga menganalisis peluangpemanfaatan media digital sebagai salurankomunikasi pada generasi muda dalam aktivismemengadvokasi perubahan iklim. Riset ini menggunakan pendekatan desktriptif kualitatif dengan metode desk study. Penelitimengumpulkan data-data sekunder dari berbagaidokumen yang relevan seperti buku, jurnal, laporan penelitian, dan publikasi. Hasil telaah kepustakaan yang dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menjelaskan bagaimana sebuah negara sejatinyamenaruh harapan besar bagi generasi muda untuk menjadi penerus dan berkontribusi bersama pemerintah dalam membangun sebuah negara dan memecahkan sebuah masalah yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat. Generasi muda dan kecakapannya dalam bermedia sosial akanmenjadi senjata yang paling efektif dalam menggeliatkan agenda-agenda pengendalian perubahan iklim di dunia. Gerakan sosial yang dikemas dengan gaya kekinian akan semakinmenarik minat generasi muda, sehingga diharapkan dapat semakin menyukseskan upaya bersama mengendalikan perubahan iklim, mendorong masyarakat ke arah yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The presence from application user generated content like Female Daily Network become a place to build relations between women in the world of cyberfeminism online. New media with a variety of conveniences offered to each user in order to obtain information and solve problems related to certain issues, among others; beauty, health, lifestyle, information, and recommendations. Through the linkage of new media and public sphere as a forum for interaction and socialization, this research focuses on describing how community activities in Female Daily Network through the FDApp. Cyberfeminism perspective used in an effort to facilitate the interaction of female users in the FD Talk feature. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with primary data in the form of indirect observation and secondary data in the form of documentation and literature studies. Activity of women support women as a form cyberfeminism with several groups that have a high level of activity. Not just focus on the group beauty, but also in mental health, and occupational groups. User personalization on Female Daily, freedom of opinion, and the involvement of all users in interactions and discussions are real manifestations of an egalitarian, free from domination, and inclusive public sphere.

Abstract

Mass media as a means of publication and campaign plays a role in raising various issues, one of which is environmental issues. The impact of environmental damage resulting in flash floods in Sentani City, Jayapura Regency, is interesting to study. The flash flood tragedy in Sentai drew the attention of many parties, both the central and local governments as well as the mass media, with the large number of victims, both loss of life and property. This study aims to analyze how the news framing carried out by the mass media in Papua in conveying environmental issues due to flash floods in Sentani City, Jayapura Regency. The research uses a qualitative research design, using framing analysis in a simple way that can be described as content analysis, social reality is interpreted and constructed with a certain meaning. The results of the study are known, the framing can be seen from the influence of the owner (manager) of the media, where for Antaranew.com is one of the state-owned media (Antara) so that the news broadcast or broadcast is attempted to be neutral and provide solutions with competent sources in the field. Meanwhile, at www.ceposoline.com, it can be seen that the two resource persons presented were quite critical, to encourage the government to pay attention to environmental issues. It's just that the news that examines the environment in the two media is very lacking or it seems that news about environmental protection is still less prestigious than the impact of environmental damage, which mostly presents about the number of victims or materials.

Abstract

Empowerment program that develops the potential of villages around the company's area related to utilization, environmental management, improvement of health facilities and improvement of community skills. The purpose of this study is to improve service providers in improving the quality of service of the Ramli Bank Program. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis, consumer satisfaction index (CSI), and importance performance analysis (IPA). The results of the analysis showed that the CSI is 84.28%, meaning that consumers are very satisfied with the performance of Bank Ramli Ceseri. IPA analysis showed that the main priority in improvement so that customer satisfaction can be increased by the accuracy of the submission schedule and the realization of the CSR assistance program. While the satisfaction index is 78.44%, meaning that consumers are satisfied with the performance at Bank Ramli Perseka. Efforts to increase the level of customer satisfaction, so it is necessary to make improvements to the existing attributes. IPA analysis showed that the top priority in improvement so that customer satisfaction can increase with the disclosure of information about service procedures.

Abstract

The role of public relations in the police institution is not only to build communication to carry out tasks, but also to be a means of building the image of the police. The North Lampung Police carry out the role of Public Relations through social media support in the midst of the complexity of the tasks of community service, maintenance of security and public order. This condition is formulated in a research question: What is the public relations strategy of the North Lampung Police in maintaining the image of the police as protectors and protectors of the community? The purpose of this study was to determine the North Lampung Police Public Relations Strategy in maintaining the image of the police as protectors and protectors of the community. To shed light on this issue, this research inspired the theories and concepts of public relations, social media, and institutional image. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection methods in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the North Lampung Police research carried out the Public Relations process through the stages of defining problems, designing data-based programs, holding leadership meetings to produce solutions, and carrying out program evaluations. To maintain the image of the institution, North Lampung Polres conducts outreach, listens to public complaints, uploads police achievements, responds to community suggestions, and opens communication with the public through social media Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Youtube.

Abstract

Abstrak Industri pariwisata mengalami keterpurukan di masa pandemic covid 19 sejak tahun 2020 hingga 2023. Padahal tahun 2018 dan 2019 mencatatkan prestasi angka kunjungan wisatawan di Indonesia. Hal ini mendorong pemerintahan membuat program 10 destinasi wisata unggulan Bali baru termasuk Wakatobi. Salah Satu Non Government Organisation (NGO) yang aktif dalam melakukan promosi adalah Generasi Pesona Indonesia (GenPi) Wakatobi yang aktif berbagai informasi mengenai aktivitas dan potensi pariwisata Wakatobi melalui akun instagramnya. Bahkan lebih aktif dari institusi pemerintahan. Bagaimana peran dan aktivitas komunikasi pemasaran pariwisata apa yang dilakukan oleh komunitas ini menjadi fokus dari riset ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis. Konsep komunikasi pariwisata Burhan Bungin dan manajemen sosial media digunakan untuk menguraikan fenomena yang ada. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa peran Genpi Wakatobi sebagai konten creator di sosial media Instagram. Selain Instagram, Genpi juga melakukan kolaborasi dengan dinas pariwisata wakatobi, komunitas NGO, komunitas desa wisata dan institusi pendidikan SMP/SMA. Kata Kunci: komunikasi pariwisata, komunitas sadar wisata, Genpi, promosi wisata, Instagram Abstract The tourism industry has experienced a slump during the Covid 19 pandemic from 2020 to 2023. Even though 2018 and 2019 recorded achievements in the number of tourist visits in Indonesia. This prompted the government to create a programme of 10 new Bali flagship tourist destinations including Wakatobi. One Non Government Organisation (NGO) that is active in conducting promotions is Generasi Pesona Indonesia (GenPi) Wakatobi, which actively shares information about Wakatobi's tourism activities and potential through its Instagram account. Even more active than government institutions. How the role and tourism marketing communication activities carried out by this community are the focus of this research. This research is a qualitative study using a constructivist paradigm. Burhan Bungin's concept of tourism communication and social media management are used to describe the phenomenon. The findings show that Genpi Wakatobi's role as a content creator on Instagram social media. In addition to Instagram, Genpi also collaborates with the Wakatobi tourism office, the NGO community, the tourist village community and junior / senior high school educational institutions. Abstract

The decline in the glory of Indonesian spices has made the government want to restore the glory of spices to the past. The government has created a campaign program called Spice Up The World in collaboration with Google, where the campaign is in the form of content uploaded to the Google Arts and Culture platform. The choice of cooperation and the use of these platforms is more effective because the content is connected to the internet, technology and is free of charge. So that it can be reached by the world community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of the Spice Up The World campaign content on the Google Arts and Culture platform and to find out the contents of the message and the message form of the campaign contents. This study used a content analysis research method with a descriptive approach. This study uses the theory of digital communication, campaigns, and 7C content analysis. Primary data was obtained from collecting Spice Up The World content documents in the form of images, symbols, text and so on using a coding method that describes the meaning of the various functions, themes and visual forms of the content. The results of the study show that 1) the form of the message is presented in the form of photos, drawings, illustrations, sound infographics, and videos, 2) the content of the message is additional information (knowledge) for the reader.

Abstract

The domestic workers' union (SPRT) acts as a forum for communication between domestic workers (PRT). A series of information exchange processes related to domestic workers took place in this union. One of the important pieces of information on the domestic worker union is the Draft Law on the Protection of Domestic Workers (RUU PPRT). Socialization of the PPRT Bill is needed to support the ratification of this bill into law which has been stalling in the Indonesian Parliament for 19 years. In this process there is a flow of information that allows the socialization of the Domestic Workers Bill to reach all domestic workers. This flow of information is contained in the SPRT Tunas Mulia Yogyakarta. This descriptive qualitative research reveals how and what kind of information flow in the trade unions is in socializing a bill. The case study approach was used in order to provide detailed descriptive data and to assist the socialization of the PPRT Bill as a whole. The theory used in this research is organizational communication theory which discusses the flow of information. The results of the study show that there is a flow of information (message spread, patterns, and directions) within the domestic workers' union when socializing the Domestic Workers Bill. Dissemination of messages occurs simultaneously and sequentially. The pattern of information flow found is a circular pattern, and the direction of information flow is formal (horizontal and vertical) as well as informal. SPRT Tunas Mulia has taken a series of communication approaches to socialize the PPRT Bill. This socialization was carried out so that domestic workers and the public have an understanding of the urgency of ratifying the PPRT Bill. Abstract

Indonesia memiliki keterkaitan tinggi terhadap olahraga dan media massa yang tercatat sejak abad ke-20. Setiap berita tentunya memiliki framing atau sudut pandang yan berbeda yang berhubungan dengan elemen berbeda dalam teks berita menjadi kesatuan. Framing berkaitan dengan pemaknaan dan cara seseorang memberi arti pada kejadian, yang dapat dikenali melalui petunjuk-petunjuk yang ditampilkan dari teks. Metode ini digunakan peneliti kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan atas dasar pada upaya analisis data yang dikumpulkan beberapa berita tentang nelangsa sepakbola di stadion kanjuruhan. Objek dari penelitian ini yaitu media Detik.com dan Kompas.com dalam membingkai framing terhadap tragedi kanjuruhan. Berita yang dianalisis sebanyak 1 berita dari masing-masing media dalam kurun waktu yang sudah ditetapkan oleh peneliti, yaitu tanggal 1 sampai 2 Oktober 2022. Media detik.com dan kompas.com pendekatan melalui Pan dan Kosicki. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mediadetik.com dan dan kompas.com sama - sama menampilkan berita tentang tragedi kanjuruhan namun yang membedakan dari segi sudut pandang yang dibingkai oleh media tersebut. Temuan ini terlihat dari pernyataan langsung yang berujung penuntutan dari tragedi kemanusian yang diungkap oleh amnesty internasional selain itu juga berlanjut pada FIFA yang dibingkai oleh media kompas.com. Berbanding terbalik dengan media detik.com peluang lebih dominan pada pihak kepolisian yang tidak memperlihat kontra pada penyalahan penggunaan gas air mata.

Abstract

Perilaku kenakalan remaja merupakan tantangan serius dalam konteks pendidikan dan sosial. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), perilaku kenakalan remaja mengalami peningkatan sebesar 10,7% setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh antara komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja pada siswa SMA N 1 Grobogan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26 dengan teknik regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan kontrol terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh negatif signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal orang tua dan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja di SMA Negeri 1 Grobogan. Berdasarkan hasil nilai signifikansi diperoleh nilai 0,048 untuk X1 dan 0,000 untuk X2 . Nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai alpha sebesar 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan artinya varaiabel komunikasi interpersonal orang tua (X1) kontrol diri (X2) secara masing-masing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel perilaku kenakalan remaja (Y). Kemudia, berdasarkan hasil persamaan regersi pengaruh yang dihasilkan adalah pengaruh negatif, sehingga jika variabel X tinggi, maka variable Y akan menurun, begitupun sebaliknya. Pengaruh bersama dari komunikasi interpersonal orang tua (X1) dan kontrol diri (X2) terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja (Y) sebesar 23,5%. Namun, sebesar 76,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.
