Abstract

Akidah Akhlak learning in Madrasah Aliyah has an important role in shaping student character according to Islamic values. However, challenges arise when the millennial generation who are familiar with technology and active learning patterns show disinterest in conventional learning methods. This study aims to identify the characteristics of the millennial generation at Hamzanwadi Madrasah Aliyah, develop relevant Akidah Akhlak learning innovations, and analyse their effectiveness in improving students' understanding and practice of Islamic values. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The results show that technology-based approaches, such as the use of interactive media and project-based learning, are able to increase students' interest in learning. Contextualised learning that is relevant to students' daily lives also proved effective in instilling Akidah Akhlak values. The study recommends continuous development in technology-based learning innovations and active collaboration between teachers, students and parents to strengthen learning outcomes.

This research aims to understand the role and implementation of FKUB in the Wonosobo Regency in uniting differences or mediating interfaith issues through social activities conducted. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was conducted through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The data source in this study is the FKUB supervisor, who is the authority that provides policies. The result of this research is that the FKUB of Wonosobo Regency collaborates with community leaders and religious figures to foster interfaith harmony through social activities such as community nights, interfaith youth futsal, and harmony walk events.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find a step solution for how to manage classes based on gender while still optimizing the character of the brain. This research method uses a qualitative approach. The results of this research are the differentiation of male and female brains in general in the corpus callosum and Broca-Wernicke's area. This causes women to be more able to carry out several tasks at one time and women are better able to control their emotions. In addition, women also have better language skills, as reflected in the large number of vocabulary products. In Islamic educational institutions, the segregation of classes based on gender is a rule based on religion. In Islam men and women. And it was found that class separation based on gender had the following positive impacts: first, students were more focused. Second, growing awareness that there are boundaries with the opposite sex. Third, increasing learning outcomes. The results of this study have implications for educators to take attitudes and steps in class management by paying attention to existing characters and potential.

Abstract

Puberty is an important stage in a child's development marked by significant physical and emotional changes. Children at the Ladang Ladong Community Learning Center (CLC), Simunjan, face this phase amidst limited information and support. This research aims to explore children's perspectives at CLC Ladang Ladong regarding their experiences during puberty, especially regarding physical and emotional changes. Using a qualitative approach and in-depth interview methods, data was collected from several puberty-aged children who attended CLC. The results showed that children have varying understandings about changes in their bodies and emotions. Some of them felt confused and lacked self-confidence, while others showed good adaptation. Factors such as communication with parents, the role of teachers, and the social environment contribute to how they deal with these changes. This research underlines the importance of holistic education and better emotional support from the surrounding environment in helping children face puberty.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays an important role in the formation of students' moderate character, especially in the digital era that is filled with various information and external influences. This study aims to analyse the challenges and opportunities faced in the implementation of the Islamic Education curriculum in schools, as well as to design a curriculum reconstruction model that can build students' moderate character through the use of digital technology. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with content analysis of the existing PAI curriculum, as well as interviews with educators and curriculum experts. The results showed that the current PAI curriculum has not fully accommodated technological developments and has not been optimal in shaping inclusive moderate character. Therefore, a curriculum reconstruction is needed that not only integrates technology as a medium of learning, but also instils religious moderation values that are adaptive to the dynamics of the times. The reconstruction model proposed in this research aims to produce a curriculum that is more responsive and relevant for students in the digital era.

Abstract

Low student engagement and understanding in the learning process is one of the main challenges in formal education today. Traditional learning methods that tend to be one-way are often unable to facilitate students' active participation, thus hindering the process of understanding the material optimally. This research aims to explore innovative interactive learning methods as a solution to improve student engagement and understanding in the classroom. The method used in this research is literature study and data analysis from observations in several schools that have implemented interactive learning techniques, such as group discussions, simulations, and the use of digital technology. The results showed that the implementation of interactive learning methods significantly increased student engagement by 40% compared to conventional methods. In addition, students' understanding of the subject matter increases along with the high participation in learning activities. The use of interactive media, such as learning videos and educational applications, also had a positive impact on students' motivation to learn more actively. The implication of this research shows that the integration of interactive learning methods in the curriculum can be an effective strategy in improving the quality of classroom learning and shaping a more dynamic learning environment.

Abstract

Early childhood education plays a crucial role in shaping the foundation of children's development, making the quality of teacher performance a key factor in achieving optimal educational goals. Various factors can influence teacher performance, including the leadership style implemented by school leaders, the level of job satisfaction experienced by teachers, and the intrinsic motivation that drives them in carrying out their duties. This study aims to analyze the influence of servant leadership, job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation on the performance of Aisyiyah kindergarten teachers in Banguntapan District. The research method employed is quantitative with a survey approach. The research sample consists of 37 teachers selected using a cluster random sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression to determine the extent to which the independent variables influence the dependent variable. The results indicate that servant leadership, job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, both simultaneously and partially, with a significance value of p < 0.05. The implications of this study suggest that supportive leadership, high job satisfaction, and strong intrinsic motivation can enhance teacher performance in Aisyiyah kindergartens. Therefore, schools are advised to strengthen servant leadership strategies and create a conducive work environment to improve the quality of early childhood education.

Abstract

The output of statistics learning in Islamic religious education study programs still tends to need to be improved. This has an impact on the next prerequisite course, namely quantitative research methodology learning. This study aims to evaluate the statistics learning process in Islamic religious education study programs. The evaluation model used in this study is the Stake Countenance Model which consists of three evaluation steps, namely antecedent, transaction, and outcomes. The subjects of this study were 104 students who took statistics courses. The instruments used in this study were RPP observation sheets, assessment documentation sheets, and interview guidelines. This study uses a quantitative research approach supported by qualitative data. The results of the study show that (1) the lecture implementation plan in one semester of statistics courses is in the good category (90.50%), (2) the statistics learning process, both practice and theory, is in the good category (87.75%), (3) student assessment documents are in the fairly good category (71.25%), (4) overall, the lecture program in statistics courses shows that no less than 75% of students are classified as students above the minimum completion.
