Abstract

Literacy has spread throughout Indonesia, especially in the world of education. This program was increasingly promoted after the Independent Curriculum was hammered by the government. Strengthening literacy competencies in madrasahs is also accelerating because educators are working so that this knowledge can be smoothly transmitted to students for their intake. Both in terms of theory and terms of practice. One of the products born in the name of literacy in Indonesian language learning is work. In one writing skill, for example: poetry, short stories, articles, essays, reviews, rhymes, prose, etc. With the work of educators and students, literacy in madrasas will be increasingly felt. This activity will make the madrasah trusted by the community because the ability of its educators can advance their students. So that from whatever point of view the madrasah is monitored it will shine.

Abstract

Determination of health service tariffs also determines optimal health service outcomes. Determination of radiology examination rates at Naibonat Hospital until 2023 still refers to Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2012 concerning public service fees, where the determination of fees still uses the conventional calculation system, and there are changes in image processing modalities, tools, and materials used, this demands a rate adjustment. Calculation of rates using the Activity Based Costing (ABC) method, can be a solution to determine more accurate rates, supported by Pramawati's research (2021) which shows the results of determining rates are more accurate using the ABC method. The purpose of this study was to calculate the tariff pattern for radiological examinations at Naibonat Hospital using the ABC method and obtain an accurate tariff calculation model for radiological examinations. This research is a descriptive explorative study, with a quantitative approach using numerical data which aims to calculate a unit cost-based examination rate model by implementing an Activity Based Costing system on ultrasound examination of the abdomen, chest x-rays, abdomen, skull, and extremities. The data obtained was then subjected to qualitative analysis to obtain the steps for calculating tariffs using the ABC method. The results of this study indicate that the calculation model for radiological examination rates using the ABC method is valid. To find rates, first, determine the basic rate with the formula unit cost = direct cost + overhead, the results obtained are then calculated. Examination rates = cos unit + hospital services, so the examination rates at the Radiology unit of Naibonat Hospital, namely abdominal USG Rp 242.036, photo thorax Rp. 116,995, photo abdomen Rp. 150,321, photoskull Rp. 153,262, and a photo extremity Rp. 121,409.

Abstract

Debatable of the death penalty based on the issues of justice, humanity, and the prevention of the possibility of crime. The reasons for the rejection of the death penalty are not justified in the view of life as well as humanitarian factors and the imposition of capital punishment will not be capable of preventing crime and reducing crime rates. But for those who agree with the imposition of capital punishment because of the sense of justice and peace that is in the community. The portrait is just a glance at the issues that colored the discourse on the pros and cons of the existence of capital punishment. The retentionist and the abolitionist against the death penalty have an argument based on his theoretical framework and norms. Indonesia as one of the countries with the European Continental legal system still applies the death penalty in the punishment system besides Saudi Arabia with qhisash which is applied in the Islamic Law system. Both countries have a legal standing built on the meta norms, their theories, and philosophies each, of course, has its urgency to be discussed in the middle of countries that condemn the existence of capital punishment. Here's an article that analyzes comparative relations to the applications of the death penalty in both countries that embrace different legal systems, this comparative study will contribute thoughts on the reforms of criminal law in Indonesia.

Abstract

Groundwater is the main source of needs for living things. Groundwater is stored in aquifer systems contained in the soil. Under certain conditions, aquifers will be very vulnerable to pollution that can be caused by various sources of pollution depending on existing geological conditions. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the vulnerability of aquifers to polluting sources so that they can assist the government in planning and formulating policies related to regional spatial planning. Identification of aquifer vulnerability can be done using the DRASTIC method which is a weighting method of various parameters such as groundwater table depth (D), Rainfall (R), aquifer media (A), soil media (S), Topography (T), Unsaturated zone (I), and hydraulics conductivity (C) and combined with HAI (Human Activity Impact). The weighting results will produce a Static and Dynamic Aquifer Vulnerability Map. The two maps will be stacked with the Spatial Plans of Palangka Raya City so that it is expected to be a consideration for the Palangka Raya City government in the preparation of the next Regional Spatial Planning policy. The results of weighting with the DRASTIC Index and HAI whole Jekan Raya District and Sabangau District, Palangka Raya City are included in a high level of vulnerability which at this level is an area that is very easy to be polluted by all pollutants, so proper handling is needed so that the impact that will be caused is not too high risk for the condition of aquifers in the area.
